The location was perfect right in the middle of Broadbeach. The windows were sound proof so he heard nothing once they were shut

The team were happy to accommodate my after hours check-in and organised to have the security guard let me in. Upon checking in, I also learnt that I had been given a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was fantastic. I was just on my own this time but wouldn't hesitate to book a little getaway for myself and the kids next time. The location was also great, a short stroll to the beach, and surrounded by lots of restaurants and entertainment.

Great place to stay with family. We booked two bedrooms apartment and One room there was a bit too small but overall had good experience.

Excellent location and outstanding property

The staff, location, and amenities were great, but the room had a bad smell like the room was cleaned with an old mop and stale water.

It’s a good place where you can easily take the train to the downtown area and there are quite a few places for food.

Very nice and clean apartment. Location is good as well. However, it was hard to find a parking in allocated areas as it used to get busy and kitchen... It's simply not practicle. I had kids with me but I couldn't do any quick meals for them as I was told the smoke alarm is very sensible and I would have to pay if it goes off. The kitchen's exhaust was actually leaving the air inside the cabinets. If you need a kitchen to do meals... This isn't the place.

Old apartment with oven door needing repairs. Location is good with beaches down the road and convenient food eateries.

Excellent service from staff and the apartment was great. Spacious, clean and homely. Highly recommended. I will stay there again.
