This place was absolutely breathtaking the staff couldn’t have been any more professional It was my wife’s special Birthday and they laid on a surprise gift and display for her The two of us were totally blown away by the kindness and hospitality shown I would highly recommend the Lana’s suites to everyone

Best 4 star hotel!! Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel. The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room. We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal. The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy. It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel. If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!

Das Hotel ist wunderschön! Die Lage am ruhigeren Ende des PDC, 5/10 Minen vom Flughafen und nur € 1.40 auf dem lokalen Bus (161). Noch neben Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants, aber mit diesem ein All Inclusive Hotel musste ich nie einen Cent verbringen. Bier, Weine, Kaffee, weiche Getränke auf Tappe...buchstäblich, aber auch zahlreiche Bars rund um den Ort mit großer Service. Drei Restaurants, von denen zwei im Voraus reservieren müssen (Asien und Kanarische), ist das Essen reichlich und von einem sehr guten Standard. Sie können nicht hungern! Das Reinigungs- und Wartungsteam ist wie eine kleine Armee, der Ort ist spotless und nichts wird übersehen. Ich würde es empfehlen!!!

Huge hotel, excellent location, my partner and I had a great experience from the check-in to the last day, beautiful pool and restaurants, tasty food and nice drinks. Very friendly staff overall, nice quiet rooms with views and big balcony. Very recommended.

Das Hotel ist in Teilen gekommen und unser Zimmer war ein wenig müde, obwohl es ein überlegenes Zimmer war, das wir übersehen Abfall und nördlich eine sonnige Meerblick erwartet. Das Zimmer war jedoch sauber und die öffentlichen Räume geräumig Das Personal war freundlich und die Empfangsleistung effizient

Ein schönes Hotel für ein paar entspannte Tage. Sehr freundliches Personal, geräumige Zimmer und schöne Schwimmbad. Letzte 2 Tage Upgrade auf Preferred genommen, sehr zu empfehlen. Verwenden Sie Lounge, Spa und Infinity Pool natürlich. Geld mehr als wert! Das Essen ist vielfältig, genügend Verdichtungen und eine gute Lage. Besuchen Sie Rubicon ist angezeigt, auch die Verwendung von Link Schritt sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn Sie mit OV zum Flughafen gehen, steigen Sie an den Hafen (Muelle de Playa Blanca) und nicht an der Estacion. Das Hotel ist sicherlich ein Ratgeber!

Ideally located in quiet part close to old town as well as the *****. Two pool areas (one with shallow kids pool) and food available by larger pool -also small dining area just past reception (good selection for breakfast). Pool table for older kids and small playground for toddlers onsite. Very clean complex and friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchenette and lovely powerful shower in bathroom which I loved! Close to lots of shops and restaurants, but relatively steep stroll downhill to beach, fine for us but could be a workout with buggy or if any mobility issues. There was on street parking outside if hiring a car. Lots of taxis around if not! We enjoyed exploring the local areas on foot after a day of sightseeing…some great restaurants close by in the old town. No air con in the apartment that we could see (but we didn’t ask either as we stated at end January so 24 Celsius and pleasant indoors and out) - recommend checking if going at peak times. Pools weren’t heated but nice for a dip- clean and lifeguards on duty at both between 9:30 and 6pm. Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!

Ein sehr großes Resort ein kleiner Supermarkt, aber wenn nicht alle inklusive wäre ein Problem, wenn man die Fahrkarten in die lokale Stadt zu bekommen könnte teuer Nachtleben für Kinder gut, aber Erwachsene können nicht einmal am Abend mit einem Drink sitzen, wie Poolbar schließt um 6 Uhr Wenn Sie nicht zu den bezahlbaren Restaurants und Camping-Sportbar gehen nicht sehr gut, wenn für alle inklusive bezahlt Wir waren in Block 7 aber da es noch Schritte zum Aufzug gibt, wenn wir ein bisschen aufnehmen, wäre ein Problem wie ich und meine Frau 70 und 65 Jahre Insgesamt, da wir unseren Sohn seine Frau und 3 kleine Enkelkinder hatten, aber sie 4 Minuten zu Fuß warum wir nicht näher zueinander gebracht würden nie wissen, aber wir buchten nicht gleichzeitig, sie waren nahe der Rezeption und dem Essensraum, aber hatten ein paar Schlamm in dem Raum, der die Mikrowelle versuchen zu verwenden Grundsätzlich gute Resort große Pools

We arrived late , receptionist very helpful she notice that I’ve only booked for Myself I forgot to put my husband name My fault ! But. Thought they only charge per room not person ! But anyway , she let me off .far from walking to main centre taxi is 5 € only .

Als Flugzeugspion ist dies ein absolut unglaublicher Ort. Die Aussicht ist erstaunlich, das Personal ist unglaublich. Wir werden sicher zurück sein!
