Mitarbeiter von hotel waren sehr unfreundlich wir haben fast 2std wegen check in gewartet die Dame von Empfang war unfreundlich Zimmer wurde angeblich geputzt aber bei Bettwäsche waren blutflecken WC war schmutzig leider müssten wir 2 Tage bleiben da wir kein andere hotel gefunden haben aber nie wieder und wir haben Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht aber haben kein meer gesehen die haben nicht mal eine eigene Strand end weder muss mann mit service da hin fahren oder zu Fuß es dauert mehr als 20 min also schrott

Das liegt im Gümbet-Bodrum, die Lage ist sehr zentral. Einkauf Möglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und Kaffee sind alle in der Nähe. Für die Preise und Lage sehr empfehlenswert. Strand ist ca. 150 m zu Fuß zu erreichen. Essen ist gut und Sauberkeit auch.

This hotel or should I say hostel is horrible! The facilities are horrific the rooms, the bathroom the general cleanliness is woeful. There is foul smell from the bathroom. The hotel does not have a lift the goes beyond the first floor! We were on the third floor we had to pull our cases all the way to our room. The staff lack general hospitality very limited English we could only communicate using google translator. Food is absolutely poor quality whilst, no soft drinks like coke Fanta orange juice it was always finished no matter what time you asked! We had no running water on the 3rd night or in the following morning. This really too Otis role on us ! We tried to change rooms to no success we even tried to pay for different hotel a nicer hotel but it was booked. It’s was like faulty towers !! No internet in the rooms, only in the reception area which meant the area was constantly occupied with guest trying to connect to the WiFi.

Avoid Avoid Avoid worst place we have ever stayed first nite when we arrived we were ushered up to our room 7 flights of stairs to climb no lift got to room we refused it so had to walk back down the stairs only to be told very rudely there were no other rooms to come back in morning so we did only to be pawned off again we refused to leave so we eventually spoke to the manager he moved us again with no balcony .food is terrible Brussel sprouts and left over veg for breakfast not even a toaster to use place wasnt clean at all so save ur money and defo go elsewhere

So from the beginning of our trip we should have guessed it wasn't going to go as planned. We were lead up a large amount of steps and put into a room that can only be described as a dungeon. We did manage to change the room however we kept having rolling blackouts anytime we turned the air con on . The room it self was okay. The hotel needs a lot of TLC and it could be wonderful. Communication with staff was very difficult we used Google translate a lot which made it okay. There is no bar menu so you ask for a cocktail and they just make you something. The food if you have fussy eaters or are one yourself this isn't the hotel for you. A lot of the time the food isn't labeled so your guessing what your eating. The butter only comes out at breakfast. Location wise its just off the main ***** and near the beach so it's a perfect budget hotel if your just looking for somewhere to sleep but apart from that id maybe look elsewhere.

Do not go to this hotel. When I first arrived at this hotel they had no English speaking staff. Firstly, we were made walk up 10 flights of stairs which were very steep and extremely hard with 3 kids including a baby stroller. Secondly, I arrived to the room and the floor was filthy u couldn't take a step without getting your foot completely black.Bathrooms had a distinct smell. Only 1 of 3 rooms had a working AC and when I went to tell the receptionist he said he couldn't do anything. Thirdly, The water system was very bad half way thru a shower the water would stop.They also had one water slide which didn't even work half the time they also had the bare minimum amount of loungers for the pool.They had music blasting until 4 in the morning Fourthly, It was the worst food I have ever seen. Especially for kids they had no options for my kids to eat which then lead to me going to buy food after going to this hotel with the mindset of a delicious all inclusive mood. They only had Pepsi and Fanta for drinks. Fifthly, I can only say one nice thing about the hotel was the location it had Three grocery stores right outside the doors. Bodrums national bus which stops infront of the hotel and brings you into the centre of town. In conclusion, I wouldn't never recommend this hotel to anyone there was much nicer hotels around for the same price and in-fact this hotel ruined my holiday which I would never wish upon anyone.

This was a fantastic hotel,honestly one of the best holidays we've had in Turkiye. The food was exquisite, so many dishes to choose from Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner. Snacks and cakes were very good too. Drinks and cocktails were amazing 👏 All staff were hard working friendly and really looked after us. Hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. Room was very good and cleaned everyday if we wanted. Bar staff and entertainment staff above and behond for all of us including our children. They made our holiday one we will never forget beautiful memories and we met some beautiful people who will always be friends 🧡

The staff is not really friendly, barelly no one speak english, it's seems like they don't want to work there. When you ask something at the reception it always take too much time. The housekeeping team, is not cleaning every day.....

The area is beautiful, but… Only 1 out of 3 air conditioners worked. Wifi didn’t work. Quality of food was low, it caused light stomach problems. Disappointed.
