We had a wonderful time in Bat Galim Boutique Hotel and would recommend it to everybody. Staying at the hotel you will find it very easy to get anywhere in the town. We enjoyed very much the breakfast in the lovely arranged lobby area. Our room was not that big, but it was totally okay for two people. Unfortunately, the lock to the bathroom didn't work and the door was not closing completely. I had to use the garbage bin just to keep it shut. Otherwise, the room was clean and we found there all the amenities we needed.

Für mich war das Hotel die ideale Wahl! Vom Hotel aus kann man in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß den Strand erreichen. Von der nahen Bushaltestelle besteht die Möglichkeit mit dem Bus 16 und 24 das Zentrum (German Colony) schnell zu erreichen. So kann man eine Stadtbesichtigung ideal mit dem Relaxen am Strand verbinden. Auch der der Bahnhof Bat Galim und die Seilbahn zum Kloster Stella Maris ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es einen größeren Supermarkt und verschiedene Restaurants. Das Hotel ist nicht groß aber sehr gemütlich. Das Zimmer war sehr schön gestaltet und wie auch das Bad groß. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt; die Reinigung erfolgte täglich. Das Frühstücksbüfett war sehr gut und umfangreich. Zusätzlich konnte man sich auch tagsüber einen Kaffee machen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch, dass die Mitarbeiterinnen stets freundlich und hilfsbereit waren!

An absolutely elegant and properly run hotel. Located at the bottom of the Bahai gardens in the German colony, we were extremely surprised and impressed at the quality of the hotel and the high level of service and hospitality the staff had. The hotel itself is very clean and gorgeous, the room was perfect. Excellent air conditioning and a comfortable bed, We took a half board so we had the benefit of having breakfast and dinner. The food was outstanding, perfectly cooked. The dining room staff and cooks were great. The food is a very good mix of mediterranean, Israel and local Arab cuisine that has everything for everyone. Although I sound like I am repeating myself, the hotel staff were the best I have had in Israel, no hotel even comes close. I felt and was treated like a king! I highly recommend this hotel and I definitely will be returning to stay next time I visit Haifa.

I love the free bottle of wine upon checking in. The morning breakfast is delicious although there are only a couple of hot items. They are eggs with very delicious home made sauces. In addition there are fruits, coffee, and cereal, etc. The room size is decent and bedding is comfortable.

A quaint, historical, building with exceptional staff and a delicious breakfast. Only a short walk to the beach as well. The only downside is the area around the hotel is very run down and VERY NOISY at night. Do not book any ground floor rooms. The staff was very accommodating to switch our rooms to an upper floor after we had to endure a night of disco music blasting from a nearby shop all night.

A small and perfect hotel!!! The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach of Bat Galim. Comfortable and pleasant rooms. Everything needed was in the room. Excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds, nice shower. Refreshments and drinks in the lobby, 24/7. There is no doubt that I will come back again and again and recommend to my friends.

Great breakfast, comfortable room and very responsive clerks. We arrived late in the evening when they didn't have a clerk on site, but they put the phone number to call on the door and the clerk Arina was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. We had a booking issue that turned out to be my fault and she was amazing at helping us solve it, even offering to add beds to our room before we ultimately realized an issue was our fault.
