Kristine und Jizen waren so hilfsbereit. Dank ihnen war mein Aufenthalt großartig. Das Hotel ist gut, schöner Pool, Liegestühle, kostenlose Fahrräder für eine Stunde und die Getränke an der Bar waren auch herrlich. Die Leute beim Parkservice waren auch freundlich, ich habe meinen Aufenthalt genossen.

Die Lage ist perfekt, überqueren Sie einfach die Straße und Sie sind am Strand, auch jedes Mal frische Kekse, wenn Sie hineingehen und sogar hinausgehen, wenn Sie danach fragen. Sie werden Sie nie im Stich lassen, außerdem geben sie Ihnen Flaschen Wasser Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, schöner Pool mit Blick auf die Küstenlinie, die Lage ist in der Mitte von allem, was Sie brauchen, 5 Minuten zu Fuß von Walmart, 7 Minuten von Starbucks entfernt, es lohnt sich, zum zweiten Mal dorthin zu gehen und ich würde es jedem empfehlen

The room was quite nice - sparkling clean! This is definitely the most important element for me, but this place didn't disappoint regarding cleanliness. One thing I found disappointing was that, while this is a solid place to have a family vacation, there isn't really a more quiet place to get some work done besides the desk in the guest room. The business center is right in the middle of the front lobby, which can sometimes get super loud. A quieter workspace area that is tucked away would be nice. One frustrating thing was the amount of gratuity tacked on to everything. We went to the Bar & Grill for some snacks and a beer one day, and despite only getting our order taken at the bar and one other person bringing out our food and drinks once, maybe twice, the resort has the audacity to add on an 18% service fee on top of the price automatically. I understand that inflation and cost of living are a problem, but it shouldn't give hotel chains like Hilton to pass on the responsibility of paying their employees to their customers. They should actually pay their people a fair wage. $40/day+tax for mandatory valet parking was also completely unnecessary. That being said, experience-wise, it's still a good place and seemed to be one of the lower-priced resorts in the area, but I hate how hotel chains tend to find ways to gouge just a little bit more money out of people around every corner.

Very unfriendly personnel pool not clean and unhelpful personnel beach and poolside.  Some Frontdesk staff unfriendly and unhelpful.

Great location. Valet is great. Easy check in and great pool! Room was large and very comfortable

Double tree is an amazing place to stay. The front desk guys were amazing. Very close to the beach and other key areas and the room service was awesome as well. The afternoon beach side dj was so good and the food too. I forgot an item and they were able to reach out and help secure it. That was good too

Room was modern and clean Beach access is not good I was double charged for my room and took some time to resolve. Overall, a nice place to stay

Everything was good. Expect for the pool staff. They were extremely strict on bringing bags to the pool area did not allow anything in.

我致電了酒店前台告知有兩件衣服遺落在房間的衣櫥裏了，但是被告知：經過酒店保潔尋找表示沒有。我認為，如果酒店的保潔人員按照流程檢查了衣櫥和保險櫃，應該第一時間發現的。現在沒有的話，那麼我認為是你們的保潔人員把我的衣服拿走了，酒店有責任做出誠懇的道歉,但是並沒有。 I called the hotel front desk to inform them that two pieces of clothing had been left in the closet of the room, but was told that after the hotel housekeeping searched for them indicated that they were not there. I think that if the hotel's housekeeping staff had followed the process of checking the closet and safe, they should have noticed it first. Now if they didn't, then I think it was your housekeeping staff that took my clothes away and it is the hotel's responsibility to make a sincere apology, but NOT!

В номере не работал душ, но сотрудники быстро решили вопрос. Чистый, уютный, близко к океану, отличный пляж.

房間乾淨，環境非常優美，服務很好，游泳池非常漂亮，吃飯買東西特別方便
