A hotel that vibrates with Japanese influence, does not necessarily transport you to Japan, but what matters is that the quality of the service that is very good, the room we were assigned was a suite that, in my opinion, would have dedicated more space to the room, less space to the kitchenette and living room, since with two beds it felt very tight. Practically the apartment we were assigned was designed for a much longer stay since it even has a washing machine. Cleanliness, without any complaints or comments, impeccable. Sorry for the mess but we wanted to show you that we really occupied the room.

Me gustaron las almohadas extra. La atención es muy empática y son amables, encanta y recomendaré para que visiten este hotel. En unos años más en esta ubicación será el centro de servicios de esta zona y extended Suites califica cómo uno de los mejores para estás fiestas decembrinas y visitas familiares

Excelente opción de hospedaje ! El hotel es limpio, nuevo, sus habitaciones cómodas, las almohadas INCREÍBLES! Deberían venderlas! 😊 La comida, tanto en el restaurante como el de Room Services es rica, se agradece que te sea 24 hrs de servicio! Mi única recomendación es que, cuando lleven los alimentos a la hab, los tapen! Solo cubren el platillo principal, pero las bebidas o el pan, al descubierto, es por higiene ! Pero se soluciona! Fui de trabajo y se agradece el escritorio que tienen en las habitaciones ! Sin duda regresaré, está enfrente de Plaza Antea y con las diferentes vialidades, se llega a todos lados, sobretodo por la remodelación en la Av 5 de Febrero ! NO lo dejen caer !

Excelente servicio. Regresaría ahí en mi próximo viaje. Cuarto muy amplio y limpio. Descanse muy bien. Las almohadas no huelen a sudor, algo muy importante para mi. Hubo un problemita con el agua caliente pero lo solucionaron rápido.

This hotel is great and the best !!! This is perhaps one of the best stays that I have had at a Marriott Property in years. The service is extraordinary from the front desk, bar, dining area and room service. Hotel is very clean, the pillows are a dream (soft huge feather pillows). Entertainment and other facilities are great. The location is very convenient. The snack bar in the reception area is full of choices. I had dinner by the pool one night and the next day indoors. Breakfast is excellent. Many choices and well prepared and serviced. I left an item behind in my room and found it immediately. They even helped me find a shoe shine person at 8pm one night !! I will always stay at this properly every time I go to Queretaro. Congratulations to all the staff and management team.

We stayed at the Bedford Hotel in April 2022, because it was very close to the Star Moscati Hospital where my husband was scheduled for a medical procedure. It is a clean and sleek little hotel, with easy parking and excellent wifi. The breakfast is great, especially the fresh fruit and coffee. The bed was very comfortable, and everything worked. I was especially impressed because I left my electric toothbrush in the room when we checked out. They notified me, and said I could pick it up the next time I was in Queretaro. We did exactly that two weeks later. Very nice service.

Hallo, ich möchte Ihnen meine Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel teilen, in dem ich Monate und Monate gearbeitet habe, um Ihre Räume für meine Werkstätten zu mieten und seit ich die neue Verwaltung änderte, hat sich die Situation verschlimmert, weil die vorherige Verwaltung Wir arbeiten sehr gut und haben bis heute noch nie Probleme gehabt, weil sie beschlossen haben, den Termin, den ich bereits abgegeben und rechtzeitig bezahlt hatte, wie jeden Monat, wieder zu verkaufen, weil laut der Lonny Candomi, die für die Einkommen der Salons zuständig ist, auf Befehl ihres Chefs Sie hatten mich ohne weiteres entschieden, meinen Platz zu entfernen, weil es wichtiger war, dass eine Veranstaltung vorgestellt wurde, und dass das einzige, was sie mir anbieten konnten, war, mich zum Restaurant zu schicken, indem sie bemerkten, dass sie zu jenen Stunden Frühstück geben und sich vermischten würden. Umweltgeräusche, stellen Sie sich diese Situation vor, und wie unprofessionell das alles von der „Manager“ klingt, ist es schade, dass die Hotelkette so von diesen unprofessionellen Menschen betroffen ist. Ich habe daher keine Priorität gehabt, ich hoffe, ich werde nicht auf Sie zukommen, und wenn Sie diese Anlagen bereits haben, dann ist es wirklich schade.

Al darnos la habitación me percato que tiene puerta de intercomunicación con la cuarto contiguo y por tener el sueño muy ligero pedí que me cambiaran de habitación, pero la habitación que me volvieron a dar también tenía puerta de intercomunicación, le expliqué a la señorita que me había dado el mismo tipo da habitación pero en otro piso y me aseguro que no tendríamos problemas pues el cuarto junto al nuestro estaba en mantenimiento y estaría desocupado, lo cual fue mentira pues al ya estar acostados tratando de descansar escuchamos personas hablando y haciendo ruido. Total nos tuvimos que cambiar a las 11 pm por tercera vez de habitación. Aparte siempre tuvimos que ir a recepción porque nunca atendieron el teléfono (pensé que daban prioridad al distanciamiento).
