Very nice view here but many many problems at the hotel many snags like buggy service , no soap for showering everyday only body cream and conditioner, the breakfast is free but very small with no options , we had no hot water for 5 days everyday cold shower and we have no mini bar in room we have no blanket only sheet for blanket , the service was very nice and view

Luxurious beds, quiet air conditioning, a bottle of wine in the room - everything for comfort. Intimate atmosphere and friendly staff. Moi Vao restaurant overlooking the sunset is the best place for a romantic dinner. There is a quiet swimming pool for adults only. You can enjoy each other in peace and quiet. This hotel is designed for those who are looking for privacy and comfort for a romantic getaway for two. I was very pleased and I dream of returning here with my beloved.

I dont even know where to start. the best best hotel i ever stayed at! the staff is unbelievably kind and helpful and even though its a 5 star hotel and the pools and beaches are of such quality and feel,it felt like a home due to the staff. Especially Beste,she is absolutely amazing! She was so attentive to our wants and needs and she made sure our stay was memorable. Diyar and Baran were also wonderful and they made us feel so welcome with their warm smiles and pleasant attitudes, we woke up everyday so excited to go to seahorse just so we can interact with them. Eren and Arde,even though they didnt speak english, they never failed to be so helpful and so kind,always smiling and giving us the best energy. I also want to say that we got massages at the spa and the whole stay at the spa was so comfortable and nice, i recommend the spa whether you’re staying at the hotel or not. Overall,a 10/10 experience, the staffs young spirits is what made our trip❤️

Otel güzeldi gerçekten çok keyifli tatil geçirdik.odalar konforluydu. Yemekler kesinlikle mükemmeldi. Plajını çok beğendim özellikle çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü bizi çok mutlu etti. Ve H/K müdürü Hatice hanıma da çok teşekkür ederim çok güler yüzlü yardım sever biriydi sırf Hatice hanım için dahi tekrar gelicez.

This hotel has insane potential! It’s a five star facility but with 3-star service. The views are incredible, their beach area and deck are great and the staff (especially Mustafa) are very friendly. The penthouse we stayed in was out of this world! However, my low rating is due to so many elements that need fixing such as not replenishing toiletries, toilet paper, or towels on a daily basis, not having a phone in the room to speak to reception, having only one key to the 4-bedroom penthouse, a very unprofessional spa experience, and more.

Bonjour, très mauvaise expériences, à fuir!!! Tout d'abord je tien a préciser que l’hôtel es tout de même sublime avec un panorama digne d’une carte postale. Cependant la communication et la compréhension es chaotique,le personnel ne parle pas anglais ou essaye pas de le parler. Problèmes au niveau du restaurant, du spa ,de la réception et des prises en charges de taxi qui nous dépose au mauvaise adresse! Après tous ses problèmes nous décidons dallés nous plaindre l’accueille du manager es clairement horrible absolument pas professionnel aucun sentiment de compassion ni de compréhension l’a mal honnêteté et la non chalence dans toute sa splendeur!! Il en avais clairement rien à fair !! Aucune excuse aucun geste commercial . Il nous a clairement rit au nez! déplus il nous a envoyer une serveuse pour nous demander de quitter les lieux !! A peine croyable,Inadmissible !!
