It was a great family weekend. It was raining but the kids spent 3 happy hours at Epicland which is a couple minutes walk from the hotel .. I took the opportunity to enjoy the spa at Auberge .. they give 15% for hotel guests .. the next morning when it wasn’t raining we went to the swimming pool and it was very nice.. it’s a nice weekend get way from the city :)

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Seaview room was great and the shower/bath combo was spacious. Beautiful surroundings and a decent breakfast spread. Would definitely recommend and I would stay again.

Room is clean and new. I especially like the walk-in bathtub. Breakfast is very basic but sufficient. Free shuttle bus to and from Tung Chung MTR station and Disneyland. The room DOESN'T provide any amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, slipper, comb and cotton bud. The toilet does provide a hand soup, body & hair shampoo, and conditioner. No body lotion. All amenities can be purchased at a vending machine at at cost. It is said to be a directive from the HK government as part of their green efforts nationwide, but many hotels still provide recyclable bathroom amenities or a symbolic charge like HKD1, this hotel charges HKD 12 for a toothbrush..... Swimming pool is relatively small and they close at certain hours. The lifeguards will literally 'rush' you to leave the pool with very impatient attitude when it is about closing time. They don't give you enough time to dry up after getting out from the pool....they just make sure you leave on time!

Nice ocean view from the room. We waited almost an hour to check-in. Room sofa was not desirable(see picture). Pool was nice. Food was okay.

We had a great staycation celebrating birthday. The hotel offered free upgrade to Panaromic room and the sea view is perfect. Cleaniness can be improved in the room. The kids loved the kids club and Epicland is just a few minutes away

Overall is okay for vacation with families. The room is not very clean.

Relaxing  and service is good! I think it’s good for weekends! Spending time there with the free breakfast buffet which was satisfactory!
