Very friendly front desk staff, clean rooms and quiet area, extremely close to Zhongyang Pedestrian Street.

Once of the best hotel for this Harbin trip. We booked 4 and overall this is really the best. Next round back will only choose this hotel. Everything is great!

I've stayed here twice, both times in the winter. Hotel is near the walking street. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are too hot due to the floor heating.

The location is perfect - just off the walking street and easy to catch taxis from here too. The bed was comfortable and the room was OK. The rooms could do with a face lift.

Very convenient location right by the walking street and across from a small park with some ice sculptures. it's also a 15min walk to St Sophia Cathedral. There is a cute Hans Christian Anderson themed coffee shop on the corner. And the river with all it's activities is also also just a few minutes walk away. Clean and good service, I would recommend it.

*Disappointed after so many good reviews…* We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay. Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room. Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly. Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

The location is really good and near the central street. Only takes 2 minutes by walk. From Sophia 20 minutes by walking. The cleanliness is not bad, all the sheets and towels are really clean but their cups for tea is too dirty, we stayed their for 3 nights and each day when they come to cleaning the room they didn’t change our cup only wash with water and it wasn’t clean as well. Then we requested the front desk to revised them and they revised. Also the second day we finished our shampoo and wash body but they only put one body wash and not shampoo. The room was too warm and you can not to change that, we opened the windows in the 28 degrees. All of room do not have good view but actually it was not important for me as we want to go out from morning till night. The breakfast only includes Chinese style and not western. There are not many options. The service is good and they can support you and help you to go anywhere you want, but when we requested for water they sent water to our room after 2 times called them and after 2 hours, It was not bad staying at all.

We stayed during the Ice Festival and the hotel was warm, comfortable with a decent breakfast and good location.

The hotel was sooo good , the location was the best to visit so many nice places , I recommend everyone to choose this hotel if you want to visit Harbin

Except the bad check in experience (staff with bad mood and key of an occupied room), all the rest was perfect. Hot water (3rd floor), clean room, comfy bed, simple but nice breakfast. It is next too Zhongyang dajie so it super convenient.

Overall great. Very close to the central area. Room is ok but in winter season it takes quite some time to get warm shower water.

Hotel is in excellent location to Main Street. The hotel is high tech with smart TVs and gadgets.

THE BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service and friendliness from staff is next level. The room itself is great, from fantastic body lotion to a awesome quality hairdryer… small things that are so much better than other hotels. The bed is fantastic too. Whole room has heated flooring. The location is great too. Right next to the central street and about 20mins from all the tourist attractions. 100/10 👌👌👌
