Eine beeindruckende Erfahrung mit einem ausgezeichneten Hotel. Das Zimmer war wunderbar, sauber und luxuriös mit reichlich grünem Tee und vietnamesischem Kaffee. Das Bett war äußerst bequem, die Dusche und das Badezimmer waren fantastisch und die Aussicht auf den Fluss war besonders bei Sonnenuntergang schön. Das einzige Problem war, dass es gegenüber dem Aufzug lag, sodass es gelegentlich Flurlärm gab. Das Frühstück war hervorragend mit einer großen Auswahl an westlichen und vietnamesischen Gerichten. Alles war frisch, insbesondere das Gebäck und das Obst. Es gab Köche, die darauf warteten, Bestellungen für Gerichte wie Omelettes, Eier Benedict, Rührei, Pho und Nudelsuppen entgegenzunehmen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, da es am Rande von How An liegt und man einen kurzen Spaziergang zu den Feldern und zum Fluss hat, aber auch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Stadtzentrum und zum Nachtmarkt. Das Personal war unglaublich gut. Sie sind alle sehr freundlich, grüßen immer mit Namen und kennen die Einzelheiten meines Aufenthalts. Als ich spät abends ankam, hatte die Rezeptionistin dafür gesorgt, dass die Klimaanlage in meinem Zimmer vor meiner Ankunft eingeschaltet wurde, was sehr willkommen war. Was auch immer ich für meinen Aufenthalt brauchte, die Rezeption half mir und stellte es mir zur Verfügung. Als ich am frühen Morgen abreiste, boten sie mir unerwarteterweise eine Frühstücksbox und eine Tasse Tee für meine Fahrt zum Flughafen an. Sie sind wirklich nette Leute, wie man sie in Vietnam immer findet. Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Great customer service from the start to the end. Definitely will come back again. With the free bike, the location from hotel to Ancient City which make it easier.

Fantastic service by the staff in this hotel. We got a free upgrade to a room with pool view and it was nice and spacious. The bath tub and bed were of comfortable size and made for a great stay.

It’s a really nice little hotel. About 1km walk to the Japanese bridge, Hotel crew extremely nice and helpful. Small pool is available but we never had time to test it. Breakfast is OK also by western standards. Rooms are small but feels almost new and nicely decorated. We will come back for sure 😎

Only stayed there 1 night to attend a business meeting with one of my bigger clients. Hotel was very welcoming and the reception area very clean. Check in process was very easy. The room that I had was the pool view. Attractive as it was, I did not have the pleasure of using it because of time and the rather nippy temperature. Room was very nice and spacious and the internet connectivity was more than acceptable. Breakfast options was decent enough for my simple requirements.

The hotel is located not far from the old street and easy to walk around. The staff provides excellent service, including giving advice on various tourist attractions, great local restaurant and others that i love it!!! Me and my friends had a great experience in this stay.

We have a wonderful stay at Delicacy hotel. The service from the crews are excellent, especially Lisa. We will definitely come back to this hotel again for our next stay!

Very very friendly staff, the personal attention given is great. This is my first time ever experience with such a good service. The complementary breakfast is simple. and nice.

The hotel is cozy and comfortable, high rate on their bed especially. Very nice and warm service, special thanks to their staff, Stelle. We were impressed by their surprising arrangement of the birthday cake - we didn’t request but a complimentary gift as they checked the birthday on my boyfriend’s passport. Thank you again, my boyfriend and I enjoyed so much during our stay.
