Ocean 2Heaven is just at door step of Jagalchi Market and Metro stop, walking distance to the market, BIFF and lotte. Around itself has its own supermarket, Daiso, OY, restaurant etc. It is however at west side of busan so a distance to haeundae / gwangali. The room was perfect, clean, nice and comfortable bed with daily housekeeping. All staff were also friendly and helpful. Will consider here again if coming to busan

Sauberkeit: Die Zimmerreinigung war ziemlich schlecht, Haare im Badezimmer, Urinflecken auf der Toilette... Service: Beim Check-in sagte uns die Rezeptionistin zunächst, dass wir die Zimmer separat gebucht hatten, einen Tag ein Standardzimmer und einen Tag ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Nach mehrmaligem Nachsehen bestand sie darauf, dass dies der Fall sei und wir den Preisunterschied zahlen müssten, um im selben Zimmer zu bleiben. Erst als ich ihr den Reiseplan zeigte, sagte sie, dass sie sich geirrt habe und es eine Person mit dem gleichen Vor- und Nachnamen gäbe. Trotzdem rate ich allen Schwestern, ihren Reiseplan besser auszudrucken, wenn sie unterwegs sind. Umgebung: Der Hoteleingang ist etwas klein, zwischen einem BMW-Autohaus und McDonald's. Aber Essen und Einkaufen sind recht praktisch, es gibt eine Fußgängerzone daneben. Der Strand hier ist nicht überfüllt, nicht so viele Leute wie in Gwangalli. Für einen Preis von über 1500 ist es nicht sehr empfehlenswert.

Da es sich um ein Familienzimmer handelte, hatte ich Angst, dass es aufgrund des Platzbedarfs des Bettes eng wirken würde, aber es fühlte sich wie erwartet wirklich geräumig an und die Aussicht war sogar noch besser als erwartet! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ich hatte während meines gesamten Aufenthalts nur eine gute Erfahrung. Und der Pool war groß und gepflegt, so dass wir trotz des Regens Spaß hatten! Dies ist ein Hotel, das ich gerne mit 6 von 5 Punkten bewerten würde..✌🏻

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber es gefiel uns, weil es gemütlich war. Das Zimmer war im Großen und Ganzen sauber, aber an den Wänden war viel Staub. Deshalb habe ich einen Stern abgezogen. Es war so nah und schön, Haeundae zu erkunden. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich und ich hatte eine schöne Erholung.

Es ist etwa 5 Gehminuten vom Ausgang 11 des Bahnhofs Centum City entfernt. Unterwegs gibt es Oryang, Starbucks und einen Supermarkt. Auf der anderen Seite des Bahnhofs befinden sich die Kaufhäuser Shinsegae und Lotte, sodass Einkaufen kein Problem war. Die Lobby befindet sich im ersten Stock und die Rezeption im selben Gebäude wie das Travelodge. Obwohl wir früh ankamen, konnten wir unser Zimmer sofort beziehen. Vielleicht weil es ein Wochentag war, bekamen wir ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Meerblick in einer der oberen Etagen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Aussicht einfach fantastisch. Allein wegen dieser Aussicht würde ich gerne wieder dort übernachten! Der Badezimmerspiegel war besonders toll! Er war hell, gut beleuchtet und groß, sodass man sich dort von allen Hotels, in denen ich in Korea übernachtet habe, am besten schminken konnte. Der Duschdruck war etwas schwach, und obwohl es eine Trennwand zwischen Bad und Toilette gab, wurde der Badezimmerboden trotzdem nass, wenn man nicht aufpasste. Die Hausschuhe waren nicht zum Einmalgebrauch, und es gab keine Pyjamas, man musste also eigene mitbringen. Alle Steckdosen waren im koreanischen Stil. Nachts sind nicht viele Leute unterwegs, daher sollten Frauen vorsichtig sein, wenn sie alleine unterwegs sind. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Busan bin!

Die reguläre Check-in-Zeit ist 15:00 Uhr, aber ein früher Check-in ist bereits ab 13:00 Uhr möglich. So hatte ich vom ersten Tag an viel Zeit, meine Reise zu planen. ＞＜ Jeden Morgen mit Meerblick aufzuwachen war ein wahrer Glücksmoment! Es war schön, mit Meerblick aufzuwachen und ein frisches Frühstück zu genießen. Ich habe zwei Tage hintereinander gefrühstückt :) Ich war mit meiner Mutter hier und wir hatten einen wirklich zufriedenstellenden Aufenthalt. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen. >3<

room was really huge and spacious. supreme location, can see half view of the ocean and right at the beach. decent service. has a kitchenette, wardrobe, fridge, stovetop, etc. beds were comfy enough. not too hard, and pillow is not too soft. what can be improved: - water pressure for the showerhead is quite weak. please change the water pressure to make it higher… - for some reason they keep giving tiny hotels by default and did not provide large bath towels. housekeeping keeps replenishing with ONLY small face towels. had to request from the reception every single time. it was quite puzzling why large bath towels were not automatically provided or replenished. it was a bit hard to find the entrance though… can be confused for seacloud hotel which is another hotel that’s connected to the same building. signage for suncloud hotel is not prominent enough and only in korean. to get to suncloud, u need to go up the building for seacloud, go to 4th floor which is seacloud’s reception, then walk to the other lift to get to 6th floor of the next building for the suncloud reception.

Would I stay here again? In a heartbeat. Clean rooms and good locations are easy to find, but a staff that remains calm, empathetic, and proactive during a guest's medical emergency is rare. They turned a potential vacation disaster into a manageable situation. If you’re traveling with kids, stay somewhere like Crown Harbor where the service isn't just professional—it’s genuinely caring.

Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect. The Room & Amenities The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around. The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down. Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside) The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed. The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider. Dining & Convenience On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good! Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials. Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours! Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!

Ich war dort, um frische Luft zu schnappen, lecker zu essen und zu entspannen. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Gwangalli Beach und ist daher super erreichbar. Der weite Meerblick war fantastisch. Schade, dass es an meinem Besuchstag kein Frühstück gab, aber mit Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool und Sauna ist es perfekt für ein Date oder einen Familienurlaub.
