With visiting a new country, I was a little uncertain about the right hotel to stay in, but, when I pulled up in the Uber, I was BEYOND grateful that the pictures matched real-life. The entire hotel had an old world, relaxed vibe, that made the wind down easier. I have never traveled to Guatemala before and the friendly service has me considering returning, for a longer, personal trip. Even though I'm not fluent, in the native language, most of the ppl with whom I came in contact, including hotel staff, were VERY helpful and patient. The bed was VERY comfortable, the room smelled like it had been cleaned, recently and it was VERY spacious.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, Sie sprechen gut Englisch und sie helfen Ihnen aus dem Weg, ein spezielles Tanks für Yaquelyn und Mr. Edwin im Frontbüro. Die Zimmer sind sehr spezial sauber, die Betten sind sehr kompatibel und die beste Stadtblick vom Balkon. Das Frühstück ist gut für lateinamerikanische Leute, ich vermute, ich komme aus Asien, aber sie machen gute spanische Omelet, so nichts zu beschweren, Ich empfehle dieses Hotel, seine erschwinglichen, geräumigen Zimmer, schöne gemütliche Sofa und Bett, schöne Aussicht, und Sie können alles in Spazierweiterung erhalten, gibt es einen Burger King Just Opp zum Hotel 20 Meter, Nice Hotels um, Wie Del GeeGo, 20 Meter nach links, PF Chang usw.

My room had 3 double beds with a sofa and a huge TV. The view was straight into the Courtyard Marriott across the street. However it was very comfortable. There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance. the Oakland mall and Dollar City are about 15 mins walk from the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. I was assigned room 304. Service - Everyone I interacted with at this hotel was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Some speak limited English, but it is fun to learn Spanish, so I like that part of it. Wait staff in the restaurant were all great. The security staff (always stationed outside of the front entrance to the hotel) were also great. Room - Room was large and super clean. Quiet. Super comfortable bed. Mini refrigerator. Safe. Great working AC. It made the room freezing cold, which I love. Great curtains that completely kept the room dark when sleeping in. Wi-fi was reliable and fast. Room did not have a view. Bathroom was fine. Adequate counter space for your toiletries. Shower water temperature got and stayed very hot and the water pressure was great, which I love. Hotel Information - The hotel has 109 rooms and five floors. Decent size lobby, with an ATM, little pantry for snacks and beverages near the front desk, restaurant / bar, business center, and fitness center. I did not have a rental car, so I am unable to comment on parking. Free breakfast buffet for Hilton Diamond members. Breakfast buffet was excellent with tons of fresh fruit, three fresh juice options, tons of hot and cold items, made-to-order omelets, etc. Due to COVID-19, they serve it to you, but it is AYCE. Location - I loved the location of this hotel! It is located in Zona 9 (one of the safest zones in Guatemala City). It is located one block off of Avenida La Reforma (one of the main boulevards in Guatemala City that separates Zona 9 and Zona 10). You can walk to restaurants (almost every US chain is within walking distance - Applebee’s, Burger King, Carl’s Jr, Chili’s, Cinnabon, Dunkin’ Donuts, KFC, McDonald’s, P.F. Chang’s, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Subway, Taco Bell, and TGI Fridays). Great shopping malls are within walking distance (Avia Mall and Oakland Mall). Oakland Mall is beautiful, huge, and four floors. La Aurora International Airport (GUA) and Zoológico La Aurora are less than 10 minutes by car. Plaza España, Plaza Obelisco, and the many gardens, monuments, sculptures, and statues on Avenida La Reforma, Avenida Las Américas, and 7A Avenida are within walking distance. Most of my tours did not pick up at the Hilton Garden Inn. They only had three hotel options for pickup. One was The Westin Camino Real, which is only two blocks away in Zona 10. I used that hotel as a pickup and drop off for my tours. It was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel if your travels take you to Ciudad de Guatemala!

Sehr angenehmes Erlebnis insgesamt. Ich benötigte Hilfe bei der Arrangierung vieler Details und das Personal war sehr hilfreich! Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich, obwohl es nur Schampoanel und Lotion, keine Klimaanlage, aber die Dusche war heiß und die Kissen waren weich! Ich fühlte mich sehr komfortabel und sicher und würde sicher hier nochmal bleiben.

Nicht mehr für Geschäftsreisende geeignet für Touristen. Unfähig, Treffen in öffentlichen Bereichen (Geschäft, Lounge, oder Patio) durchzuführen. Wenn Sie planen, sich zu entspannen oder eine versehentliche Geschäftsdiskussion haben wird es sehr schwierig sein. Meine Kunden (lokale) und mich selbst haben wiederholt gebeten, die Musik zu wechseln, auch geringfügig. Wir wurden von dem Personal erzählt, dass es nicht möglich ist, je nach Managementpolitik. Es war, eine Atmosphäre zu schaffen, um Straßengeschäfte an die Bar zu gewinnen. Der Patio war unmöglich, aufzusetzen, da die großen Redner direkt über Ihren Kopf sind. Es gibt bessere Hotels in der Umgebung, die besser geeignet sind. Best für Touristen für einen Halt über.

Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig im Hotel Viertel von der City sehr nah zum Flughafen ca 10 bis 15 Minuten je nach Verkehr. Hotelshuttle zum Flughafen wird angeboten. Schöne Empfangshalle mit ansprechender Lobbybar. Abends life Piano. Frühstück ist unbedingt empfehlenswert. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen wirklich sehr reichhaltig auch mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen. Zimmer zwar schon älter aber sehr sauber und erwartungs ausgestattet. Es gibt Fenster zum öffnen was sehr angenehm ist. Neben den üblichen Ausstattungsdetails Nummern Safe und kostenlos Internet mit guter Übertragungsrate. Personal in allen Bereichen super freundlich, hier würde ich 5 Sterne vergeben. Getrübt war die ansonsten positive Erfahrung nur durch den Shuttlebus der uns zurück zum Flughafen bringen sollte. Uns wurde einen Tag vor Abreise gesagt das der Bus ca 15 Minuten nach Anmeldung fährt. Falsche Info der Bus fährt stündlich zur vollen Stunde. Den haben wir dann verpasst um 5 Minuten und mussten ein Taxi nehmen. Auch das Abendessen im Hotel mit italienischen Thema war nur befriedigend.

Das erste Mal in Guatemala. Ich fragte es, weil es ein Hotel ist, das ein Taxi in der Nähe des Flughafens ruft, aber ich entschied mich zu Fuß, weil ich es nicht beantworten konnte. Ich bin etwa bei 1.5km angekommen, aber wenn ich es morgens bemerkte, war ein Mensch draußen gefährlich und ich sollte nicht zum Supermarkt gehen. Ich habe viel zu wissen, weil der Boss mich gelehrt hat und ich bin froh, einen sehr guten Boss zu haben. Vielen Dank!
