Die Wohnung im Hotelstil ist sehr gut. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der Stadtplatz 501 des Hangzhou-Gebäudes. Gegenüber befindet sich Qingchun Yintai. Es ist sehr praktisch, im Essen einzukaufen. Es ist auch notwendig, direkt von der negativen Etage zum Shao Yifu-Krankenhaus zu gehen. Der Taifun muss in diesen beiden Tagen nicht in den Regen gehen. Die U-Bahn ist ebenfalls eine negative Etage. Es ist auch bequem zu reisen. Nach einer Stunde Verspätung gab es viele Parkplätze auf dem Parkplatz des Einkaufszentrums im Erdgeschoss. Muss gelobt werden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt hier. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein aber die Ausstattung ist relativ neu, der sanitäre Zustand ist gut. Das große Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Bettwäsche ist sehr hautfreundlich und die Baumwolle ist sehr hautfreundlich. Es gibt eine kostenlose Selbstbedienung frisch Kaffeemaschine in der Lobby erdete. Deluxe Room with Three Beds
Good hotel, value for money. We arrived in the city much earlier at 8 am, although we checked in only at 2 o'clock, we found out at the reception if our room was free and if we could check in earlier, but the room we rented was still occupied and as soon as people moved out of the room, it was immediately very quickly removed and prepared for new tenants, It was very fast and at 10 am we were already in our room. Also, at the reception, we were allowed to leave our personal belongings while we went on business.

Comparable with brands such as Aman, Banyan Tree and Ahn Luh.
As you enter the property over a causeway, through a pond of lily pads, you will view the traditional architecture of the lobby house and know you have arrived somewhere special.
As you progress through the hotel you will find a beautiful infinity pool, overlooking the wetland. This is adjoined to a library, where a variety of cultural activities such as incense making and tea craft are offered each day.
Across from the pool is the hotel’s restaurant. Where breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed , whilst taking in more views of the wetlands natural beauty.
The room itself was beautifully appointed, with modern facilities including a Dyson hairdryer and a refrigerator stocked with numerous beverages, that were all complimentary.
Before departing Shanghai, I received a call from Felipe, who provided me with an excellent butler service throughout my stay. She confirmed my arrival time and offered to help with any transfers.
Once I arrived, Felipe and Ethan from front desk showed me around the property and introduced the room and its facilities thoroughly. Felipe added my WeChat and would be available for me anytime I needed.
Whilst at the pool, I asked Felipe whether I could order some snacks. Not only did she have them delivered quickly, but also confirmed whether they had arrived. That was very kind and thoughtful of her.
The following day, I asked Felipe for ideas of things to do that do after breakfast. As soon as I took my last sip of coffee, a boat was waiting for me. The captain of the boat was Simon, one of the hotel’s managers and a former Aman employee. Felipe and Simon gave me a boat tour around the property, followed by a personal and complimentary tour of the village, where I was bought some local persimmons.
It was the aesthetic of a luxury, Jiangnan style hotel that initially attracted me. However, it was the warm, heartfelt service that made this trip so enjoyable.
If there was anything that could be improved, I would suggest widening the dining options, supplying English menus and improving table watching in the restaurant.
Parents should also be aware that the pool is quite deep and they need to accompany their children at all times.
That being said, Savoir is a wonderful hotel with amazing service and the perfect destination for a few days rest from the noisy and busy outside world.

GGuest User因為要去靈隱寺捐瓦，所以就想就近找個酒店。一圈看下來，感覺他家比較合適。
我定的是壹號院，有露天小天井還有茶座。置物架上有送的小點心，還有送歡迎水果，晚上還送現磨的芝麻糊，酒店在這些細節方面很用心。
壹號院每一間房都帶地暖，空調温度設定到31度以上，地暖就啟動了，所以儘管1度左右的寒冷天，倒也不覺得冷。
壹號院是非常有禪意的小院，房間也好、茶室也好，都很有意境。採取的是管家式服務，小胡管家事事想到了前面，及時提議，有需求反應速度也很快。年紀輕輕的小姑娘，不容易呢！
他家的餐廳，味道非常不錯，因為下雨懶得出去，就在餐廳吃了晚餐，味道很不錯呢。
早餐，品種非常豐富，一位經理模樣的女士，熱心服務，幫我們拉烤爐過來取暖，給我們拿烤桔，添茶……賓至如歸的感覺。
餐廳的外圍是茶園，如果天氣不是很冷的話，可以把門打開，田園風光即在眼前。
很好的一家酒店，以後還會去。

WWangThe staff are very friendly and very helpful. Very patient and polite we we felt very well taken care of. Even the security guard are very helpful. They give us supper vouchers when we are hungry at 10 pm. Very attentive to every single request or comments we make.

The only thing I hope they can improve is the ceiling can be taller in the room and the toilet can be a bit more quiet. But everything else is good.

Auf die Frage, ob ich Vorschläge habe, habe ich keine Vorschläge, da das Zimmer sehr sauber ist und jeder Mitarbeiter großartig ist, egal in welcher Abteilung er sich im ersten Stock oder im Restaurant im achten Stock befindet warm. Das Zimmer ist wirklich schön. Man sieht, dass es sorgfältig gereinigt wurde. Dann habe ich meine Sachen vergessen und nicht einmal darüber nachgedacht. Das Hotelpersonal hat mich sogar angerufen und mir gesagt, ich solle es mir per SF Express schicken, und es gab keinen Grund, zu viel Geld auszugeben Ich sagte, ich solle mir keine Sorgen machen, dass er so aufrichtig war. Außerdem rief mich meine Schwester an, um mir zu sagen, wie ich das Einchecken beim nächsten Mal bequemer und schneller gestalten kann. Der After-Sales-Service ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Wenn ich das nächste Mal zurückkomme, werde ich im Grand Hyatt übernachten.

MMukulDear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist ein ziemlich normales und schnelles Hotel. Die Zimmer sind mit 135 Betten und zwei Einzelbetten größer. Neben dem Hotel gibt es den Yonghui Supermarkt und mehrere chinesische Fastfoods, wie Lao Niangmao, ein Kino und ein Starbucks. Es ist bequem einzukaufen und leichte Mahlzeiten zu essen. Eine U-Bahn-Station ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auch das Reisen ist sehr bequem. Kurz gesagt, es ist praktisch als Unterkunft für die umliegenden Prüfungen.

We were looking forward to our stay but poor and dishonest communication and service unfortunately ruined it. It started at arrival, where they had told us there would be someone to help us carry our bags up the 10-minute long steep incline to the accommodation, but there was nobody. The manager, who met us to guide us, did not help us herself until we literally had to stop from exhaustion.
Most importantly, when we arrived we were taken to a different room than we had originally booked. The hotel manager kept insisting this was an upgrade, but the room did not have most of the amenities we paid for. It also had a foul odor.
When we checked the price of the room she was trying to give us as an “upgrade”, it was 500 RMB/night less than our original room. They had offered us no money off at all. When we showed the manager this, she made excuses, saying the price depends on the “family” and is automatically “adjusted” which is was obviously a lie.
Finally, after much arguing, we were moved into our original room. We requested an extra pillow and a blanket multiple times. She only gave us a flat sheet, saying we could use the pillow and blanket from the bed.
On our second night, we confirmed in advance that we wanted non-spicy to low spicy food. It came extemely spicy, covered in chillies and chilli oil. The manager blamed the ayi. The food was delicious but unfortunately I could barely eat it because it was just too spicy.
When leaving, the manager was trying to rush us out because the taxi we had requested came early. She said no goodbye to us, told us to hurry and “go, go, go”. Later she sent us a goodbye message on wechat.
The location and the infrastructure of the hotel are beautiful. It is a great place to relax and reflect. The old ladies working there were friendly and lovely. However, the manager was patently trying to take advantage of us, and not listening to us or communicating honestly or clearly.
We wanted to come back to this hotel with our friends, but we will look for another hotel in Qiandao that will not try to take advantage of us.

XXishuianbian優點：地理位置是真方便，距離南宋宮遺址博物館和河坊街很近；入住期間剛好趕上清明節前，價位合理，性價比很高；萬科金色成品整棟都是公寓，一樓大廳隨時有保安，感覺安全係數很高；附近有便利店水果店和順豐快遞的小中轉點，公寓樓裏是可以送外賣和快遞的；有個小廚房可電磁爐做點飯還有冰箱可放需要冷藏或冷凍的食品；周圍公交地鐵共享單車打車都很方便。房主回覆及時，友善耐心，期間房間內wifi需要修理，房主也積極幫我們聯繫師傅上門維修；大晚上十點多還回復我如何使用投影儀，很感謝🙏
缺點：毛巾不乾淨，衞生間洗髮露不知道是什麼東東，用的時候頭髮粘在一起很難梳開，這在現在的民宿和酒店裡比較少見。麻煩的是熱水供應不足，熱水基本二十幾分鍾就差不多了，再用需要等上一陣子。衞生間門是瓢的，關不上。
總之，除了衞生間需要睜一眼閉一眼之外，其他都還蠻好的，主打性價比高且實用。
