CCP_LeeI write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all. The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing? The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room. On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before. It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well? Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me. It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again I hope to hear from you on the above mentioned. Thank you.

GGeraldLim1Had a great stay at Hotel Si! The showers had constant hot water with strong pressure, and they even provided travel adapters. The water dispensers on every floor were clean and convenient. The lobby was spacious, open, and beautifully decorated with plenty of plants. However, an important thing to note—our room had a balcony, and the toilet was located outside on it. This can be inconvenient, especially at night or in winter when you have to take a few chilly steps back to the bedroom after a shower. The Sealy bed was super comfortable, but the blanket wasn’t the best. The duvet cover kept shifting due to loose ties, which left empty spaces inside. The TV was large and had YouTube and Netflix, but it was quite laggy—maybe Haier isn’t the best brand for TVs. On the plus side, the location is fantastic! There’s a great massage parlour and a live band bar nearby. That said, the strict 4 PM check-in policy can lead to long queues, and parking is limited to just five spots outside, though alternatives are available. One small suggestion—the hotel might want to consider rebranding as ”Hotel Xi” instead of ”Hotel Si,” as ”Si” means ”die” in Mandarin, which is a cultural taboo for Chinese guests. Overall, it’s a decent option if the price is right. The separate toilet setup was a huge downside for me, but the convenience of the location makes up for it. Would consider staying again!

Direkt am Ufer des Grünen Flusses gelegen, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Taichung entfernt, finden Sie zahlreiche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Betten mit festen Federkernmatratzen (die nicht durchliegen) und es gibt reichlich Warmwasser. Eine Kaffeemaschine mit verschiedenen Kaffee- und Teesorten sowie Trinkwasser in drei verschiedenen Temperaturen stehen Ihnen rund um die Uhr an der Rezeption zur Verfügung. Auf dem Dach befinden sich eine kostenlose Waschmaschine und ein Trockner (10 NT$ für 20 Minuten). Kostenlose Parkplätze sind nur 5 Gehminuten von einem Partnerparkplatz entfernt. Für Reisende, die eine Unterkunft suchen, ist dieses Hotel äußerst praktisch und komfortabel. Sehr empfehlenswert.

GGuolaoshiDas Hotel ist sehr nah am Bahnhof Taichung gelegen, und direkt vor der Tür gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, was die An- und Abreise sehr bequem macht. Allerdings sind die Leitungen alt, und es dauert lange, bis warmes Wasser kommt – man muss den Wasserhahn sechs bis sieben Minuten laufen lassen, bis es warm wird. Ansonsten ist alles ziemlich durchschnittlich und weder besonders gut noch schlecht.

JJRTHotel is located near the train station with about 10minutes walk and it’s very convenient. Staffs are very friendly and always assisting in every way possible from check-in to requests to check-out too. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, though room size is small but it sleep comfortably maximum of 2 person in a room. Overall had a great experience too and will definitely stay again.

VVT-Das Hotel liegt 3 Nächte lang, nur 5 Gehminuten von der Familie Mart entfernt, verschiedene Essen und Bushalte. Es ist auch 15 Gehminuten von der Yizhong Street entfernt. Das einzige negative, was ich überhaupt denke, ist, dass Sie in der Badewanne duschen müssen (es gibt keine separate Dusche außerhalb des Badewanne), die für ältere Menschen möglicherweise nicht geeignet ist. Wir haben das entspannte Ambiente des Hotels sehr gern geliebt.

JjocolocoIch liebe die ganze Vibe des Hotels, wo es dieses rustikale industrielle Aussehen gibt, aber das Innenraum ist wirklich schön. Das Front Desk war super bequem, als wir unser Zimmer aufzurüsten wollten, aber das erste upgrade Zimmer war nicht unserem Gefallen und sie empfahl nett ein anderes Zimmer, um uns zuerst einen Blick zu nehmen, bevor wir darüber entscheiden. Wir konnten in einer Stunde früher als Gut und konnte unser Gepäck am Front Desk halten nach dem Ab check-out und zurück zurück später zu sammeln. Gesamt eine erstaunliche Erfahrung mit SOF Hotel und würde sicherlich zurück zu bleiben, wenn ich in Taichung wieder

VvinceDas Zimmer und die Toilette sind sehr ordentlich und das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr höflich und höflich. Auch das Morgenbuffet ist köstlich! In der Lobby gibt es auch kostenloses Wasser Was mir am besten gefällt, ist sein Bett, das wirklich extra groß ist und sehr bequem für zwei Personen ist! Empfohlen!
