Stayed 4 nights and wish we'd stayed longer! A really lovely small hotel, great location, rooms and pool. Rooms with balcony especially nice try to secure one of these. Staff were great, so helpful, couldn't do enough for you. Hang was fantastic! She helped organised tickets to shows, transport and gave great food recommendations. Thank you Hang, you were really lovely and made our holiday special!

Very good location,15 mins walk from town centre but close to cafes, restaurants and the riverside for boat trips. Attentive, friendly staff, tour programme offered if needed, but we were not hassled to buy. Breakfast was lovely, with a good choice and the coffee was fresh and hot- the best yet at any hotel breakfast we tried here in Vietnam. Omelette chef very good and delicious banana pancakes made to order. Selection of fresh fruit and little pastries plus a choice of local dishes, noodle soup and bacon, beans etc. Picnic breakfast offered if u have an early start. Two small but refreshing pools with some sunbeds, but unfortunately not a sunny area due to hotel design, but pleasant nonetheless. Gym good. Free use of fairly decent bikes and the ride to the beach is a lovely 25 mins through paddy fields. If you are a light sleeper there is the risk of a cockerel crowing early in the morning, erratic shower temperature and corridors are not carpeted, so occasional noise from other guests (although no late night noise). Very comfortable bed, good HK, bathroom amenities and good quality towels. Although our booking site mentioned bathrobes and a safety deposit box these were unavailable. We had a week staying here and enjoyed our stay very much. The pros far outweigh any slight cons and overall we would recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay in a well located property. Thank you to all staff who were pleasant, helpful , friendly and customer focused - from the front of house to the maintenance staff. For the price paid the hotel was excellent value for money.

Wir haben 4 Nächte im Hotel verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Hervorheben muss man definitiv das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Hier wird ein sehr guter Job gemacht. Die Lobby und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Der Poolbereich war gut und gepflegt. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ja, den Straßenlärm haben wir teilweise mit unserem Zimmer direkt zur Straße auch mitbekommen, aber hier kann das Hotel nichts dafür und nachts ging es. So laut war es nicht. Am Wochenende finden auf einem benachbarten Grundstück Hochzeiten statt, aber um 22 Uhr war hier auch Ruhe. Das Frühstück war geschmacklich gut. Vorallem die vietnamesischen Gerichte. Das Continental Breakfast traf nicht ganz unseren Geschmack, aber das ist sehr subjektiv. Wir würden das Hotel empfehlen und wieder buchen.

Unter den Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in Hoi An gab es viele Mitarbeiter, die sehr luxuriös und freundlich waren, und ich habe den sehr freundlichen Service des Hotelpagen, der Rezeption und des Küchenchefs gespürt. Es war so praktisch, ein Fahrrad mieten und in die Altstadt fahren zu können. Besonders empfehlenswert sind Morgenfahrräder. Die Reisnudeln, die zum Hotelfrühstück serviert werden, sind wirklich köstlich!! Darüber hinaus wurden tropische Früchte wie Drachenfrucht, Banane, Papaya usw. mit Joghurt vermischt, sodass es so lecker war. Die Unterkunft ist in den Neubau und den Altbau aufgeteilt, wobei mir persönlich der Neubau heller gefallen hat.

We stayed here for a couple of nights, as a family. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The pool (a bit small but understandable given the location) was very refreshing after a long day of walk. The hotel offers great service for the guests - we were able to book a tour for the following day, and we managed to do this after 9 PM in the evening - the service at the reception was impeccable! Breakfast is all that one would need - recommend to try the specialty coffees (egg coffee, coconut coffee, salted coffee). They come extra but they are SO good! The place is walking distance from the river and this gets very animated in the evenings. All in all, great stay and highly recommended.

Es war sehr gut!! Ich werde es das nächste Mal wieder verwenden. Es ist großartig. Ich werde es auch anderen Leuten geben. Es ist großartig zum Fotografieren. Meine Damen, ich werde es auch ihnen geben.

Zunächst einmal war der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals so freundlich. (1. Ich wollte in die Altstadt, aber Grab wurde nicht erwischt, also habe ich ein Taxi gerufen und den falschen Preis angegeben, also habe ich den Betrag sogar telefonisch bestätigt, nachdem ich oben angekommen war. 2. Als ich fragte, ob es Medikamente gegen Mückenstiche gebe, borgte er sich Notfallmedizin und gleichzeitig das Spray-Medikament aus, das er hatte, und bat darum, es am Tag des Check-outs zurückzugeben. . und viele andere Freundlichkeiten Das Schwimmbecken ist groß, sauber und hat eine gewisse Tiefe, so dass es gut ist, beim Schwimmen zu spielen, und die Atmosphäre ist gut, also habe ich viele Fotos gemacht. Unnötig zu erwähnen, dass der Zustand des Zimmers so sauber ist und alle notwendigen Utensilien vorhanden sind (Zahnbürste, Handtuch, Duschgel, Shampoo-Trockner usw.)

Der Hotelservice ist sehr gut und die Zimmer sind wunderschön. Sehr zu empfehlen Die Lage ist etwas weit von der Altstadt von Hoi An entfernt und man kann nicht zu Fuß dorthin gehen, aber das Hotel bietet einen Shuttlebus

I’m having a great time here. The staff is very professional, welcoming and friendly. They consistently go above and beyond. Nice restaurants, pool and gym. Room is very modern, spacious and clean. If you’re looking for a relaxing and quite vacation, this is the right place for you!

Die Hotelumgebung ist super schön, das Einchecken geht schnell, alle Mitarbeiter sind herzlich und zuvorkommend, die Hotelleitung ist sehr gut👍👍👍, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich zu Gästen, anders als in anderen 5🌟-Level-Hotels fühlt man sich wie zu Hause 🙇‍♀️ Dies ist mein erster Besuch in Vietnam🇻🇳. Ich habe übrigens meinen Hochzeitstag gefeiert. Das Hotel war sehr aufmerksam und hat mir ein Geschenk geschickt🎂. Das Hotel ist durch ****** und viele Restaurants mit verschiedenen nationalen Küchen getrennt . Das Zimmer ist groß und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Es gibt einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand🏖️Meerblick. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Vielen Dank an das Hotel für die angenehme Zeit. Wir werden das nächste Mal auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. Es ist großartig👍
