Westlake is close and the view from the hotel is good. Breakfast is not delicious, and the afternoon tea set is not delicious,too. The swimming pool is nice.

5星的酒店，年份有點久，房間有點黴菌味，應該是地毯的鋪設原因。停車在地下負三層，專用車位不是很多，要轉兩次電梯，大堂在29樓，插卡才能到樓層。房間沒有備充電線，沒有備一次性袋子，公共遊泳池偏小，有好一點的地方是，送你下午茶，享受慢生活。

入住酒店很晚了，打開床品發現是臟的，枕頭被褥都有頭髮和污跡，雖然找前台換了床品，但真心覺得噁心，萬豪旗下住了這麼多酒店，這是第一家不換床品的，疫情期間如此不負責任，管理如此混亂讓人氣憤。事後雖然酒店説會嚴格處理，但也讓我對萬麗品牌存在疑惑了。

酒店的位置非常棒，樓層很高，房間很大，坐擁東江西湖美景，尤其是日落時分，美不勝收，早餐和行政酒廊的餐飲中規中矩，河對岸還有幾處網紅景點，不錯的體驗

🍃環境：地段好，可以眺望西樓，交通也方便。 🧹衞生：連鎖高檔酒店一般都靠譜 🔔服務：也是那句，高檔連鎖酒店衞生服務還是比較省心。 這是第二次住了，衹要到惠州城區基本都住這家。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with my family and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The first thing that caught our attention was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. Everywhere we looked, from the lobby to our room, everything was spotless. It was such a relief to know that the hotel prioritized hygiene and cleanliness, especially during these times. One of the highlights of our stay was the temperature controlled swimming pool. My kids absolutely loved it! We spent hours splashing and playing in the crystal-clear water. The added bonus of having a sauna right by the pool was a treat for us adults. We were able to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities at this hotel were outstanding. From the well-equipped fitness center to the elegant dining options, everything was top-notch. We were thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of the facilities provided. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. The cleanliness, excellent amenities, and friendly staff truly set it apart from other accommodations. Whether you are traveling with family or friends, this hotel is the perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be recommending this gem to all my friends and family.

I have stayed in this hotel for a couple of times already. Disregard the bad service I had experienced in my first visit, everything is nice in this hotel. The view and the location is excellent. There is a cozy, long river-side park downstairs which you could have a quick morning / night run with. There are shopping malls with tons on cuisines + bar nearby which could solve most of the needs for business trip and vacation.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3Nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!
