Unser Aufenthalt war absolut wunderbartruly über die Erwartungen hinaus! Jedes kleine Detail hält uns auf die beste Weise überraschend. Das Niveau der Pflege und Betrachtung im gesamten Hotel war wirklich heraus. Die Zimmer waren außergewöhnlich, vom Dyson Haartrockner bis zu den luxuriösen L’Occitane-Produkten. Sie lieferten sogar einen schönen kleinen Sack, um alles zu Hause zu nehmen, was so ein bedenklicher Touch war! Was die Erfahrung noch besonders machte, war das unglaubliche Team. Jedes Mitarbeiter, von der Rezeption bis zum Reinigungsteam und Aktivitäten Gastgeber, war top-notchfreundlich, aufmerksam und wirklich leidenschaftlich über das, was sie tun. Sie haben uns so willkommen und gut betreut. Es gab auch zahlreiche Aktivitäten für Kinder, die es perfekt für Familien machten, während es immer noch große Möglichkeiten für Eltern bieten, sich zu entspannen und zu genießen. Wir hätten nicht um einen besseren Aufenthalt gebeten und würden glücklich wieder zurückkehren!

Der heiße Frühling ist großartig (die für weibliche und männliche getrennt ; das Zimmer ist ausgezeichnet.. Allerdings ist die Buffetqualität irgendwie enttäuschend. Ich habe kaum etwas gefunden, was ich fertig machen könnte oder wollte 2. Runde - vor allem das Fleisch/Seafood-Rezeptor.. Selbst die Qualität der Früchte auch verschlechtert. für die Zukunft würde ich nicht im Hotel bleiben. werde nur die heißen Frühlingskupons für heiße Frühling (Onsen) nur. nicht wert, fast $400 pro Nacht mit der Lebensmittelqualität zu verbringen

Amazing hotel, very relaxing atmosphere, the room is clean and spacious with private onsen. Also the public bath was very nice and quiet, very great experience. There is also a kids friendly arcade room with many Nintendo Switch and PlayStations for some extra fun. Perfect getaway to relax, breakfast selection was amazing and must try. Would definitely come back again!

住宿時可以使用外邊的各式溫泉設施，可惜的是天氣突然變太冷，沒有使用到游泳池中的兒童設施，雖然是溫水兒童池，但是露天的，所以還是滿冷的；其他溫泉池就相當多種種類，也有蒸氣室與烤箱，可以從早泡到晚上😬 最令人開心的是早餐的部分可以享用到下午1點，早上泡完溫泉後，或是可以睡晚一點後再去享用，最晚可以享用到下午1點，吃完再出發去別地方玩😍 小朋友玩的相當開心

Ich habe ein Familienzimmer reserviert, sehr groß. Es gibt einen großen Steinschrank im Zimmer, und ich genieße die warme Atmosphäre mit meiner Familie. Es gibt ein Kinderzimmer, die Kinder spielen können, das ist sehr hilfreich. Es gibt Wasser, das auf dem Schoß liegt, und vielleicht nicht aufgrund des warmen Wassers fallen wird. Das Personal der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich.

Excellent hotel. Very clean. They can have more children’s activities. It’s more suitable for couples. Gym can be improved. They should have at least Yoga mats. Hotel’s hot spring is good. The breakfast is good, dinner is average. Location is average.

這次入住凱渡廣場酒店三天兩夜，3大1小入住「璞富騰海景套房（雙大床）」，含早餐，整體住宿體驗很舒服，也很適合家庭旅遊。 房間非常舒適寬敞，一房一廳，衛浴空間也不小，還有浴缸，整體空間對我們來說很夠用。雙大床對3大1小來說也很剛好。最驚喜的是房間有一個超級無敵大～大大大大的陽台，視野很開闊，可以看海、看龜山島，也能直接感受到度假的氛圍。 飯店整體設備都蠻新，房間乾淨，住起來很舒服。飯店內有泳池、漂漂河、Kids Club、大眾風呂等設施，大人小孩玩起來一點也不無聊。這次三天兩夜我們沒有另外安排其他景點，幾乎都待在飯店裡，睡醒吃早餐、散步、玩水、玩 Kids Club、看海放空，節奏很剛好。 早餐很豐富，服務人員態度親切，整體入住過程也很順利。很喜歡這裡不用特別排行程，就能有放鬆度假的感覺。 如果想找一間離北部不算太遠，又有海景、親子設施和度假感的飯店，凱渡廣場酒店會是讓人想再回訪的選擇。

It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! This hotel really checked all the boxes for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway. The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit! The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea.

Love the in room onsen. They also offer tea breaks and late night snacks as well.

I really wanted to love this hotel because it has some great features, especially for families. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a positive impression right away. However, there were several downsides that made the experience disappointing. The location feels quite isolated—almost like you’re in the middle of nowhere. While there is a train station about 10 minutes away, getting there with a stroller was difficult and inconvenient due to the lack of sidewalks. Unfortunately, our room had a leaking ceiling that appeared moldy, which was concerning and definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this caliber. On top of that, you can hear trains passing by every so often, which can be disruptive. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the kids’ playground and the buffet. While the playground was a nice feature, the buffet did not meet expectations as it was disappointing for a fancy hotel. Overall, the friendly staff were a highlight, but the issues with the room, location, and dining made the stay fall short of expectations.
