The hotel provided bicycles which gave us a lot of freedom to move around and see Hoi An. We were able to visit the organic vegetable village, beach and old town all in one day because of the flexibility the bikes gave us. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the New Year. The area is a bit noisy. The breakfast was nice, but a bit strange because different people in the restaurant were eating different things, but they didn’t give us a choice for what we could eat. Also, there is only one song that plays very loudly in the dining room over and over again so eat quickly😂

A beautiful peaceful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. The family that runs it are amazing, extremely kind and friendly. The breakfast is great and the rooms are incredible!

Amazing place to stay absolutely recommend - Mrs Vu and Mr Vu, including Mr Vu Snr are amazing hosts, with warm family friendly atmosphere Breakfast and coffee each morning was Delicious, Xuan is an incredible cook! ! Perfect place to stay, central, bikes , markets just down thd road. Friendly, kind, helpful. Rooms were clean & well serviced. Pool was great, swimming each day. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in Hoi An. Best hosts!

I have just recently stayed at the Hoi An Rustic Villa for 7 nights and it has been such a beautiful experience and extremely comfortable and pleasant stay. This family run retreat is beautifully located and within an easy bike and walk to the nearby village markets and shops as well as Hoi An city centre. The rooms are clean,comfortable,private and spacious.Mr and Mrs Vu are very respectful.friendly and accomodating hosts and the brekfasts are very delicious and generous. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this accomodation to others.

We stayed in this gorgeous rustic hotel x2 nights. Our stay was really comfortable. The family are so nice and always smiling!! They anee always there to help you book activities in Hoi An and to give good tips!! It’s a short taxi ride into Hoi An old town! The breakfast was 10/10!! Delicious banh mhi, banana pancakes, fresh juice and fresh fruit!! Would highly recommend staying here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious. The family running the place is incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help wherever they can. Every day, a different Vietnamese specialty was served for breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We only van recommand this place and we will come back

We stayed at Rustic Homestay Villa as it is locally owned and employs locals. We like to contribute to the local economy as much as possible. My communication with the owner, Mr Vu, was always professional but friendly and might I suggest booking directly with him rather than a 3rd party. The pool was fabulous. Breakfast - cooked by the wonderful Xuân - often meant we only needed dinner. In fact Xuân was truly amazing. Nothing to fault. And we would certainly stay here again.

This small villa has 11 very large, clean and comfortable rooms with good AC. It is ideally located an easy 15 minute bike ride to the beach in one direction and about the same distance to the old town in the other direction. The set menu breakfasts were delicious and include fresh fruit juices, baguettes, banh mi's, banana pancakes, tea/coffee/iced coffee, fruit and eggs anyway you like them. The villa is very inexpensive especially considering the high quality of the accommodation. All the staff were kind, helpful and friendly. Special mention to Xuan who is outstanding in her role as receptionist/breakfast cook/bike lady. Our group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay and plan to return for an even longer visit next year. Not a criticism but rather an observation, the shower is over the bath without a screen. It can get a little slippery and water goes over the bathroom floor.

My wife and I experienced the finest hospitality possible. The rooms were huge, immaculately presented, and with everything anyone could need. They were also incredibly romantic. The complimentary breakfasts were all delicious, very generous, varied everyday of our six night stay, and our absolutely charming hosts, Mr Bu, Thiu and Xuan were always smiling, exceptionally considerate, and full of extremely helpful local tips. The location is perfect, between the old town and the beach, an easy bike ride to each, and close to many local cafes and restaurants but without any hassle from touts. The pool was a welcome respite in the middle of the day and extremely serene. I honestly have never felt better cared for. The Rustic villa is a love affair waiting to happen to any traveller fortunate enough to stay. My deepest gratitude to all the lovely staff, who I now consider friends. Thnk you for an unforgettable experience.

The entire stay was amazing. The staff is the friendliest I’ve encountered on my travels in vietnam. Very attentive to anything you may need. The rooms are clean and the location is between the beach and the river area/ tailors streets. The breakfasts (included) were terrific. We stayed 4 nights and didn’t get the same thing twice. We’ve stayed in 5 different places in Vietnam and this is the best for sure. Price if very affordable

We had a lovely 5 night stay, the Villa is run by a wonderful family who make you feel very welcome and help with booking tours. The Villa is beautifully decorated, a real calm vibe, our room was huge, light & airy making it so comfortable to stay in. Bed was massive a bit too hard for me nevertheless I still slept well. Breakfast is freshly cooked each morning, 4 courses each day slightly different. For example scrambled eggs, fresh bread with jams, pancake, fresh fruit with fresh coffee and soft drink all delicious. Location is in the locals area with few hotels, shops etc very pleasant but do be aware the little main road that runs through is very busy & noisy from about 7am until 9pm do bring earplugs. They supply free bicycles which we used, you can also walk to lots of areas within 30-45 mins. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries.

Definitely recommend staying here, we had the best experience. Mr. Vu, family and all staff are more than friendly. So helpful with absolutely everything- recommendations for things to do, you can rent a bike, amazing breakfast & laundry service is available too! This is the perfect stay for a couple, the room is huge, clean and modern with a big comfy bed 😊 Great location if you want to be a bit of the town, it’s less than a 10 min drive from both the town and beach roughly €2 for a taxi to either place. 10/10 family run business- we have been traveling for 5 weeks and this has been our favorite stay! They also offer a transfer from the airport to the villa for 350k it’s cheaper than grab and their driver will be waiting on your arrival 👌🏼

An amazing, friendly, easy stay at a villa that gives you everything! Free bike rental, good breakfast, the best staff, lovely location, clean rooms, beautiful surroundings. And so cheap! Definitely the place to stay when visiting Hoi An.

We recently returned from our third visit since 2016 to the Hoi An Rustic Villa. Owned and operated by an amazing local family, our experiences at the Villa is the main reason we have returned to Hoi An 3 times. You arrive as guests but will leave as family. Great location provides easy access to Hoi An without being in the noise. A visit to the beach or Coconut Village is also easily accessed via the provided free bikes. If you need suggestion where to go or what to do, Mr. Vu and family will provide unlimited options. Each day begins perfectly with an amazing breakfast served by the always delightful and smiling Xuan. You will not enjoy a better banana pancake in all of Viet Nam! As all the reviews suggest, you will be very pleased spending some of you vacation funds with this very worthy family. Safe travels!
