Dieses Hotel ist das detaillierteste Hotel, in dem ich in Kanada übernachtet habe! Die Lage ist in der Fußgängerzone, die Dekoration ist exquisit, das Bad ist voller L'Occitane und es gibt zwei Paar Hausschuhe! Geliebt, Kaffee ist auch eine sehr gute Marke. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Victoria gehe, werde ich mir keine anderen Hotels ansehen. Das Fünf-Sterne-Lob ist es auf jeden Fall wert.

Die Lage ist etwas von der Stadt entfernt; wenn Sie ein Auto haben, ist es kein Problem. Straßenparkplatz ist gut; Sie können $19 pro Nacht zahlen. Die Wohnung ist riesig für zwei Personen. Die Einrichtungen sind in guter Zustand. Es gibt zwei Dyson-Fans, einen im Wohnzimmer und einen im Schlafzimmer. Wir waren im Sommer hier, aber die Temperatur in der Nacht war um 12-14. Es ist gut, nicht AC im Zimmer zu haben, und das Zimmer fühlt sich noch cool genug mit der Balkontür und den unteren Fenstern im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer, auch ohne die Fans zu wechseln. Es gibt Waschmaschinen mit Trocknungsfunktion im Zimmer, die frei zu benutzen sind, aber Sie müssen Ihre Reinigungsmittel bringen oder sie auf dem Vordertisch kaufen. Ich mag die Lebensumgebung und die frische Luft hier. Da es am Hauptweg ist, genossen ich den ruhigen Abend ohne Verkehrslärm.

The suite was fantastic—extremely spacious at around 400-600 sq ft, with a full kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave, and dining area, plus a cozy sitting space and pull-out sofa that made it feel like home. Cleanliness stood out, with spotless rooms, fresh linens, and well-maintained facilities throughout this heritage property renovated in 2019. The location is unbeatable, steps from Government Street, Fan Tan Alley, and the Inner Harbour, perfect for exploring Victoria's attractions on foot. Service was top-notch: friendly, accommodating staff handled everything efficiently, from check-in to daily check-ins, echoing countless glowing guest reviews. Amenities like free WiFi, fitness center, air conditioning, and 24-hour front desk added to the comfort. I can't recommend this hotel enough—it's a gem for any Victoria visit!

Es ist so ein fabulöses Hotel! Die Lage ist perfekt sehr bequem für alle Hauptattraktionen zu besuchen. Das Personal ist unglaublich schön und willkommen. Ich werde dieses Hotel sicher wieder wählen, wenn ich in Victoria bin.

The room was a bit cramped, lacking a second bedside table, and the bathroom was very tight. The bed and bedding were excellent. It is nice to find a choice of thick and thinner pillows. The Courtyard cafe needs more seating. The parking fee was high. A few negatives but they are mostly outweighed by the excellent downtown location within walking distance of everything we had planned to see and do. We would probably book this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.

We had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

phenomenal experience at this amazing hotel. All the staff were so sweet and amazing. The indian front desk consoled us in the middle of the night at 4am when we thought the hotel was ******* (it wasn’t’t it’s just us). The hotel offered free gummy bears in the lobby, and when we asked for more, they gave us a whole bag!!! (1 kg, selling for 13 bucks on amazon) The gummies are also such good quality they melt right in my mouth when you put them in. The amenities are so chic and high quality i could eat a child. (my friend typed this idk what she meant) The kitchen equipment is also quite well. The staff also helped us scared a ghost away, we slept like a baby the second night after bathing in the tub. no ac was a bunmer tho.🤞🤞😩😩

The room was spacious and the service was great! The hotel is in a great location for venturing downtown by foot. We parked in their underground parking while we were there. Even when we checked out, we were allowed to keep our car in the lot until 4pm (but confirm with the front desk just incase).

호텔 프런트 직원분들이 굉장히 친절하셔서 묵는 내내 기분이 좋았습니다! 청결도는 거슬릴 정도는 아니지만 조금 오래된 느낌이에요! 그래도 깨끗한 편입니다. 바디워시는 없었고 기본 비누랑 샴푸, 컨디셔너만 있었습니다. 위치가 매우 좋아요! 빅토리아 이너하버, 의사당, 그 뒤쪽에 핫플에 다 걸어서 10분 내로 갈 수 있어서 레스토랑, 바, 카페 갔다가 편하게 귀가할 수 있어서 매우 좋았습니다. 버스 정류장도 근처에 많고 비콘힐 공원도 버스타도 되고 걸어서도 갈 수 있을 정도예요! 추천합니다
