Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt. Es ist nicht groß, aber sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es ist ein ruhiger Ort mitten im Trubel und in der Nähe der umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal an der Rezeption war begeistert und stellte uns Motorräder zur Verfügung, um das Reisen in der Stadt zu erleichtern.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, aber das Personal am Schalter ist mit den Betriebsabläufen nicht vertraut, so dass die Kunden eine halbe Stunde warten müssen und damit Zeit verschwenden.

Einfach eine tolle Lage.

Reception Kelly provided excellent service. And her colleague Max (Bella Rosa Suites) service was excellent too.

Good hotel in terms of location. It is in the heart of bars, restaurants and spa area. The beer street is a minute or so away. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room I got was very big with two king size beds. It was at the rear of the building so away from the noise. I’d recommend this room if you want a quiet night.

ターヒエン通りすぐ横にあり立地は最高です。また、マッサージのお店も すぐ隣にもあり疲れた体を癒すには抜群の場所です。ホアンキエム湖にもドンスアン市場にも徒歩7分くらいです。

酒店就在河內老城區，離還劍湖、36街很近，離周邊的景點也就1～2公里，酒店雖然小，看起來不起眼，但是很乾凈。前台人員服務很好。當我買不到水上木偶劇票時，前台那個女的姐姐還騎着摩託車帶我去購票，真的謝謝。下次再來河內往還要再來住。

Great hospitality, specially from Ms Thao Excellent service and information when we arrived and during our stay. We will come back for sure as they are very friendly. They let us to us the shower on the day we check out and save our bags for some days.

Exceptional service. Our original hotel messed up our booking and had us wait around for hours. We arrived here and was told “you’re room 301, the aircon is on, your door is open and the key is in the room” after travelling for 24hrs we couldn’t be happier. It’s clean, friendly, and on the morning we checked out early the staff got breakfast started early so we didn’t miss out. They even offered to put a breakfast basket together to take for us if we needed anything specific that they hadn’t got ready in time. The location was also perfect for us. Just loved the place. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

My room on the 5th floor had a spacious balcony. I really liked that because it was unexpected (not the fact it would have a balcony because u booked it for the balcony, but how nice the balcony was going to be). The rooms are a little bit small, but they have everything you would need. The location is excellent, it's right in the middle of the old quarter, nothing is more than a few minutes walking away. But the best thing about this hotel is definitely - the couple of people working the reception during our stay are some of the most helpful receptionist I have ever encountered. They give you shopping tips, call tour agents for you, arrange laundry service, ask about your experiences, etc. really nice and helpful people, and I would love to stay in the hotel again for that alone.

We booked two night one night before our trip to Lan Ha Bay and one night after. When we arrived we met Kelly. She was really thoughtful and said that due to our trip in the morning it was best that we stay at another hotel where the noise level is much lower. That is why she recommended that we stay at Bendecir hotel with the same price. She thought it was better for us to be fully rested before our trip to Lan Ha Bay. The room she recommended was really good so we booked that hotel again after our trip from Lan Ha Bay and Kelly helped us with the booking. Kelly is really good and really service minded. I hope everyone will meet Kelly when they arrive at Bella Rosa.

The room was clean with efficient air conditioning and a secure safe. The high water pressure in the walk-in shower, even on the 5th floor, was a pleasant surprise. Chosen after careful research for its prime location and value, this hotel offered a comfortable stay at a reasonable price, making it a top pick for my next visit to Hanoi's Old Quarter.

Last time when I was in vacation, I had a chance to experience the amazing and professional service here. A gorgeous room with a picturesque view literally explode my heart. If I have a chance next time, this place obviously first choice :33.
