Ich war kürzlich im JW Marriott Hotel Pune und hatte insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung. Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer war komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Ich habe jedoch bemerkt, dass einige Bereiche des Hotels beginnen, ihre Alter zu zeigen. Insbesondere die Möbel des Kaffeehauses könnten etwas Aufmerksamkeit bekommen. Die Sofas schienen verbraucht und benötigt eine tiefe Reinigung, und ein paar Tische waren etwas schüchtern, was das Essen etwas unbehaglich machte. Während die Badezimmer sauber waren, schienen einige Einrichtungen Datum zu sein, was darauf hindeutet, dass das Hotel von einigen Renovierungen profitieren könnte, um seine hohen Standards zu erhalten. Trotz dieser kleinen Fragen waren der Service und die Einrichtungen des Hotels lobenswert. Ich hatte einen angenehmen und komfortablen Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen. Die Atmosphäre war einladend und die Zimmer waren gemütlich, obwohl es sicher Raum für Verbesserungen sowohl in den Unterkünften als auch in den Essenserfahrungen gibt. Die Verbesserung der Dekoration und der Ausstattung in den Zimmern, **** mit der Diversifizierung der Menüoptionen in den Restaurants, könnte die Gesamterfahrung erheblich erhöhen.

Amazing everything

I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time). Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option! The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

Die Mitarbeiter scheinen sehr verwirrt zu sein. Ich habe gebucht und bezahlt durch trip.com. Und wenn ich da bin, fragen die Mitarbeiter immer noch ”wie ich bezahlen möchte, und ich bleibe ”es ist bereits bezahlt” antworten und zeigen die Buchung mit Dokumenten. Sie haben dies für 3 mal gemacht, wie ich mich erinnern. Und auch Fragen, die bereits auf meinem Pass auftauchen, wie z. B. wo der Einwanderungssiegel ist, wo das Visum ist. Und irgendwie fühle ich mich, dass diese Damen Mitarbeiter auf ihre Weise verbessern müssen, Beispiel von „Bitte“ zu sagen, wenn sie von jemandem etwas fragen, besonders in diesem Dienstleistungssektor, glückliches Gesicht oder Lächeln ist Sache. Das ist jedoch, was Sie von dem Budget Hotel erhalten.
