Hotel is good budget hotel. Parking is expensive and not convenient. Valet only. At check out both receptionist talked on the phone for ten minutes while many guests were waiting for check out

前台在二樓，找了半天才找到。前台漂亮的小姐姐非常好，雖然沒完全聽懂，但她熱情洋溢的笑容沖淡一路的疲勞。酒店周圍有不少餐廳，甚至有好幾家中餐館。衞生間稍小了點，其他沒毛病。

房間隔音是真心差，360度噪音，喜歡安靜的朋友真的得重新考慮。員工非常不熱情，走廊遇上也不會打招呼的，退房提到噪音問題，連個Sorry也沒有，挺失望的。第一次住ibis，以後應該不會選擇了。

價格能再優惠一些，就超級滿意了。房間裏面沒的説，都挺好。

Dirty Shower and stained toilet needs a good clean. Food is average and signage to check in late not prominent enough to find. Pretty average for 285$ and kinda disappointed

I was not happy having to pay for parking as there was no mention of it when I booked. They have underground parking at their building but charge had I been aware I may have made a different choice. The staff were very pleasant that is what it had going for it. Do not think I would stay again I would find hotel with free parking

I did not like the fact that the hotel staff had to park your car instead your parking your own car. They charged you extra money for them parking your own car and that irked me! The rooms were clean but a little tight on space, especially the bathrooms.

Lovely hotel in city centre near shopping centre, shops and bars. 10 minute walk from bus station. 25 minutes walk to rugby stadium. Staff lovely and room comfortable.

Modern clean venue. All expected facilities. On site parking. Great location to dining options. Would stay here again.

Good sized room with very comfortable bed. Staff very helpful. Good restaurants within close walking distance.

Room was tidy, beds comfortable but the walls are paper thin. It wasnt pleasant at all hearing the people in the rooms beside us EVERY time they went toilet especially at night you can hear it loud and clear.

While the room we stayed in was compact for 3 of us, the hotel overall was great. All staff were friendly, professional and tried their hardest to make sure your stay was a good one. We made use of the valet service - which was excellent.

Liked the location for its walkability into town and nice views over the river. Smallest bathroom and shower I’ve ever come across in a hotel (and I’m 5’2” and 115lbs!)
