Ich hatte einen unglaublichen Aufenthalt im Caiku Hotel, von dem Moment, als ich ankam, wurde ich mit warmem Lächeln und außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft begrüßt, die Kontrolle im Prozess war reibungslos. Zu meiner Überraschung und Freude wurde ich auf das beste Zimmer im Hotel upgradiert! Das Zimmer war geräumig, schön gestaltet, und hatte alle Einrichtungen, die ich beantragen konnte. Der Komfort und der Luxus machten meinen Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich. Das Hotel selbst war über das wunderbare Zimmer hinaus gut gepflegt, mit großen Einrichtungen und einer perfekten Lage. Aber was wirklich herauskam, war der persönliche Kontakt im Service. SanSan ging oben und weiter, um sicherzustellen, dass ich die beste Erfahrung hatte, und ich schätze wirklich ihre Freundlichkeit und Professionalität. 酒店位置很好，離古城牌坊街走路的距離。本來還擔心攻略裏説的不好打車，附近交通方便，打車也很容易，加上潮州景區集中，去哪兒都方便，離美食街西馬路不過100米左右的距離，樓下都是吃的。酒店很新，但沒有裝修氣味，被單四件套都很乾凈，前台小姐姐必須誇一下，很熱情主動。攜程給的免費升級房型，主動提出，還帶我參觀了兩個房型，介紹了當地好玩的景點，總之很温柔。酒店公區比較典雅，房間的佈置法式風格，設備大多是智能控制，還有音樂播放，很特別。
