Swissôtel Living Bodrum Gundogan

Swissotel Living Bodrum was our last destination in Turkey. We did not know it was the perfect one before going there. The peace of the location, staff, and personalized service quality created an unforgettable experience. Although we chose this destination with doubt, they made us happy and appreciated while leaving Bodrum. If you are interested in this hotel, go without question. But the season of the hotel might be different than our dates. Cause I do not have any feedback for their pick dates, I can recommend it for October. Anyway, thank you for everything you did for us. See you next year. :)

We used the beach, and it was outstanding. The buggy driver who took care of us was so helpful and had all the details about his hotel. Also the manager Tolga was very helpful. With his support the staff's product knowledge of the hotel was perfect. Congrats!

The pool had no towels and no service And the breakfast didn’t have many options, and the rooms were not very clean and they had no phone to contact them in the room, and emrah in the concierge was very helpful and hardworking, i was very disappointed with the service. Definitely not what i expected.

We had a suite with a kitchen, we were 7 family members sharing the suite, we paid 10k Eur for 8 nights. At this price we expected real 5 star hotel treatment. The decor is nice, the view is stunning, the rooms clean, BUT this hotel had significant flaws : 1.we were not always provided with water, we had to ask numerous times, 2. also there was no cooking pans (we had to ask numerous times), 3. sometimes the dishes would pile up and staff would leave it unwashed (we had to ask numerous times for people to finally come andf wash it), 4. on the first night the restaurant did not even have olive oil, salads did not come with any dressing, 5. Once we ordered room service and it came after more than 2 hours 6. when cleaning the room the shower gel were not refilled, and tissue boxes were always missing ... …for a 5 star hotel, these things are unacceptable. and we dont think it is the mistake of the staff but the senior management and the promoters who did not think all these things through I want to sincerely thank The staff on ground, they were great : especially Mr Mustafa Tulga : he was very helpful and gave us his personal number to help everytime we needed), also the rest of the staff (at the reception and the restaurant Mr Baris, all these people are very professional and kind). Mr Tulga helped us retrieve my dad’s medical socks when they were taken by mistake from the room and the person at the respections would offer my dad everyday water and coffee to watch the sunrise .

Swiss Hotel olarak beklentilerimizin altındaydı. Öncelikle odamız çok küçüktü, yan odamızda kalan kişilerin tüm sesleri duyuluyor ve aşırı rahatsızlık vericiydi. Accor üyesi olmamıza rağmen puan kazancımız olmadı. Ayrıca kahvaltısı yine standartların altında ve servis personeli ilgisizdi. Bizden maalesef mutsuz ayrıldık.

Отель впечатляет шикарным видом , панорамы моря в лобби , шикарная терраса , рестораны. По территории ездят электро багги по требованию без ограничений очень удобно. Хороший спа в турецком стиле ЭКО концепция отеля мне близка. Персональный русскоговорящий менеджер помогала во всех вопросах , даже сугубо личного характера. Плюс бесплатно повысили категорию номера. Вернулась бы сюда снова.
