Klasse Hotel! Nicht allzuweit vom Flughafen entfernt, bietet dieses Hotel wirklich alles! Tolles Ambiente, super Service, gutes Essen, großes Frühstücksbuffet und eine herrliche Bar im 23. Stock. Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr gepflegt! Das Buffet im Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet!

Ich habe es auf einer Geschäftsreise nach Hanoi genutzt. Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Hotel mit Badewanne und habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden. Das Ergebnis war sehr korrekt! Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Es gab eine große Badewanne und ich konnte mich nach der Müdigkeit des Tages entspannen! Badekleidung ist erforderlich, es gibt aber auch eine Sauna und ein großes öffentliches Bad. Das Pho, das man vor Ort zum Frühstück zubereiten kann, war köstlich! Ich würde gerne hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Hanoi gehe.

Este hotel está muy cerca del barrio de las embajadas, mucho más tranquilo que el casco antiguo. Se ve bastante nuevo y por tanto reservamos directamente con el establecimiento a través de email (enero 2023) una suite especial del piso 9º (planta noble hasta donde llega el ascensor). Un dormitorio amplio con cama grande (bien de colchón y sábanas), armarios, perchas, ventanales a la ciudad, mesillas, a.a. y tv satélite. Al lado, una sala de estar amplia con muebles, un sofá no muy grande (en las fotos se veían 2 sofás), otro a.a. y otra tv también satélite, un espacio de cocina con frigorífico grande (agua de cortesía) y precio normales. Un buen baño, moderno, amplio, con encimera y amenities, muy buenas toallas y ducha grande con mampara, presión de agua normal y ventana exterior. Bien de limpieza (diaria) y buen wifi. Recepción y zonas comunes suficientes. (2 ascensores y piscina interior). Personal amable. Check-in a las 12 (igual que el check-out). Al principio querían darnos un ático del piso 11, pero nos negamos porque son más pequeños y el ascensor no llega a ese piso. La zona de desayunos es muy pequeña (solo 3 mesas) y tuvimos que desayunar en una de las mesas de recepción (mesas redondas muy pequeñas, pero al menos separados del resto por el tema COVID). Un bufet no muy variado (huevos/tortillas a petición) y no muy bien presentado, además de repetitivo (fruta escasa y solo pan de molde). Si algo se terminaba, había que pedirlo a la camarera, aunque no tardaba mucho en reponerlo. La calle Doi Can es algo estrecha y con tráfico intenso, llena de restaurantes y tiendas, pero el hotel se retranquea de forma que los únicos ruidos que llegan al piso 9º son los ladridos (conitnuos y muy molestos) de los perros de las cercanías. Por otro lado, en esa misma calle tiene parada el bus nº 9, que por 7.000 dongs (unos 30 céntimos de euro) te lleva directo al lago Hoan Kiem en pleno centro (y vuelve por el mismo camino) en unos 20 minutos. El hotel está a minuitos caminando del complejo del mausoleo de Ho Chi Minh, Pagoda del Pilar Único, Museo de Historia Militar, Ciudad Imperial, Palacio Presidencial y Templo de la Literatura. Transfer al aeropuerto por unos 12€. En resumen: un buen apartamento en una buena zona tranquila (mejor que en el caso antiguo), por un precio ajustado para la calidad ofertada (1.100.000 dongs por noche con desayuno, es decir, unos 43€), si bien los desayunos pueden mejorar bastante.

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.

Good location, clean rooms and environment, friendly and helpful staff, good spread of breakfast choices, good maintenance of hotel facilities. The only downside is that it is not sound proofed😅 You will be woken up by the busy traffics if you are a light sleeper, however, the hotel do provide ear plugs in the room.

The staff are very nice, the room is clean and comfotable. I have great time in this hotel. Very convenient location in old quarter....budget friendly...receptionist ms.lieu and owner mr. Tung were allways there n very helpful....maids also very very accomodative....highly recommend this property....

Great little boutique hotel. We upgraded to a Honeymoon room to have a bit more room and windows. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly- shout out to Mr Hoang and Miss Anne who were fabulous and their trainee who had little English but always a big smile on his face. We found it to be very clean and in a great location, everything was a short walk away- the lake, night market, prison and train and beer streets. They arranged our airport pick up for not much more than a taxi would have been. Breakfast included was pretty basic but I think adequate for the price. We were happy to have an egg cooked or some toast or sometimes go out to one of the many cafes for a traditional coffee and croissant as it’s so cheap. Definitely recommend.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut Ich weiß nicht, ob die Person an der Rezeption der Chef oder das Personal war. Sie waren sehr nett und freundlich. Wir verstanden die Sprache nicht, waren aber sehr geduldig. Sie halfen uns sogar, Wasser zu holen, während wir darauf warteten In. Das Zimmer ist äußerst sauber, komfortabel und elegant. Die Betten sind bequem Der große Bruder an der Rezeption half uns auch dabei, den direkten Bus von Hanoi zurück nach Mong Cai zu finden Wir stellten einen guten Kontakt her und halfen uns, unser Gepäck zum Auto zu tragen. Sehr gutes Reiseerlebnis Ich mag den gutaussehenden Mann an der Rezeption und spüre die Herzlichkeit in einem fremden Land.

I and some friends stayed here few years ago and we come back this year as we love this hotel a lot. Everyone works for this hotel is very helpful and hospitality. They supported us a lot during the time we stayed here with them. Hotel is clean and we love everything and of course also the breakfast. We will definitely come back and also introduce to more of our friends. Thanks again for making my trip !

Very beautiful view and area. Lots of playgrounds. The apartment is new and clean. There is everything you need. Responsive owner 🥰🥰 I recommend it wholeheartedly.
