Ich habe während meiner Reise nach Helsinki nach mehreren Hotels gesucht. Ich war mit der Lage und den Einrichtungen zufrieden. Den Bahnhof Helsinki erreichen Sie zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten. Die Kampi-Kapelle liegt direkt davor, daher ist der Frühstücksblick auf die Kampi-Kapelle gerichtet. Auch das Frühstück ist sauber und lecker. Es gibt eine Sauna im Keller des Hotels, aber die Wegbeschreibung dorthin ist nicht klar, das ist das einzige Bedauern. Die Sauna ist geräumig und schön. Das Zimmer ist auch sauber

The location of this hotel is very strategic, very near to the railway station and all the surrounding shopping malls. The breakfast is superb!

It has bidet!!! 10/10. First time to see one in EU. Perfect location just right outside of the hotel is a tram stop. It has a grand lobby with a nice overlooking of a Town Square which is good for People Watching. Room is clean and spacious. I was able to checkin early at 12pm. My only complaint is the pillow. It’s too ‘bloated’ and not comfortable for sleeping. So I used the duvet of my other bed (being in a Twind Bed Room) as my pillow. The handwash container was empty. But the shower is nice. Strong waterflow.

Everything was amazing but there is a toilet window whereby the person in the room could easily look into the person showering in the toilet. This might make some people uncomfortable to room together…

Very near the central station. Nice buffet breakfast with many choices. Clean and big room. Good view over the stunning chapal.

Should have a kettle in the room. Apart from that is good. Staff are very nice. Breakfast is good. The location is great. Not far from the Train station and the shopping center. The shops and supper market are there.

It was tired for the long train to Helsinki , and the weather is super cold that night. We needed some hot water and we requested kettle from the reception. We were very surprised and felt warm when received kettle with hot chocolate. Perfect customer service. Thank you 🫰

Prime central location. Facilities are poor, gym mentioned to be 24/7 but doors were not accessible, sauna not always available. Breakfast is good

centrally based, just 5 min walk to railway, newish building, but noise and heat insulation are in dire need of improvement. air conditioning didn't work by 28 degrees outside and glass facade, not even a fan. trams are heard on the 8th floor as if a small plane is passing by, and that late into the night. Soap splashes on the door have not been cleaned for a while and beds are small, almost fell on the floor while turning. not coming to this hotel any time soon. on the positive side: minibar is well stocked with water for 8 euro and alcoholic beverages for partying if you want all night long

I have read a reviews and decided to booked Scandic Simonkentta for 3 nights . Overall, super upset ! They don't provide slippers and electric kettle for standard room. Meaning to say, they only provide service based on room size ! Such a basic requirement, request guest to pay extra cost for kettle ! Very ridiculous and disappointed. The standard room per night I booked is not cheap too ! First time encountered this problem! Anyway, there are many good location hotels nearby. So Scandi Simonketta is not a best. don't even provide a customer service provider. This is my first and last with very bad experience. Never book Scandi Simonketta again ! Thanks
