Die guten Kommentare kann ich nur dem Personal der Executive Lounge geben, das bei jedem Besuch vollauf begeistert ist. Die Rezeption im 27. Stock ist sehr enttäuschend. Sie lächelt nicht einmal und sagt nicht einmal „Hallo“. Selbst wenn ein Gast vor ihr steht, hebt sie nicht den Kopf und bittet den Gast, Q : Kann ich einchecken? Dann antwortete die andere Partei ausdruckslos: „Okay.“ Da ich ein Kind mitgebracht habe, habe ich die Initiative ergriffen und dem Hotel das Haushaltsregistrierungsheft zur Registrierung vorgelegt. Die Rezeption weigerte sich jedoch, es überhaupt zu registrieren, und sie stellten auch keine Kinderartikel zur Verfügung, weil Sie ein Kind mitgebracht haben. Ich musste Rufen Sie an, um alles anzufordern. Wir hatten zwei Executive-Zimmer gebucht und kamen gegen 14 Uhr im Hotel an. In einem Zimmer konnten wir erst um 16 Uhr einchecken, in dem anderen erst um 17 Uhr. Beim Auschecken sagte ich der Rezeption, dass ich eine Rechnung brauche, aber sie sahen sich die Bestellung nicht einmal an und sagten mir, ich solle Ctrip bitten, sie auszustellen. Glücklicherweise sah ich mir die Bestellung an und stellte fest, dass das Hotel musste eine Rechnung ausstellen, also hat das die Rezeption erledigt. Das Unverschämteste ist, dass der Betrag der zurückgezahlten Kaution falsch war. Ich wurde zu viel berechnet und musste das Hotel selbst anrufen, um die Differenz zurückzubekommen. Ihre Serviceeinstellung war unverantwortlich und unprofessionell!

Fantastic hotel. I really like the location cuz it’s quite city central. Plus, it is connected to Raffles so eating out was super convenient. Will stay again in future :) If I may ask for any improvements would be delivery services. I think having someone or a robot that can deliver my take out my room would have been good instead of me having to take 2 separate lifts down to a delivery drop off point outside the hotel 😅

We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The service is very good. The room is clean and comfortable. View from the room 🔥 The breakfast is hearty and varied. There was a queue for breakfast several times, which moved quickly without creating much inconvenience.

My kids love the hotel stay. Recd personalise hand written card from house keeping everyday. Tip top service . 100% recommended to everyone.

I was genuinely excited to stay at the Conrad Hangzhou, expecting a premium experience aligned with the brand’s global reputation. Unfortunately, my stay turned out to be rather average and somewhat underwhelming. Upon arrival, we discovered that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. We promptly informed the staff, who were polite and responsive, and they arranged for maintenance to address the issue. However, the repairs were done while we were still in the room, which made for an uncomfortable and awkward experience—definitely not what I would expect from a hotel in this category. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were courteous and professional throughout our stay. However, despite these positives, the overall experience lacked the “wow” factor that one typically associates with luxury accommodations. From service touches to room amenities and ambiance, everything felt standard rather than exceptional. Having stayed in several hotels across China in the same price range, I would unfortunately place this one closer to the bottom of the list in terms of value and overall impression. While it’s by no means a bad hotel, I left feeling disappointed that it didn’t live up to the expectations I had for a Conrad. For this reason, I likely wouldn’t choose to stay at the Conrad Hangzhou again.

Nice location and welcoming stuff at the reception that did an upgrade room for the first stat at the hotel

Rooms were clean, large and functional. Great amenities. Breakfast spread was good with lots of variety. Only inconvenience is the hotel concierge and lifts to hotel rooms are on the 27th floor instead of 1st level, so you have to take multiple elevators to get to your room. But there are plenty of lifts and waiting time is short.

不错的选择的机会来了吗，，。@ Gentle: The plate should be large and the amount should be small. Put the root grass in the empty place, touch some sauce, and scatter some dregs. A plate will sell you 8,000 yuan.

It would be hard and unfair to try looking for faults here; it's a beautiful hotel, with spacious rooms, excellent facilities, great breakfast, friendly service.

Very convient location, modern hotel connected to modern mall. Close to Hangzhou railway station too.

I stay here for one night on a recent business trip I would definitely stay again although they really need to fix the ceiling in the breakfast area as it makes too much noise when you move a chair
