River Inn Resort and Spa

This place is one of my favorites. Friendly staff, clean rooms,tasty food,great service.We lost t-shirt they helped us to find it.There are plenty of activities for each age.I advise everyone. Keep it up 👍

River inn is our favorite hotel in Nabran. We spend every summer in Nabran for already 11 years and we know this region and hotels here very well. But River inn in the hotel where we are coming for the second time and we would like to come back here again next summer and summer after that. The territory in very green, clean and big pool, very comfortable, large and clean rooms, food is also nice in Jasmine restaurant (canteen this year was not that good). But the most important advantage of River inn, the main reason why we came back is animation team. We met Sabuhi, Faig and Ulker last year. This year we were happy to meet Dj Ramo (Omar). The animation is just great. These guys know how to communicate to both adults and kids. Games, disco, karaoke are organized perfectly. Ulker is a great artist as well. She makes fantastic hena tattoos. We do hope that this team will be here next summer as well. Because these guys make the summer there unforgettable.

Once famous destination for holidays - Nabran declined over the years. So, it was especially nice to find such a great resort. You can choose between hotel and cottages. We booked a family room in the hotel and actually it was a duplex with two bathrooms. There are two options of staying: let's call them usual one and all-inclusive. In second option, in addition to free buffet breakfast, dinner is also included. We went for second option and were pleasantly surprised by choice of dishes and quality of food. Regarding swimming, there are one big outdoor pool and two indoors. The only drawback - only one shower cabin in men's dressing room for indoor swimming pool, which we used and two for women. It would be nice to have more options, taking into account number of the guests.

We have been River INN hotel November 2021. The hotel is located in nice area, it is surrounded with forest. We have booked a cottage for 4 ppl (2 families). Cottages are renovated, but I think they should change the design completely and match to new villas' design. The prices is a bit overestimated when comparing the service and conditions. When we were there, only one restaurant served food which were dissapointing. Breakfast definietly should be improved. Generally we liked this hotel and will return again. Do hope the management will read our comment)

It is a nice 5 star hotel within nature. Surrounded with artificial river full of colorful fish. When walking around you hear squirrels eating nuts and throwing them from trees:) that’s why do not park your cars under the trees. Service staff is well trained and they are serving professionally. Hotel also has a spa which is also good. The only thing that has to be improved is food. Since it is located in the countryside and you are feeling that you are living in a forest you want to eat organic food.

We stayed in River inn first 10 days of August 2021. Fantastic nature, delusions food, clean and nice rooms. There is small farm where guests can feed birds and rabbits. In the forest guests can have long walks and use gym in the open air. Clean and big pull. Nice spa with pull inside as well. Playground in good as well. Friendly staff, good service. Bikes rent is available. Sea is 700 m away from the hotel. Special thanks to animators Ulker, Sabuhi, Faig and DJ Elik.

Otaqlar, təmizlik, otel həyəti, parkinq əla idi. Hovuzdan istifadə etmədik, ancaq səliqəli görünürdü. Açıq bufet yeməyi çox yaxşı idi. Restoran personalı gülərüzlü deyildi və zəif xidmət göstərirdilər. Baha olmasına baxmayaraq, digər yeməklər dadlı deyildi.

Hotel heyəti vacibiyyəti nəzəzrə almayaraq, sui-istifade etmekle vaxtindan evvel cıxışı qəbul etmədi və ödənişi 100% aldı. Hotel 90% boş idi. Belə hallar profesional baxış deyil, müştəriləri özündən narazı salmaqla yalnız reytinqi aşağı salır.

Если говорить о самой зоне отдыха, то она восхитительна!!! В самый раз семейным людям с детишками. Детская зона с большим количеством качелей и развлечением. Детская и взрослая дискотека под куполом, он в принципе так и называется "Купол" Стриженный газон, ухоженные дороги и деревья, урна которые убирают каждый час если не полчаса. Бассейн чистый, сам видел как его чистят с утра и вечером после закрытия. SPA салон, тренажерка, контактный зоопарк с разной живностью. А теперь переидем к еде.. Еда - отменная очень вкусная, видимо там действительно хороший шеф-повар,повар умеющий и знающий своё дело, за что ему безмерное спасибо, и за +7 кг тоже спасибо :) Разновидность всего!!! От супов до горячих блюд. Действительно что угодно, кушай не хочу, что в принципе любит наш народ. А вот теперь к минусам :( Отель - красивый и опрятный но дозвонится до ресепшн не всегда удавалось, на третий раз брали трубку а иногда я просто сдавался и засыпал.. Элементарно воду я ждал минут 30 .. Это две пластиковые бутылки воды.. Housekeeping департамент работает тоже не совсем так как хотелось бы, а ведь люди платят хорошие суммы на отдых.. Убирать комнаты надо своевременно, не заставляя ожидать долгое время.. По приезду попросили полотенца для душевой большие, принесли через минут 40 полотенца для рук и лица :) бывает конечно, но это не то что ты ждёшь.. Ресепшн отвечает иногда сухо и грубо. На вопрос почему не работает кабельное телевидение в номере мне ответили : Везде так. И мы не можем помочь. Дали отбой и всё :) На территории есть всё!!!! Но нет одного важного домика.. Домик скорой помощи и врача.. Это дико важно так как у моего родственника приключилось недомогание с сердцем но в ответ я получил что лекарств нет, скорая помощь в худате, до свидания.. Всё конечно обошлось но если бы не Дай Бог наоборот??? Ресепшн должен реагировать очень быстро, найти нужное лекарство, быстро среагировать с другими департаментами, и найти лекарство.. Не обязан, но хотя бы попробовать можно было.. Я естественно чтобы выйти из положения пошёл искать по зоне, молодой человек остался за стойкой регистрации и просто сидел за компом. Странное поведение.. В ресторанах Из 10 баллов Еда 10/10 Атмосфера 10/10 Сервис 10/10 Администрация 10/10 Цены 10/10 Пожалуйста учтите что я написал и надеюсь что мои слова услышат :) Благодарю за отдых 👍👍👍
