Die Lage ist top vor allem wenn man auf der Durchreise ist,Personal freundlich,Frühstück Buffe lässt auch keine Wünsche offen Immer wieder

Ich war sehr positiv überrascht ein Hotel direkt am Terminal in der Qualität vorzufinden! Super netter Empfang, moderne und saubere Zimmer. Vom Fluglärm oder ähnliches war nichts zu hören. Daumen hoch, klare Empfehlung.

Great place if your flight is an early one. I did not have to rush in the morning. Room was nice and it was surprisingly quiet! Near the hotel, there are many restaurants to choose from. You can send the luggage with SF express if needed. The hotel staff were helpful when I organised to send the luggage in advanced so that I could travel around light before heading back home. 谢谢😊

On the first day of my stay, I found the table was not clean, with some food residues. I called the housekeeping manager, and they promptly cleaned it. They also sent some fruit as an apology. Everything else was great!

Out of the four hotels we stayed in China in three different cities, this one was definitely the best! There was staff who spoke English and the whole hotel was very modern. The breakfast was more expensive than the other hotels but had such a large variety and everything was delicious. We lived how they also included an iron and board which was helpful.

We used the hotel to break up a longer journey. Its convenient as it's in the airport. Clean and comfortable, no complaints.

Nice, clean and convenient hotel. However, the soundproof system could be improved as you can often hear banging doors and the breakfast selection was so so.

The hotel is strategically located that makes my airline check-in so seamless! The hotel is clean, friendly staff and perfect for business travellers! Breakfast is good too👍

It was great hotel and most amazing part was location, just 2 minute walk distance from Hangzou international airport, you don't need to catch any transportation, i was arrived at 11pm , then i just checked out all the procedures from airport. After walked out exit gate. Then just walk to Hotel straight away. It gave me great relief and also i had to leave early for transit, breakfast also open from 6am, food was delicious and so many food to choose from. I will visit again next time.

The stay at Hyatt Place was nothing but awesome and amazing. The staff whom we met at the reception, Ms Sara, was simply marvelous. Highly professional, friendly, and she makes guests feel really welcome and comfortable. Sara knows her work well and is able to guide us to move around the airport and provided information to make our stay in Hangzhou a wonderful one. Thank you for going the extra mile. We will return to Hyatt Place again.

The hotel is so close to terminal. You can walk 5 minutes from arrival of Terminal 4 and on the right is the place.

Great hotel! Nice breakfast! Just walk out from arrival hall and you will see the hotel. Very convenient. They allow you to keep airport trolley in the room!

I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s extremely convenient for those arriving on late flights. It’s clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast offers a good variety of options, and it’s especially family-friendly as kids eat for free. Overall, excellent value for money. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!
