The hotel room was spacious with solid furniture and was quite clean. I looked forward to breakfast. When I got the breakfast there were many choices. I chose to have a cereal. Then I went to get some bread and noticed the cheese had a mystery ingredient. I looked closer and realized they were small flies. I then looked closer at the rest of the buffet and saw there were flies crawling over everything. I complained and pointed to the open windows. The staff laughed and closed just one window. I stopped eating my breakfast and could not believe how poor their hygiene was. I complained to reception after showing them the Photographs I had taken and got a small refund to pay for eating elsewhere. It's a shame as the room itself was nice, just don't eat there.

Great location about 15 mins walk into the town. Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were so friendly & every day chatted with us about our plans for the day and offered recommendations. The hotel was so quiet when we were there. We only realised as we were moving on that they have a restaurant upstairs

Decent location within 10mins walking distance to market and another 5mins to the Old Town. The distance means you'll get more space and quietness away from the crowd. Overall, quite value for money. Room is spacious, well-maintained and cleaned. Breakfast selection also not bad, ticks most of the basic requirements. Staffs are friendly, helpful and smile a lot.

Place for breakfast is very big, clean, tidy and distance for every table not too close so enjoy privacy. Food is not too much but pair enough for travelers.

Nice little hotel - breakfast was a disappointment and the pool closes at 6! Which is annoying. I like an evening swim when it’s so hot. Room was nice, hotel was clean and a short walk from old town! Recommend doing the coconut village visit! Amazing experience!

My second visit to this hotel again within 10days, 1st visit was in October and everything was perfect and this 2nd trip (November) there’s a water trapped faulty in the shower room, room door is a bit not in good condition and the channel reception, TV remote control not functioning well , and here comes another staffs Mr Thuong (Bellman cum Security) together with maintenance staff come to rectify the issue, subsequently Front Desk Receptionist Ms Phuah Thi Hong Hanh called me and asked if I need to change to another room , well I told her if they can solved the issues in my room I’ll just remain to the same room . I’m so pleased the hotel really take care of their hotel guests as the next following day , Ms Phuah has prepared new room to me for room change although I never ask for it because the issues has been solved on the spot. Thank you and appreciate! Initial part was tempted to try other 4-5 stars hotels with much better facilities and great rate on room rates within the vicinity but end up I still choose back Le Pavillion because Front House staffs are extremely helpful , friendly and genuine warm welcome us home, here I really wants to compliment Mr Vo Van Tri (Bellman cum Security) whom doesn’t speak much English but he knows and understands what I need , whenever I walk out from the hotel entrance he will approached me and ask if I need hotel bicycle to get to my destination. Will definitely choose the same hotel again for my next trip . -Perfect location for walking into old town and close to night markets. -Room is well-furnished makes me feel relaxing, peace, comfortable and feel like home. -Most importantly, the hotel staffs are the “Gems” of this hotel. Very friendly and attentive to their guests in house.

The hotel nice design. Walking distance quite far to Hoi An old town. Room without brekfast at $50 but with breakfast $150. Anyway we wake up late so no need. No food around the location. You have to take taxi or walk at least 20 mins

Отличный красивый отель, отличное месторасположения, не плохие завтраки, немного в отеле все не отстроено в плане персонала, мне показалось, но на удобстве и комфорте пребывания это не отразилось. Очень клевый персонал на ресепшен) Да, есть еще велики для самостоятельного изучения городка.

바로앞이 미케비치라 위치도 좋고 오션뷰 15층이라 뷰도 너무 이쁘네요. 직원들도 너무 친절하시고 머무는 내내 기분좋게 지내다 왔습니다. 다낭이 세번째라 인터컨티넨탈 리조트부터 시내 허름한 숙소까지 다 다녀봤는데 이가격에 이 시설이면 훌륭한듯 합니다.

Unser Zimmer hat eigentlich kaum etwas vermissen lassen, nur gibt es wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten im Schrank und auch die Schubläden sind leider nicht zu Öffnen. Insbesondere ist dafür ein hervorragendes Bett zu erwähnen. Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ganz besonders erwähnenswert ist das Restaurant mit der Leiterin Linda, die alle Wünsche der Gäste erfüllen, auch Sonderwünsche. Etwas enttäuschend war für uns der ungeheizte Pool, denn so ist dieser freilich in dieser Jahreszeit nicht zu benutzen. Wenn ich ein Hotel mit Pool buche, erwarte ich auch, diesen nutzen zu können. (Oder es stehen zumindest entsprechende Hinweise auf der Webseite). Heutzutage ist dies in den allermeisten Hotels mit Solarthermie oder Photovoltaik gewährleistet.

The hotel is clean. There is an outdoor swimming pool. The receptionist here is very friendly and guided me to the ATM and called a taxi. The restaurant staff provided a very delicious breakfast. The hotel is very close to the old town, I can walk there. If I come back to Hoi An, I will choose Le Pavillon as a resort.
