Complained about the people upstairs nothing was done, they said they couldn’t change our room because it was booked through a third party. Walls very thin.

At about 3:00 a.m. my children and I were woken up by the sound of a rodent. We were moved to a different room within a few minutes but the new room was just across the hall so that wasn't very comforting.

Staff seemed to handle a very challenging weekend (2 days of Goose at the Coliseum) very well. room phone did not work, but hotel was orderly, clean and mostly quiet - even after the shows. Always plenty of ice, we got good sleep and had a very nice time.
