Clean, trendy place almost in the center of Ho Chi Minh City! Of course, this place has to be judged more strictly because it is a more expensive franchise than the places we stayed before, but it also has more advantages: expensively furnished rooms, good plumbing, good linen and towels, there is a refrigerator (though there is no pot and pan?) and a kettle in the room, air conditioning and excellent Wi-Fi! My parents rated this place slightly lower than I rated my room in another review because their room was even darker, the bed in their room was too narrow for two people, and they were not happy with the view from the window at all: one window looked out onto the wall, and the other one looked out onto the entrance where people walk, so you could practically see them while they were lying down. But honestly, this place is not very close to the center, especially to the places where we wanted to walk, but still close enough to the big streets! Just have to walk to get to the center! But anyway, it's a good place to stay for a few days or more! Just get a room with a good view :) (again, I only got photos of park not far from hotel, sorry!)

Clean and quiet, with a cozy reading nook and a simple yet inviting gathering area—just perfect.

They have 2 separate area one with elevator and one does not however they do not mention it on the website when I book. I got the room on 4th floor without elevator. The room is nice but would be better if they clearly mention about the facility in the description

Good value for the price. Only the walls are a bit thin. Hence you need some earplugs to survive the night sometimes. Depending on your neighbors. Other than that don’t expect luxury for that price but it’s all clean and spacious. I’m staying here regularly when in Saigon

Nice hotel under the M Village chain with lovely smiling and helpful staff. Near and clean room, free water refill station and free laundry (with dryer) downstairs. Only a couple of drawbacks, the lift to go upstairs to the rooms is after a flight of stairs up and my only concern in the room was flies and insects in the room, regular insect sprays would be handy.

Sadly we were placed near a social area and stairway. So it was a bit noisy from time to time. The room was clean but the shower curtain past away some years ago. It was filthy and needs to be replaced. Also the shower drain was a bit clogged Overall good for one night or two.

Just stayed a day due to the departure time. Reasonable price, cozy, clean kind staff. No breakfast but can stay the coffee shop next to this hotel.

The wall color is beautiful with pink. Clean room with nice staff.

Everything is good except the location. Its quite far from any convinience store, and not many eateries place. Night wl be very peacefull, but since there is cafe downstair, start 10am wl be very noisy. Overall is very good.

It’s a quiet neighbourhood and close to town. Good location if you like peace at night too. Hotel decoration is nice and modern.

We arrived in the evening and check in was smooth & efficient. It was our first time experiencing an electricity black out of the entire building — apparently this is common in Vietnam, happened at 2am. However, it was sorted out by the hour. This is our 2nd time staying at M Village, and won’t be our last. Thank you M team for the hospitality & service!!

Value for money but quite old rooms
