Hostels in Taichung

I write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all. The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing? The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room. On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before. It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well? Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me. It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again I hope to hear from you on the above mentioned. Thank you.

The hotel is situated on a quiet street yet remains in a central area of Taichung City, offering the best of both worlds. Public transportation is easily accessible. The customer service was excellent, with clear and helpful explanations provided during check-in. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Komfortabel, sauber, sicher und praktisch – eine Top-Wahl. Direkt am Ufer des Grünen Flusses gelegen, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Taichung entfernt, finden Sie zahlreiche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Betten mit festen Federkernmatratzen (die nicht durchliegen) und es gibt reichlich Warmwasser. Eine Kaffeemaschine mit verschiedenen Kaffee- und Teesorten sowie Trinkwasser in drei verschiedenen Temperaturen stehen Ihnen rund um die Uhr an der Rezeption zur Verfügung. Auf dem Dach befinden sich eine kostenlose Waschmaschine und ein Trockner (10 NT$ für 20 Minuten). Kostenlose Parkplätze sind nur 5 Gehminuten von einem Partnerparkplatz entfernt. Für Reisende, die eine Unterkunft suchen, ist dieses Hotel äußerst praktisch und komfortabel. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel ist sehr nah am Bahnhof Taichung gelegen, und direkt vor der Tür gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, was die An- und Abreise sehr bequem macht. Allerdings sind die Leitungen alt, und es dauert lange, bis warmes Wasser kommt – man muss den Wasserhahn sechs bis sieben Minuten laufen lassen, bis es warm wird. Ansonsten ist alles ziemlich durchschnittlich und weder besonders gut noch schlecht.

Das Hotel liegt im Nordbezirk von Taichung, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Einkaufsviertels Yizhong und des Kaufhauses Chung-Yoo. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Taichung ist etwa 10 Fahrminuten entfernt. Mit dem Bus oder dem Taiwan Tourist Shuttle erreichen Sie bequem Fengjia und das Regenbogendorf. Im Gegensatz zu den oft beengten japanischen Businesshotels besticht das Hotel durch helle und komfortable Zimmer. Die hellen Holzelemente in Grau-Weiß und die großen Fenster lassen viel Tageslicht herein und schaffen so ein großzügiges und angenehmes Ambiente. Empfohlen für Paare.

Das Hotel liegt nur eine Gehminute vom Bahnhof Taichung entfernt, und auch Bushaltestellen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass die Anreise sehr bequem ist. Supermärkte, das Einkaufszentrum Sun Plaza und die Geschäfte von Shin Tung Yang sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen und laden zum Einkaufen ein. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend, und Gästen, die eine Zimmerreinigung wünschen, stehen gegen Gebühr Waschmaschinen zur Verfügung.

Hotel is located near the train station with about 10minutes walk and it’s very convenient. Staffs are very friendly and always assisting in every way possible from check-in to requests to check-out too. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, though room size is small but it sleep comfortably maximum of 2 person in a room. Overall had a great experience too and will definitely stay again.

We traveled to Taiwan with our family and stayed at Suye Hotel for four days, booking four rooms. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The room design was also very beautiful and well thought out. Thank you for helping us make our experience in Taiwan even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate it!

In der Nähe des Hotels befinden sich einige dunkle Lokale, daher sollten Damen abends etwas vorsichtig sein. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, und Essen zum Mitnehmen lässt sich bequem bestellen. Einziger Nachteil ist die etwas ungewöhnliche Anordnung der Toilette; beim Hinsetzen stoßen die Knie an die Duschwand. Die günstige Lage des Hotels und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind ein großer Pluspunkt! Da es sich in der Nähe des Bahnhofs befindet, sind die umliegenden Gebäude recht alt, und es gibt nur wenige offene Parkplätze.

Das Zimmer und die Toilette sind sehr ordentlich und das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr höflich und höflich. Auch das Morgenbuffet ist köstlich! In der Lobby gibt es auch kostenloses Wasser Was mir am besten gefällt, ist sein Bett, das wirklich extra groß ist und sehr bequem für zwei Personen ist! Empfohlen!
