Ich habe es auf einer Geschäftsreise nach Hanoi genutzt. Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Hotel mit Badewanne und habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden. Das Ergebnis war sehr korrekt!
Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Es gab eine große Badewanne und ich konnte mich nach der Müdigkeit des Tages entspannen! Badekleidung ist erforderlich, es gibt aber auch eine Sauna und ein großes öffentliches Bad.
Das Pho, das man vor Ort zum Frühstück zubereiten kann, war köstlich! Ich würde gerne hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Hanoi gehe.

Este hotel está muy cerca del barrio de las embajadas, mucho más tranquilo que el casco antiguo. Se ve bastante nuevo y por tanto reservamos directamente con el establecimiento a través de email (enero 2023) una suite especial del piso 9º (planta noble hasta donde llega el ascensor). Un dormitorio amplio con cama grande (bien de colchón y sábanas), armarios, perchas, ventanales a la ciudad, mesillas, a.a. y tv satélite. Al lado, una sala de estar amplia con muebles, un sofá no muy grande (en las fotos se veían 2 sofás), otro a.a. y otra tv también satélite, un espacio de cocina con frigorífico grande (agua de cortesía) y precio normales. Un buen baño, moderno, amplio, con encimera y amenities, muy buenas toallas y ducha grande con mampara, presión de agua normal y ventana exterior. Bien de limpieza (diaria) y buen wifi. Recepción y zonas comunes suficientes. (2 ascensores y piscina interior). Personal amable. Check-in a las 12 (igual que el check-out). Al principio querían darnos un ático del piso 11, pero nos negamos porque son más pequeños y el ascensor no llega a ese piso. La zona de desayunos es muy pequeña (solo 3 mesas) y tuvimos que desayunar en una de las mesas de recepción (mesas redondas muy pequeñas, pero al menos separados del resto por el tema COVID). Un bufet no muy variado (huevos/tortillas a petición) y no muy bien presentado, además de repetitivo (fruta escasa y solo pan de molde). Si algo se terminaba, había que pedirlo a la camarera, aunque no tardaba mucho en reponerlo. La calle Doi Can es algo estrecha y con tráfico intenso, llena de restaurantes y tiendas, pero el hotel se retranquea de forma que los únicos ruidos que llegan al piso 9º son los ladridos (conitnuos y muy molestos) de los perros de las cercanías. Por otro lado, en esa misma calle tiene parada el bus nº 9, que por 7.000 dongs (unos 30 céntimos de euro) te lleva directo al lago Hoan Kiem en pleno centro (y vuelve por el mismo camino) en unos 20 minutos. El hotel está a minuitos caminando del complejo del mausoleo de Ho Chi Minh, Pagoda del Pilar Único, Museo de Historia Militar, Ciudad Imperial, Palacio Presidencial y Templo de la Literatura. Transfer al aeropuerto por unos 12€. En resumen: un buen apartamento en una buena zona tranquila (mejor que en el caso antiguo), por un precio ajustado para la calidad ofertada (1.100.000 dongs por noche con desayuno, es decir, unos 43€), si bien los desayunos pueden mejorar bastante.

I and some friends stayed here few years ago and we come back this year as we love this hotel a lot. Everyone works for this hotel is very helpful and hospitality. Ich blieb dort zwei Nächte in zwei verschiedenen Zimmern. Einer über die Straße und einer mit Fenstern, aber ohne Aussichten. Beide waren gut und ruhig. Das Bett war super komfortable, sehr schönes Bettwäsche, großes Badezimmer mit starker Dusche. Gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal.

From the first moment we stepped into this hotel we were impressed. The service is outstanding! The staff go out of their way to assist you with anything you need. Ich bleibe im Mai mit Michael in diesem Hotel, mit dem ich in Hanoi vorher expressiv in den alten Vierteln verblieben habe. So war ich froh, nach ein paar Jahren wieder mit Michael zu sein! Was auch immer Sie brauchen, Michael wird für Sie arrangieren, ob Taxi vom Flughafen Luxusbus nach Sapa oder eine Reise nach Halong Bay organisiert. Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.

Wir waren zur Neueröffnung in dem Hotel. Eigentlich nur per Zufall ein Gutschein gefunden, und da es noch relativ neu war.. haben wir uns gedacht, warum nicht. Das Interiour ist super hochwertig. Und die Fliesen/der Boden/das Bad ... mein Gott.. wir haben uns wie Könige gefühlt.. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Taxi für uns gerufen, Ausflüge für uns mit geplant, paar Tipps für die Stadt gegeben. (Wir haben für den extra Service nicht mal bezahlt :D ) Danke für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut
Ich weiß nicht, ob die Person an der Rezeption der Chef oder das Personal war. Sie waren sehr nett und freundlich. Wir verstanden die Sprache nicht, waren aber sehr geduldig. Sie halfen uns sogar, Wasser zu holen, während wir darauf warteten In.
Das Zimmer ist äußerst sauber, komfortabel und elegant. Die Betten sind bequem
Der große Bruder an der Rezeption half uns auch dabei, den direkten Bus von Hanoi zurück nach Mong Cai zu finden
Wir stellten einen guten Kontakt her und halfen uns, unser Gepäck zum Auto zu tragen.

5573dirktDie Zimmer sind wirklich so schön wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Teilweise gibt es Zimmer ohne Fenster bzw. mit Innenfenster. Hier muss man bei der Buchung drauf achten, was wir zugegebener Maßen nicht getan hatten und deshalb ein Upgrade buchten. Der Service ist wirklich top, man kümmert sich um alles ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Der Flughafen Transfer war reibungslos. Auch als wir nach zwei Tagen mit kleinem Gepäck für einen kurzen Trip in die Halong Bucht aufgebrochen waren standen unsere eingelagerten Koffer bei der Rückkehr schon auf dem neuen Zimmer. Auch das Restaurant können wir sehr empfehlen. Sehr gute Qualität und ebenfalls super Service. Das Essen ist für europäische Verhältnisse sehr günstig, für Vietnam aber schon sehr gehoben. Wein ist in Vietnam halt einfach teuer, weshalb wir uns für Bier oder die günstigeren Cocktails entschieden haben. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, in einer für Hanoi Verhältnisse sehr ruhigen Nebenstraße gelegen. Das Old Quarter liegt zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt, auch das Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Sollten wir jemals wieder nach Hanoi kommen, würden wir mit Sicherheit wieder das La Siesta Trendy wählen.

Am ersten Tag, als wir Probleme hatten, weil unser Englisch nicht gut war, haben sie uns freundlicherweise angeleitet!
Am letzten Tag musste ich spät am Flughafen ankommen, also bat ich nach dem Check-out um einen Duschservice.
Ich war wirklich beeindruckt, dass sie es kostenlos zur Verfügung stellten und mir erlaubten, etwa eine Stunde in der Lobby zu bleiben, bis das Auto abgeholt wurde!
Sie waren sehr freundlich und die Einrichtungen waren sauber und wirklich schön!!
Wenn ich jemals wieder nach Hanoi reise, möchte ich wieder hier übernachten.

The rooms, the breakfast, the rooftop bar and the location are great, but -- as many other reviews have pointed out -- the best part of staying in this hotel is the interactions with the staff, and here's why. The people who work at this hotel are beyond charming. They are masters of being great hosts. They are endlessly attentive without ever being burdensome or overbearing. They are polite. They are knowledgeable. They can help you with anything you need. If you've lost your faith in humanity, they will restore it. Frankly, as an uptight, over privileged American, I don't know how they do it. Perhaps they like their jobs or they really care about and are genuinely interested in the guests. It does seem that way. Either way, it doesn't matter. Stay here and experience it yourself. You'll be glad you did.

Die Lage liegt direkt vor der Bierstraße, daher dachte ich, dass es Lärm geben würde.
Es war gut schallisoliert, die Lage war leicht zu finden und außerdem lag es in der Nähe des Nach**arkts.
Es war nah genug zum Einkaufen.

The manager is a very pleasant guy who strives to give you a good staying and with a sense of pride in his job (a rarity these days).
All the staff were very polite,friendly,attentive and helpful!!!!!!!
They also organised an airport drop off,at a very affordable price.
Spotlessy clean hotel and room.
I can't recommed it enough.
If I would ever go back to Hanoi,I would definitely book there again.

GGuest UserPros: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und beherbergend und bereit, mit allem und alles zu helfen, wenn es ihnen erwähnt. Es ist eine Fab-Position mit Hoan Kiem Lake gut in Fußabstand, aber nicht direkt in der Mitte des hektischen alten Viertels, so es ist möglich, eine gute Nachtsleimhaut zu bekommen (Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, so unsicher, wenn das für Zimmer mit Fenster gilt). Die Betten wurden jeden Tag geändert und auch saubere Handtücher täglich, aber andere Einrichtungen wie Toilettenpapier, Shampoo, Körperwasch usw. wurden während unseres Aufenthalts nicht aufgehoben. Kons: Wir sind nach der Werbung in der Zeit angekommen und unser Zimmer war nicht bereit, was nach 17 Stunden Flüge nicht ideal war, aber auch verständlich, dass manchmal andere Gäste zu spät auschecken. Ich denke, weil sie sich auf diese Weise rasch um das Zimmer bereit zu bekommen, was bedeutete, es war nicht völlig sauber z.B. Haare auf dem Boden, Fingerabdrücke auf den Spiegeln/Glas. Unser Fernseher funktionierte nicht, das WiFi war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr langsam, und die Dusche war für die ersten 2 Tage kalt, was angesichts der heißen Lage gut war. Booking.com hält immer noch fest, dass Frühstück hier verfügbar ist, aber nichts wurde uns über Frühstück erwähnt, und es ist wert zu bemerken, dass die von der Immobilie verwendeten Fotos definitiv nicht genau sind. Die Immobilie ist schön, aber nicht wie die Fotos. Unser Zimmer warfenlos, das ich mich nicht daran erinnern kann, ob das bei der Buchung erwähnt wurde. Wir haben uns nicht beschweren, weil wir 1) sehr müde von der Reisen waren, und 2) es war ein Fall von Ihnen, was Sie zahlen (Haushaltszimmer/Hotel). Allerdings habe ich gefühlt, dass die hohen Punkte der Immobilie auf booking.com und hier, es war wichtig, ein genaueres Bild der Immobilie zu hinterlassen. Insgesamt würde ich für Budgetreisende empfehlen, aber beachten Sie, dass Sie erhalten, was Sie zahlen

The location of this apartment is the biggest advantage. It is a 5-minute walk from the 86 bus stop (from/to the airport). Also, it takes 5-10 min strolling to reach the Old Quarter and Dong Xuan market. Plus, 20-25 min walking will bring you to the Ho Chi Ming mausoleum. Everything far would require a taxi or a scooter via the ‘Grab’ app.
Generally, this apt has a solid ‘3’ out of ‘5’. Everything you needed was there: a full-size kitchen, a microwave, a two-section fridge, a washing machine, a fan, an AC, a TV, a kettle, a cooking stove, all utensils and plates. The bathroom, a sink and a loo are clean, a hairdryer works well. You could even have a full foamy real bath (I was too lazy to extra clean the bath, that’s just me. Extra precautions). The bed is fine, and the bed sheets were clean. Nothing to complain about.
Now, why it is ‘3’ (or maybe ‘3.5’). For this money per night, in other places, you’ll get a 20-24 sq.m. room. While this apt generously will host you with 60 sq.m. (I have to confess, it was the main reason I chose this place among the locations). This place feels really like a proper apartment. Pay attention, this is not a ‘Hotel’ but a ‘Home-stay’ or an ‘Apartment’. There is no Reception desk. Nobody will meet, greet, and assist you. You will be on your own with any questions you may have upon arrival. Moreover, the entrance to this apartment goes through… the sushi restaurant. Yep. Right through the tables with people eating. Plus, the instruction sent prior to my arrival with all digital codes to open the doors to get in/out looked more like a maze or a puzzle. Good news, from 10 am till 10 pm the front restaurant door is open and you won’t need to worry (at least) about one of the ‘getting-in game’ challenges.
Al-in-all, with all instructions provided by Trip.com and the owner, I managed to check in smoothly, had a nice Hanoi vacation and didn’t mind some hiccups with local neighbours downstairs getting up early and starting cooking their breakfast)))

GGuest UserRatings are always based on personal standards and judging criteria. For this, I am coming from the angle of a cheap airport hotel. This is the best airport hotel around Hanoi Noi Bai Airport, and at a decent price. Do not expect intercontinental buffet breakfast, business lounges and the likes. The room is pretty new, clean, functional, and large. Despite being close to the airport, you can barely hear anything from landing aircraft. Breakfast is simple at best, and staff seem to be still in 'training', with only Brian being the 'boss'. Rooftop pool doesn't look well maintained, and the entertainment room has been abandoned totally altogether, with the foosball and billiard table left to collect dust while it has become a storage and parking area. But hey, its an airport hotel. Purpose is to have people sleep for 1 night before leaving prompto. It is situated in a pretty rural area so don't expect any established eateries or convenience stores nearby. Think roadside hawkers and home-run provision shops. In conclusion, best airport hotel near Hanoi Noi Bai Airport.

GGastnutzerIch mag wirklich die Lage dieses Ortes in der Nähe von viel Nahrung, Obst und Gemüse standen. Ich mag auch, wie es in der Nähe von vielen Mini-Shops, wo ich gehen kann, um Dinge zu holen, die ich benötigen. Eigentümer ist sehr nett und liebt mir Dinge, die ich benötigt. Sie ist sehr respektvoll, mich zu rufen Sir. Hotelmaid war sehr freundlich zu sein. Ich mag, wie es eine tragbare Konvektionsstufe war, um Dinge zu kochen. Ich mag, wie es Silberwaren, Schalen und Gerichte, die ich mit essen kann. Sehr gut, um den Waschmaschine zu verwenden, wo es nur 20.000 Dong zum ersten Mal kosten und kostenlos für zusätzliche Verwendungen. Ich mochte es, wie es in der Nähe des großen Winmart-Ladens war.
Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber. Ich mochte, wie es diesen kleinen Raum hatte, wo ich meine Kleidung auf trocken hängen kann, was perfekt war, weil es direkt unter der Klimaanlage des Zimmers oben war, wo es die Wärme ausgibt, die es schneller trocknet. Das Hotel verfügt immer über ein frisches sauberes Handtücherset, das ich benötigen kann. Das Hotel verfügt immer über Toilettenpapier, das ich benötigen kann.
Das einzige, was ich nicht mag, war, dass es jetzt und damals Spider gibt, wo ich 2 von ihnen töten musste. Ich musste auch mit einem großen Spider am letzten Tag umgehen. Ich bin jemand, der Angst vor Spidern hat.
Ich könnte im August, September oder Anfang nächsten Jahres wieder in dieses Hotel zurückkehren, wenn ich in Vietnam nach Hanoi zurückkehre und die Situation für mich passt.
