A hotel that vibrates with Japanese influence, does not necessarily transport you to Japan, but what matters is that the quality of the service that is very good, the room we were assigned was a suite that, in my opinion, would have dedicated more space to the room, less space to the kitchenette and living room, since with two beds it felt very tight. Practically the apartment we were assigned was designed for a much longer stay since it even has a washing machine. Cleanliness, without any complaints or comments, impeccable. Sorry for the mess but we wanted to show you that we really occupied the room.

Con la aplicación todo bien. Hubo un detalle al llegar al lugar que no tenían reporte o validación con el hotel. Ya tenía llenos sin embargo me apoyaron e hicieron que una habitación se habilitará para poder usarla. El proveedor mencionó que no tenía conocimiento con Trip.com, pero finalmente me respeto el pago y nos pudimos alojar. Ojalá y se tenga una comunicación más fiel entre la app y los hoteleros.

This hotel is great and the best !!! This is perhaps one of the best stays that I have had at a Marriott Property in years. The service is extraordinary from the front desk, bar, dining area and room service. Hotel is very clean, the pillows are a dream (soft huge feather pillows). Entertainment and other facilities are great. The location is very convenient. The snack bar in the reception area is full of choices. I had dinner by the pool one night and the next day indoors. Breakfast is excellent. Many choices and well prepared and serviced. I left an item behind in my room and found it immediately. They even helped me find a shoe shine person at 8pm one night !! I will always stay at this properly every time I go to Queretaro. Congratulations to all the staff and management team.

We stayed at the Bedford Hotel in April 2022, because it was very close to the Star Moscati Hospital where my husband was scheduled for a medical procedure. It is a clean and sleek little hotel, with easy parking and excellent wifi. The breakfast is great, especially the fresh fruit and coffee. The bed was very comfortable, and everything worked. I was especially impressed because I left my electric toothbrush in the room when we checked out. They notified me, and said I could pick it up the next time I was in Queretaro. We did exactly that two weeks later. Very nice service.

Excelente servicio. Regresaría ahí en mi próximo viaje. Cuarto muy amplio y limpio. Descanse muy bien. Las almohadas no huelen a sudor, algo muy importante para mi. Hubo un problemita con el agua caliente pero lo solucionaron rápido.

Excelente opción de hospedaje ! El hotel es limpio, nuevo, sus habitaciones cómodas, las almohadas INCREÍBLES! Deberían venderlas! 😊 La comida, tanto en el restaurante como el de Room Services es rica, se agradece que te sea 24 hrs de servicio! Mi única recomendación es que, cuando lleven los alimentos a la hab, los tapen! Solo cubren el platillo principal, pero las bebidas o el pan, al descubierto, es por higiene ! Pero se soluciona! Fui de trabajo y se agradece el escritorio que tienen en las habitaciones ! Sin duda regresaré, está enfrente de Plaza Antea y con las diferentes vialidades, se llega a todos lados, sobretodo por la remodelación en la Av 5 de Febrero ! NO lo dejen caer !

Das Frühstück im Restaurant ist nicht selbstbedient, bestellen Sie den Gastfreunden, fühlen Sie sich hoch
Unzulänglichkeiten:
1. Die Rezeption des Hotels ist im zweiten Stock, nicht sehr gut zu finden;
2. Parkplatz ohne Kennzeichen, der Eingang ist nicht gut zu finden; Parkplatz-Ausgang und Eingang sind Fahrradwege gemeinsam zu nutzen, unkomfortable; Parkplatz ist weniger und ziemlich schwach; Parkplatz ist nicht im Hotel und im Gebäude gemeinsam zu nutzen. Im Allgemeinen ist der Fahrer nicht freundlich.
3. Das Hotel ist nicht bequem zu Fuß.

HHelmutEs war ein kurzer Aufenthalt für uns - nur eine Nacht, um ein frühes Flughaus vom Flughafen QRO zu fangen. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, das Zimmer war modern und schön mit einem sehr komfortabelen Bett dekoriert. Die Vordertafelperson war super hilfreich, freundlich, sprach Englisch und hielt uns bei der Organisation von Taxiservice um 4:45am zu erreichen, um uns zum Flughafen zu bekommen! Bereit sein, dass es keine Fenster in den Zimmern gibt, nur eine französische Tür mit Glasöffnung in den Hof. Das beigefügte Restaurant und das Backhaus sah wirklich schön aus und wir hätten gerne das Frühstück teilnehmen können, aber leider war unser Flug zu früh; stattdessen, Unser Gastgeber bereitete Sandwiches für uns, die sehr bedenklich war. Seien Sie sicher, die Aussicht auf das wunderbare Wasserleitung aus der Blick ein paar Blöcke östlich der großen Kirche zu prüfen.

Lo bueno: Bien ubicado, cerca del centro y avenidas principales con diferentes opciones para comer y comercios cerca (farmacias, tienditas, etc.) El staff del restaurante es muy atento, sobre todo Gaby la gerente, quien está al pendiente del servicio en todo momento. El desayuno tipo buffet es variado (yogurt, fruta, pan, chilaquiles, postres) además de que cuentan con una plancha en la que se ordenan huevos al gusto y quesadillas. Los fines de semana hay mayor variedad para desayuno/almuerzo como chiles rellenos, pasta, chicharrón en salsa, etc. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. El personal de limpieza es muy atento y profesional también. Las camas son cómodas (pero no las almohadas). El personal de la entrada que ayuda con el equipaje, el estacionamiento y otras gestiones también muy agradable y atento. Lo inusual: No hay cafetera. También estamos de acuerdo con los otros huéspedes: el diseño del cuarto es algo raro: lavamanos enfrente de las camas…. Lo no tan bueno: el wifi es inestable y débil. Para quienes desean trabajar, es recomendable que lo comenten con recepción, en mi caso me ofrecieron un router y mejoró mucho ñ, pero desconozco si el hotel cuenta con un número limitado de estos. En nuestra 1a habitación, el control remoto no servía, así que nos dieron otro. Luego notamos que la caja de seguridad no servía, nos cambiaron de habitación ya que no había forma de arreglarla. En la segunda habitación no se veían los canales locales y estaba cerca del gimnasio y del elevador así que se oía todo: gente haciendo ejercicio en la mañana, gente entrando y saliendo del elevador, grupitos de estudiantes visitándose de un piso a otro, riéndose y poniendo música. Lo malo también es que nos daba una sensación de inseguridad escuchar tantas sonidos, después de que otros huéspedes entraron a nuestro cuarto (leer detalles a continuación) Lo malo: El susto y la actitud: Recepción olvidó registrar el cambio de habitación en el sistema, así que alrededor de las 6pm le dieron la llave de nuestra habitación a otros huéspedes, quienes ingresaron a nuestra habitación… Saltamos como un resorte cuando escuché cómo se abría la puerta y ví a unas personas entrando a la habitación! Esto fue notificado de inmediato al personal y al otro día con la gerente. La gerente “se disculpó y tomó nota” pero con una actitud de indiferencia total. Al siguiente día la gerente se encontraba en la entrada del restaurante y ni siquiera nos saludó o determinó, ni a nosotros ni a los otros huéspedes que esperaban mesa. Tache!! El precio del hotel es más alto comparado con otros, por ejemplo el de a lado (Hotel Amberes) pero después de haber estado en los dos, el precio no lo amerita.

GGuest UserUna buena opción para viajes de placer o negocios, en lo personal este viaje fue por motivo de celebrar mi cumpleaños y el personal del hotel me dejo una sorpresa muy personalizada y agradable en mi habitación, las instalaciones en todo momento son muy limpias, servicio al cliente excelente, desayuno tipo buffet variado y en un rango de horario accesible, horarios de check in y check out muy cómodos y accesibles.

GGuest UserDie Wassertemperatur des Gewässers ist etwas schwierig zu konfigurieren, da es nur wenig kaltes Wasser im Vergleich zu der Heizung gibt. Auch die Klimaanlage ist schwierig zu konfigurieren: Im Thermostat erreicht die Raumtemperatur nie die vom Benutzer ausgewählte Temperatur, weniger im Fitnessraum und durch die Wärmebelastung.

The hotel had trouble confirming that my booking was prepaid, but were able to figure it out after about 10 minutes. The TV did not work and calls to reception were not answered. The hotel room itself is very basic, but good enough for a one night stay. Dining options closeby were minimal other than a short walk to Tim Hortons and a gas station. The restaurant at the hotel was closed. Other than being close to the airport, the location was on the side of a busy highway. I would probably seek other options next time.
