Hotels mit Fitnessstudio in Bizkaia

Whilst the facilities of the room are good the communication is absolutely woeful. We tried for 3 days to contact the property after they sent the pre-registration email through ALL of their channels - email, Whatsapp and phone call with not one response. It came to the day of arrival and with no response we had to try via Trip.com and finally got to live chat with a person who then followed up with the hotel. Needless stress for us that could have been avoided with a simple reply. Whilst we had an enjoyable stay the public areas are very dark (the walls and ceiling are painted a very dark grey) and similarly in the bathroom of the room - seemed a very odd colour choice. Also, we could smell what others were cooking in their rooms. Finally, (not the hotels fault) but we had noisy neighbours in the room above and as the floors are timber we could here them (or their kids) making noise til 1 am. Overall, disappointed.

Rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. Location is perfectly located to easily walk to the Guggenheim, old town and a metro stop very close by. Plenty of shops and coffee/breakfast/brunch places close by. Staff are also lovely.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, sauber, neu... In diesem Sinne ist es sehr gut, aber sie haben uns in einem behindertengerechten Zimmer untergebracht, der Schrank war sehr niedrig und man konnte nichts lange aufhängen, die Dusche hatte einen Vorhang und er klemmte Für dich, als du geduscht hast, war das eine Überschwemmung. Die Rezeptionistin, sehr nett und freundlich, entschuldigte sich bei uns und teilte uns mit, dass kein Zimmer mehr frei sei und dass in diesem Hotel das Behindertenzimmer als normales Zimmer gelte.

This hotel came as a very nice surprise and it exceeded expectations in many ways and more . Was a great location and lovely start . For a city I’d never been to they were so welcoming and helpful and kind and I felt very safe and supported . They were amazing at letting me keep my luggage while I explored the city before my next train to Madrid . The only downside was that there were not many vegan alt options for the breakfast so I wouldn’t buy it if you had allergens . They tried to help as much as they could to accommodate tho . Was so much fun Will be coming again and bring friends

Ich dachte, die Sauna sei in unserem Aufenthalt inbegriffen, deshalb habe ich das Hotel gebucht. Als ich dem Personal gegenüber darauf hingewiesen habe, dass bei einer Online-Buchung keine zusätzlichen Kosten anfallen, sagten sie mir, es sei Teil des Spas. Das ist sehr verwirrend, denn wenn es Teil des Spas wäre, warum sollte man es erwähnen und es nicht in den Spa-Bereich aufnehmen? Spa und Sauna sind nicht dasselbe und wenn dafür Kosten anfallen, sollte das erwähnt werden. Alles andere war erstaunlich. Außerdem fallen keine separaten Kosten für die Sauna an! Ich wollte nur das Fitnessstudio und die Sauna nutzen, allerdings kein Spa! Es gab keine Möglichkeit, die Sauna ohne Spa zu buchen. Es sind ungefähr 20 Euro pro Zugang, nicht pro Tag, was ich für eine Abzocke halte, besonders wenn man bereits im Hotel gebucht und sein Zimmer bezahlt hat! Auch hier zeigten die Mitarbeiter keine Flexibilität. Entweder wurde für etwas bezahlt, das man nicht nutzt, oder man bekam es nicht! Am Ende habe ich es nicht gebucht, weil ich das Spa nicht nutzen wollte und ich dachte, es wäre eine Menge Geld (20 Euro), nur für die 15-minütige Nutzung der Sauna zu bezahlen.

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

Bestes Hotel, das ich verblieben habe!!! Vielen Dank für jeden Einzelfall speziell für das Baby. Es gab eine Cot, Babybad, alle Badezimmer Einrichtungen für das Baby und jemals zu Milch erhitzt! Wir schätzen das wirklich! Besseres Hotel als 5Sterne Hotels in Barcelona, London und Madrid!!! Das Concierge Team war auch so hilfreich :)

Es ist ein schönes Hotel. Alles was man braucht ist da. Gutes Stadtviertel drumherum. Aber der Teufel steckt im Detail. 1) Beim Einchecken entdeckte ich Haare von einem gestutzten Bart im Shampoohalter auf dem Waschbecken (während ich schrie und im Kreis herumlief, hatte mein Partner sie gerade ausgespült). 2) Jahrhunderte alter Staub auf dem Regal und dem Fernseher. 3) Die Uhr am 01.03.2024 ist immer noch eine Stunde vorgestellt. Um 20:40 Uhr ziehe ich mich an und renne raus zu einem Meeting um 21 Uhr. Was, wie sich später herausstellt, in 1,20 Minuten sein wird. Antwort: der Techniker ist heute nicht mehr im Hotel, wir werden ihm Bescheid sagen. 04.03.2024, zum Zeitpunkt unserer Abreise, zeigt die Uhr immer noch die falsche Zeit an. Und ich dachte: „ok, damit können wir leben“. ABER 3) Das Zimmer ist heiß, es ist wirklich heiß. Wir Deutschen sind es gewohnt, nachts bei +17 Grad zu schlafen (sparen Geld, Energie und sind gesund)). Auch mein Partner verträgt die Hitze überhaupt nicht (auch wenn man Altersveränderungen oder so hat... könnte Horror sein). Die Antwort vom Hotel: „Es ist Winter, die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur zum Heizen“. Das erfahren wir, nachdem wir anderthalb Tage „gekühlt“ haben (aber laut Hotelbeschreibung sind 138 Zimmer mit Klimaanlage!?). 4) Wir bekommen einen Ventilator zum Abkühlen. 5) Ich stelle fest, dass die Laken zu 50 Prozent und die Kissen zu 52 Prozent aus Synthetik bestehen. ((an diesem Punkt wird mir klar, warum sie so verschwitzt und schwül sind, wenn man darin schläft. Ich weiß, das ist subjektiv). Dieses Hotel hat in meiner Bewertung 3 von 5 Punkten bekommen. P.S.: Die Gläser waren nicht perfekt gespült (es ist nur Gazpacho, keine Ölfarbe und schwarzer Tee) Der Toilettenpapierhalter ist so positioniert, dass man jedes Mal, wenn man sich auf die Toilette setzt, mit dem Hintern dagegenstößt, und wenn man sich hinsetzt, liegt er auf der Brust

The hotel itself is great, and I especially appreciated how kind and helpful the Colombian receptionist was. However, my experience with the service was disappointing. I was staying for business, and although it was a bank holiday, I needed to use an iron before an important meeting. I had to wait 45 minutes, and when I called reception again, I was told that, following the housekeeping staff’s advice, they could only provide one after 10 a.m. I explained that I was working and was already running late for my meeting. Thankfully, the receptionist eventually brought me the iron himself, and I really appreciated his help. Overall, a nice hotel, but the situation with the iron was unnecessarily frustrating—especially for a business traveller.

Everything was perfect, especially considering it was one of the cheapest options available. The hotel offered great value for money, with clean rooms and good service. It is located a little distance from the city centre, bus station, and train station, but it was still manageable and worth it for the price. Overall, a very good stay and I would recommend it for budget travelers. ⭐👍
