We recently had the sheer pleasure of staying at the Hanoi Stella Hotel for three nights and our hearts are still nestled in the warm embrace of this exquisite establishment. Situated in the vibrant heart of Hanoi, the location afforded us the luxury of strolling through the city’s captivating streets with utmost ease. The rooms we were initially provided were a haven of comfort, showcasing pristine hygiene, especially in the bathrooms, which is always a big tick. The jewel in the crown was undoubtedly the staff whose proficiency in English was matched only by their boundless kindness. Their welcoming smiles immediately dissolved any travel-weary tension, making our interactions with them utterly delightful. Our adventure beckoned us to Sapa for a few days, but we found ourselves looking for the comforting cocoon of Hanoi Stella. Without a second thought, we booked it again for our final night in the city. To our sheer joy, we were upgraded to a family room—a spacious sanctuary that made us wish we had booked it every day of our stay. The room was a cornucopia of comfort, boasting ample space, heavenly beds, and a top-notch air conditioning system ensuring a cool retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle. The reception was a redux of our initial warm welcome, greeting us with tea, making our return feel like a homecoming. Their attentiveness added a golden touch to our already stellar experience.

Großes kleines Hotel auf einer kleinen Straße in der alten Viertel Hanoi. Wir hatten einen großen Service und Frühstück in dieser Familie laufen Inn. Sie halfen uns den Transport rund um die Stadt zu organisieren und uns auf die schwarzen Straßen orientiert. Wir genossen wirklich die lebendige Gegend und gingen überall, einschließlich einer Speisetour, um den See und eine Hanoi Stadttour, die Ho Chi Min Monument und die Wasserpuppe performance umfasste. Neben den touristischen Dingen haben wir uns hier perfekt gelegen, um auf unserem eigenen Weg zu springen und das lebendige Straßenleben um uns herum zu erleben. Sehr erfahren und sehr willkommen. Wir empfehlen den Elpis bei Nr. 5 ganz herzlich!

Ausgezeichnet! Zimmer mit großem Doppelbett mit Bad (Dusche, keine Badezimmer) und Balkon. Antike Holzmöbel und Minibar (kein Kühlschrank) im Zimmer, oberhalb der Oberfläche. Hypersaubere Einrichtung. Frühstück auf Anfrage ($) . Achtung, der Herr auf der Rezeption spricht nur Vietnamesisch. Haben Sie Ihren Übersetzer in der Hand und alles wird gut. Er ist sehr nett.

ドミトリーの中は普通のドミトリーです。少し通る通路は狭いですが、ベットと鍵付きの収納ケースは普通サイズです。日本のコンセントがボルトが対応していれば使えます。スタッフは日によって違うかもしれませんが、少し日本語が話せるので安心です。トイレとシャワーは男女別れていくつかありますが、シャワーからお湯はほとんど出ません。特に男性シャワーの入って手前側は水しか出ないので注意してください。ただ値段とハノイの気温のことを考えれば十分なドミトリー設備と立地の良さがあります。写真は特に撮ってなく、トイレから見た外の景色とWiFiです。

I was here with my family for about a week, we were sceptical at first as this is a new establishment. But the moment we arrived at their lobby the staffs proved that we have made a worthy decision. Especially Anne from management, she was very welcoming and informative which helped start a great beginning to our holiday in Hanoi. Rooms are absolutely clean and well organised. Furthermore internet connection was impressive, fast and smooth, only mentioning this as it has been quite a problem with our stay at many hotels in the past. This place is located right in the center of everything, walking distance to Old Quarter, Ho Guom lake, eating streets, markets, etc. Heaps more positive things about this hotel that you should come and experience for yourself. Definitely will be staying here again the next time I’m in Hanoi. Thank you Grand Cititel team for looking after us!

Thanks for the amazing experience at La Mandarina Hotel. The hotel owner and the staffs are very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. When I was there exploring the Old Quarters, they even told me the places to eat and took pictures for me. Really recommend everyone to go there to spend the night. I will come back here when I have another chance to visit Hanoi!

Ich bleibe im Mai mit Michael in diesem Hotel, mit dem ich in Hanoi vorher expressiv in den alten Vierteln verblieben habe. So war ich froh, nach ein paar Jahren wieder mit Michael zu sein! Er ist so gut mit mir, ihn zu schreiben, dass ich wieder komme und hatte eine Antwort zurück über Nite. Dieses Hotel ist ein hervorragender Preis für Ihr Geld und ihr Service ist über alles andere, was ich in meinen Reisen erlebt habe! Was auch immer Sie brauchen, Michael wird für Sie arrangieren, ob Taxi vom Flughafen Luxusbus nach Sapa oder eine Reise nach Halong Bay organisiert. Ich habe am Abend im Hotel gebogen. Ich wurde erläutert, dass alle Standardzimmer beschäftigt sind und in einem Deluxe gebogen. Wenn das freundliche und sehr aufmerksame Personal, das mich in der Nacht getroffen hat, mein Gepäck zum vierten Stock genommen hat, früh am Morgen Frühstück in 6.20 trotz der Tatsache, dass das Frühstück offiziell mit 7.00 abgedeckt ist, Ich würde sagen, mein Phy über die lauten Lage (kein Schlaf), ein gewaschenes Handtuch, kein Kleid im Badezimmer (alles auf dem Boden geschmolzen) und ein ziemlich altes Plümieren. Aber das Personal ist immer noch sehr dankbar.

Das Hotel liegt direkt bei der beliebten St. Joseph's Kathedrale und liegt perfekt, um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist extrem gut. Hervorzuheben ist das extrem aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Personal. Besonders Peter hat uns auch bei der Tourplanung sehr gut weitergeholfen (der Partner des Hotels für einen 2-Tages-Trip zu Halong Bucht ist auch sehr zu empfehlen).
