We chose a room with a view of the Lanyang Plain, and the suite was very comfortable, and it was loaded with surprises and amenities. The scenery was lovely, and we even caught the sunrise over Turtle Island in the morning. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we could feel the staff’s professionalism and genuine care. If time allows, we’d love to come back again. The only downside was the dinner buffet—not very tasty, especially the grilled beef, which was so tough it couldn’t be chewed. Such a pity, but overall, the experience was very good.

Lage & Einrichtungen waren bequem. Service durch das Hotelpersonal war gut und freundlich. Wie das im Innenhaus Frühlingsbad sehr willkommen nach einem langen Tag aus. Würde anderen für Wert für Geld empfehlen.

Room is clean but small. The chubby lady checking us in didn't show any hospitality. We checked in on an unbusy weekday, yet she put us in a room close to the main road with cars passing by with noises. The window insulation was poorly done, and not sound proof at all. The chubby lady never greeted us the whole time, not even a smile. Everytime we saw her, she turned her face, very cold. We didn't feel welcomed. When we checked out the next day, a different lady, much thinner and prettier, was very cheerful though. She was very polite. It would have been a nicer experience had we were served by her upon checking in.

Room was big and clean with a huge and comfortable onsen tub for the whole family. A short walk away from the train station, souvenir and eatery street as well as onsen park. Hotel had fish spa and onsen cooking station for a holistic experience. Will recommend!

Hotel room was clean and well furnished. Staff was friendly, but no one helped us to unload our luggage when we arrived. The heated pool in the hotel is great. Kids will love it. There are many different pools, both indoors and outdoors with different temperatures. Guest would need to purchase a swimming cap before entering all pool areas. Guest can bring their own too, if they remember to do so.

Nice hotel with private hot spring option. Little distant from Yilan but a good choice to enjoy hot springs as well spend a day or two in Yilan. Good options are limited at the hotel but 7-11 / family mart are close to the hotel.

Stayed at Hotel PIN from 10/4/26 to 14/4/26. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from the time we checked in till we checked out. The staff were all very courteous, polite & helpful. They even helped with the setting up of the baby chair for our 2 x young kids during meal times. The rooms are very clean & it comes with a spa pool in every room. The housekeeping staff (Ben & Lemon) must be commended for keeping our rooms clean every single day we were there. The hotel also provides free tea break & supper everyday for its guest. The location is ideal & it is within walking distance to the Jiaoxi town areas with many convenience stores, nice local, street & Japanese food within 5 to 10mins walk. Overall a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Sehr komfortabel in diesem Hotel, sehr großes Zimmer und sehr hohes Decken. Sie fühlen sich wie ein König im Zimmer, weil das Badezimmer eine riesige Heizungsstube hat, wo Sie in der Komfort Ihres Zimmers schwachen können. Es ist wert, in diesem Hotel zu kommen, um im heißen Frühling zu schwammen. Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und gut Englisch sprechen. Nur unten ist es, dass es abt 5 Treppen zum Eingang des Hotels gibt und wenn Sie eine schwere Tasche tragen, müssen Sie nach oben und nach unten. Wenn Sie das Zimmer über die Straße buchen, dann müssen Sie zum anderen Gebäude im Gegensatz zu dem, der in der Straße ist. Taiwan ist im Allgemeinen sicher, aber Sie werden das Hotel-Eingang (nur eine Tür) entlang der Straße noch schrecklich in der Nacht zu finden. Andere als das, in der Nähe haben viele Lebensmitteloptionen und die besetzten Marktstraßen. sehr empfehlen!

I really wanted to love this hotel because it has some great features, especially for families. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a positive impression right away. However, there were several downsides that made the experience disappointing. The location feels quite isolated—almost like you’re in the middle of nowhere. While there is a train station about 10 minutes away, getting there with a stroller was difficult and inconvenient due to the lack of sidewalks. Unfortunately, our room had a leaking ceiling that appeared moldy, which was concerning and definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this caliber. On top of that, you can hear trains passing by every so often, which can be disruptive. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the kids’ playground and the buffet. While the playground was a nice feature, the buffet did not meet expectations as it was disappointing for a fancy hotel. Overall, the friendly staff were a highlight, but the issues with the room, location, and dining made the stay fall short of expectations.

Erstens ist dies ein sehr altes Hotel, das wirklich bessere Tage gesehen hat. Obwohl es gut gepflegt ist, hat es seine ursprüngliche Einrichtung und Ausstattung aus den 1980er und 1990er Jahren beibehalten. Der Aufenthalt hier erinnerte mich an meine Kindheit, als ich in den 80er Jahren mit meiner Familie reiste. Das tatsächliche Zimmer sieht überhaupt nicht so aus wie auf der Website. Aufgrund der harten Böden sollten Sie Hausschuhe tragen oder Ihre eigenen Hausschuhe mitbringen. Bei dem beworbenen Thermalwasser handelt es sich lediglich um Thermalwasserleitungen, die in Ihre Badewanne führen. Es gibt eine Stufe, die einer Hot-Spa-Stufe in der Badewanne nachempfunden ist. Das Frühstück war gut, mit leckerem Schmorfleisch und Eiern, die man über den Reis oder Brei geben kann. Es gibt auch heiße Sojamilch. Aber kein heißer Tee, nur Kaffee. Das Personal sieht müde, aber fleißig aus. Als wir eincheckten, gab es eine mürrische ältere Dame an der Rezeption, die beim Einchecken ziemlich grob war. Z.B. „Wenn du hier keine Nummer eingibst und Sachen im Hotel lässt, werfen wir sie einfach weg! Nur um es dir zuerst zu sagen.“ Das Zimmer war je nach Perspektive recht klein oder gemütlich. Das einzige, was neu war, war die Klimaanlage. Der Fernseher verfügte über alle Sendereinstellungen, aber keine funktionierte. Internet-WLAN funktionierte auch nicht ganz.
