Muy bonitas instalaciones, solo que no dan agua para beber 😑 ya que se paga extra por ella y la atención de la recepción nada amables

Die Gäste haben erst begonnen, die Toilette zu reinigen, wenn sie sich aufhalten. Lassen Sie die Gäste die normale Wartezeit aufnehmen, wenn sie sich auf die Rezeption begeben. Für mein erstes Zimmer ist die Luft im Inneren des Fensters unruhig, das Blick muss nicht gesagt werden........................................................................................... Ich habe fast 8 Uhr am Abend zu verbringen. Ich möchte fragen: Wird ein 5-Sterne-Hotel am Nachmittag nicht das Zimmer gereinigt? Soll ich das Zimmer nur abschneiden, wenn die Gäste kommen?

Sehr angenehmes Erlebnis insgesamt. Ich benötigte Hilfe bei der Arrangierung vieler Details und das Personal war sehr hilfreich! Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich, obwohl es nur Schampoanel und Lotion, keine Klimaanlage, aber die Dusche war heiß und die Kissen waren weich! Ich fühlte mich sehr komfortabel und sicher und würde sicher hier nochmal bleiben.

I arrived on September 17th 1:12 pm to check in to this hotel. The receptionist guy said check in was not until 3:00pm. I could have sworn I saw something on the hotels.com website that said there was a 2 hour early check in option. Pretty sure I chose it. Not sure how it didn't register. So I decided to check out the restaurant. I sat down and was greeted but a waiter. He said, we have great buffet with bla bla bla bla” I can't remember but he was REALLY trying to sell it. So I took a look at the buffet. It looked alright. There was no price visible anywhere so I didn't know how much it was. I asked the waiter and he told me to wait. He went to some room to get a scratch piece of paper. He wrote the price on the paper. It was kinda vague and his hand writing was strange. I had to ask him 3 times to clarify the price. He finally said “$34 for the lunch buffet”..... I immediately grabbed my bags and walked out. I've been all over the world and can't remember paying anywhere near that much for a lunch buffet. Not even in Europe. Around 3:00pm I was given my room key and room number. Took the elevator to room 802. It was a pretty nice room overall. The refrigerator didn't work though. Later on that night I asked some receptionist guy if I could get my refrigerator replaced. He said he would make a note of it and first thing in the morning it would be replaced. It wasn't. Around noon time the next day I went down the reception and asked a lady if she had any notes about someone needing a refrigerator replaced. Instead of answering my question she asked what my room number was. I again asked her if the receptionist guy from last night passed on the information. She again wouldn't answer and kept asking for my room number. This went on about 3 minutes or so. She then asked my name. I told her. She used this to find my room number. Still no answers about why I still had no replacement refrigerator and if any info was passed on from last night. She said I would get a replacement refrigerator soon. I didn't. Around 4:00pm I heard some cleaning ladies in the hall. I told her my refrigerator didn't work and asked them if I could get one from a near by room. She said, “OK sure”. She even carried it to my room as I grabbed the broke one and placed it in the hall. So in short... The receptionists suck at this hotel. Bathroom: Its pretty nice. The ventilation fan didn't work though. Gym: It's pretty darn good. Only thing missing was a flat bench press. There is a 45lbs bar laying on the floor though. So I am guessing this gym did have one at some point in time. The gym closes at 9:00pm. Which is still better than the Grand Tikal Futura which closes at 7:30pm. WiFi: It was good overall. It has that quirky log in system though. So after a minute of so of no activity on your smart phone it will disconnect. And you have the repeat the process over again. Breakfast: Overall it's pretty good. No buffet. Just

Excelente ubicación, hotel lindo y los cuartos tienen una excelente distribución. Recomendable.

Die Unterkunft war sehr nett und die Unterkunft war sauber. Der Flughafen-Pick-up-Service war auch sicher zugänglich und ist etwa eine Minute entfernt. Der Ort, wo die Unterkunft war, war von einem Grill umgeben, und der Wachmann bewahrte den Eingang, so ich fühlte mich sicher. Auch das Frühstück war großartig, und schließlich gab mir der Typ-Eigentümer einen Fahrt zum Flughafen. Wenn Sie einen Tag in der Nähe des Flughafens verbringen müssen, empfehle ich es definitiv. Sehr nahe am Flughafen und alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Wenn Sie es verwenden, müssen Sie das Hotel kontaktieren, um für Flughafen-Pick-up-Service zu beantragen! Das Hostel ist auch sauber und die Nachbarschaft selbst ist mit Grilldraht umgeben und der Sicherheitsbeamte verwaltet den Eingang. Perfekt für einen Tag Aufenthalt in der Nähe des Flughafens Guatemala! :)

Nahe dem Flughafen und fühlt sich sicher. Noch ein bisschen seltsam und nicht so sicher zu gehen, um in der Mitte der Nacht. Zimmer und Gebäude sind sehr grundlegende und alt. Das Frühstück war schön. Zu teuer 👎

Es ist ein Volk, sehr warm, dass die Umgebung nicht sehr gut ist, es gibt Wind und Wind, aber nicht sehr heiß. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr enthusiastisch und es ist in einer geschlossenen kleinen Zone, die draußen schwere Truppen halten, also sehr sicher. Nächstes Mal wiederkommen
