Hotels mit Badewannen in Romulus

Es gibt spezielle Kanäle für den Flughafen-Ausgangsraum und die Ausfahrt ist eine Reihe von Delta Airline-Wert-Konfigurationsgeräten. Neben der Bequemlichkeit des Umzugs gibt es für den Moment keine besonderen Vorteile. Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen sind diesen Preis nicht wert.

NOTE: I have previously incorrectly posted this review referencing Holiday Inn Express Romulus/Detroit Airport, an IHG Hotel. And, I apologize to Holiday Inn Express. Therefore, I am resubmitting this review for the intended establishment: HOLIDAY INN DETROIT METRO. AIRPORT SHUTTLE EXPERIENCE: Several guests including myself arrived the same time via hotel airport shuttle. Shuttle driver was very polite, courteous and respectful. However, upon arrival at hotel, no one (staff) was present at the front desk and/or lobby area. We waited for approximately 10 minutes before a staff appeared from back office. With a very solemn/cold facial demeanor we were individually checked in. No welcoming remarks, etc. It was an overnight stay for me since I was connecting flight to Japan the following day - London/Detroit/Japan intinerary. RESTAURANT - FOOD SERVICE & FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE (Morning of following day) Basic western breakfast (limited selections). Restaurant staff was rather abrupt and rude by advising me that I must pay her a “gratuity” fee since my breakfast was complimentary (As an option, IHG Diamond status guests receives complimentary breakfast). I was rather uncomfortable with this encounter. I immediately brought this issue to the front desk staff about the gratuity issue. Unfortunately, she bluntly told me that it was “NOT HER CONCERN” and that any gratuity issue/concern was with the restaurant and not the hotel’s. From my observation/assessment of her demeanor, tone of voice and body language, she basically conveyed an “I DON’T CARE” indifferent attitude. As an IHG Diamond status customer, I expected a higher quality of customer service experience based on the highly commendable reviews posted in the IHG Review website. Unfortunately, it was an extremely “SUB-STANDARD” experience to me. Personally, I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL even for an overnight stopover. The treatment I have received was so degrading/humiliating compared to the highly commendable excellent customer service experience I have received from other IHG hotel establishments. Overall, I have perceived that the staff I have interacted with were extremely INDIFFERENT and very deficient in providing proper customer service. Further, it was also unfortunate that my candid review (similar to this review) was never posted by IHG after my submittal within a timely manner.

Ich reservierte hier ein Zimmer, weil unser Flug um 10:45 Uhr angekommen ist und wir nicht wollten die 20-30 Minute Fahrt in die Stadt machen. Überraschend, weil ich so nahe am Flughafen & Autobahn war, war es fast völlig klangfest! . Die Eincheckung war sehr effizient, das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel. Es gab eine kleine Mikrowelle, ein mäßiger 'Kühlschrank und das Badezimmer war zu einem Zeitpunkt für die Benutzer 2-3 groß genug. Das Frühstück wurde sehr großzügig ausgebreitet. Neben dem üblichen Getreide, Frucht & Gemüse, gab es auch Kuchen & Grau, Sauce & geschrotet Eier, Waffeln, etc. Es gab ein kleines Fitnesszimmer mit ein paar Fahrräder & Laufwerke. Wir sahen eine Gastronomie, ATM & ein Mini ”Markt” für grab&go Lebensmittel..

Gute Lage, nahe dem Flughafen, geeignet für die Umschaltung, Parkplatz bequem, komplett ausgestattet, wie immer im Wan-Stil, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, empfehlenswert, Nordamerika-Reise ist für den Wohnraum geeignet

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Umgebung, in einem Golfplatz gelegen, mit kompletten Einrichtungen, guten Badeprodukten und guter Qualität. Das Frühstück muss separat bezahlt werden und kann nach persönlichem Geschmack bestellt werden.

Manchmal brauche ich einen Ruhepause aus dem Leben und dieses Mal habe ich ausgewählt Extended Stay America I Romulus. Das Hotel ist alt und veraltet, aber es war sauber und ruhig. Wenn ich die junge Dame auf dem Büro prüfe, war schön und freundlich. Nächstes Mal brauche ich einen Pause Ich werde zurück zu ESA

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, kann überall leben

Whenever we fly out of metro we stay here. Our room was clean and updated and quiet. They have free parking for I belive a week to 10 days in a gated secured area. There are many restaurants within a half mile away as well as a restaurant on premise. Hotel staff are great and they offer free shuttle to and from the airport. Also a free breakfast in the morning.
