Ich habe drei Tage lang in Folge gelebt! Es ist ein bisschen verrückt, dass andere Gäste morgens sind.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, hübsch, sauber, im Zentrum, belebt, umgeben von vielen Restaurants, Einkaufszentren, Parks, leicht zu erreichen, luftige Zimmer, gute Schalldämmung, das Personal ist auch sehr begeistert von mir und gibt Ratschläge. Es gibt viele Orte zum Spielen dort und in Hanoi. Wenn ich wieder nach Hanoi komme, werde ich wieder buchen

Ich habe wirklich meine Zeit im Wohnungen genossen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, die Einrichtungen sind topnotch, und der Sinn der Gemeinschaft hier ist etwas Besonderes. Obwohl keine Wohnung perfekt ist, die positiven weit überwiegen alle kleinen Nachteile.

Stayed here for two nights as a Bonvoy Titanium. The Sheraton accommodated us in a standard river view room on the first night, and upgraded us to an Ambassador Suite for the second night. Notwithstanding the suite upgrade, we elected to check out early (original reservation was for three nights) given that the rooms were very old with thin walls and did not provide for a good night's sleep. We found the Sheraton to be poor value for money, with a price point that was not commensurate with its hard product. For example, the beds in both the standard room and premium suites were hard. However, the showers were newly refurbished and had good water pressure. The furniture was old and the entire property had a classic look and feel with dark lights in both rooms and public areas. Even the Ambassador suite we moved into was quite run down, albeit spacious. There was a pesky feature where the air conditioning units activated at different times, creating air vacuums that resulted in interior doors knocking against their frames which disrupted sleep. The walls were also paper thin and we could hear an argument from a guest next door. Based on hard product alone, I would give the Sheraton 2*. The last time I stayed in a Sheraton that was so old and run down was the Sheraton Libertador in Buenos Aires which lost its flag soon after. But the property made up for the weak hard product somewhat with good service. This was true especially at the Club Lounge which also had a good F&B spread. Tuan at the front desk worked hard to make a suite available for our stay and was successful in moving us on the second night. He hoisted in my observation that colleagues told me that the Sheraton Hanoi was old but typically made up for it by having spacious suites for Titanium/Amb upgrades. While we did not get a suite for the first night, we were pleased to be able to see what the Sheraton had to offer on the suite front for the second night. On balance, we wouldn't return to a standard room at the Sheraton for the typical asking price of around USD200+. We moved to the Pan Pacific for our last night which we found to be more conveniently located and also significantly better value for money, even though I'm a GHA mid-tier member rather than top-tier. I understand the Sheraton Hanoi is planning a multi-year upgrade to both exterior and interior facilities. This cannot happen soon enough. I look forward to returning when the refurbishments are complete.

하노이 여행중 다른값싼 숙소도 있었지만 돈좀더보태서 편하게질낼려고 예약햇는데 위치도 좋고 1층에마트나 식당이랑 카페도 있어서 편하게 보냇어요 그리고 비행기시간이 밤늦은시간이라 퇴실후 쉴곳을찾을려다가 여기에 혹시 연장이나 저녁까지 쉴수있는지 물어보니 연장은 예약이 이미잡혀있어서 불가능햇지만 같은 아파트의 다른방을 따로잡아주셔서 비행기 시간까지 편히 쉬엇어요 다시 하노이방문하면 여기에 다시 묵을거같네요

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und verfügt über einen kühlen Balkon, der Sonnenuntergang ist hier atemberaubend. Mein Geliebter sagte, ihm gefalle diese Wohnung besser als der Aufenthalt in einem Hotel!

Good location, friendly staff, good service and situated in business area. Many restaurant in here and I got to try 3 Spoons restaurant which is serve buffet (freshly seafoods and delicious western options. Overall I really enjoyed my stay in Intercontinental.  

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Die Wohnung ist wirklich großartig und sauber. Aber bitte kontaktieren Sie das Hotel über ihre Telefonnummer im Voraus, damit Sie leicht anmelden können.

Wenn Sie ein internationaler Reisende sind, vermeiden Sie diesen Ort. Die Suche nach dem Hauptrezeption Gebäude war eine Herausforderung für den Taxifahrer, da es keine Signatur gab. Kein Komfortladen oder etwas im Kongressezentrum Campus oder in der Nähe. Das Empfangspersonal war kurz und beantragte eine Einzahlung in bar, da die Postmaschine, die es nicht funktioniert scheint. Und sie wollte meinen Pass als Garantie halten, die lächerlich ist. Das Zimmer war grundlegend. Kein Arbeitstisch. Toiletten waren unterstandard. Nur ein paar Hänge, um ein paar Kleidung zu setzen. Kleines Kühlschrank mit nur zwei Flaschen Wasser, einem roten Bulle und einem Koks (für die sie 100$ Cash-Deposits verlangen)!! . Fernsehkanäle funktionierten nicht. Restaurant und Zimmeraufträge schließen mit 9.30pm. Also muss man nälig schlafen, wenn man nicht frühzeitig Lebensmittel oder Abendessen aufbewahrt. Morgenstunde ist sehr dünn verbreitet und sie beginnen zu reinigen von 9.30am. Ich bat um ein zusätzliches Kaffeepaket (3-in-1) und sie verweigerten und sagten nicht mehr!! Das einzige positive ist die Atmosphäre der Grasen außerhalb der Villas. Das Eigentum ist besser für Budget-bewusste Tour Gruppen, die in einer Villa, Heimatstil bleiben wollen. Geschäftsbesucher sollten diesen Ort vermeiden.

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.
