Sehr angenehmes Erlebnis insgesamt. Ich benötigte Hilfe bei der Arrangierung vieler Details und das Personal war sehr hilfreich! Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich, obwohl es nur Schampoanel und Lotion, keine Klimaanlage, aber die Dusche war heiß und die Kissen waren weich! Ich fühlte mich sehr komfortabel und sicher und würde sicher hier nochmal bleiben.

Wenn ich 10 von 5 Sternen geben kann, würde ich!! Das Hotelpersonal ist nett, willkommen und freundlich! Mein Zimmer war täglich perfekt gereinigt! Ja, in den Staaten würden wir denken, es ist nicht viel, aber vertrauen Sie mir, es ist ein großer Deal, wenn Sie durch Mittelamerika reisen. Zurück in das Zimmer, das nach einem langen Tag der Entdeckung des Landes perfekt gereinigt ist eine belohnende Erfahrung! Danke allen im Hotel, dass mein Aufenthalt so komfortabel ist!

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. I was assigned room 304. Service - Everyone I interacted with at this hotel was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Some speak limited English, but it is fun to learn Spanish, so I like that part of it. Wait staff in the restaurant were all great. The security staff (always stationed outside of the front entrance to the hotel) were also great. Room - Room was large and super clean. Quiet. Super comfortable bed. Mini refrigerator. Safe. Great working AC. It made the room freezing cold, which I love. Great curtains that completely kept the room dark when sleeping in. Wi-fi was reliable and fast. Room did not have a view. Bathroom was fine. Adequate counter space for your toiletries. Shower water temperature got and stayed very hot and the water pressure was great, which I love. Hotel Information - The hotel has 109 rooms and five floors. Decent size lobby, with an ATM, little pantry for snacks and beverages near the front desk, restaurant / bar, business center, and fitness center. I did not have a rental car, so I am unable to comment on parking. Free breakfast buffet for Hilton Diamond members. Breakfast buffet was excellent with tons of fresh fruit, three fresh juice options, tons of hot and cold items, made-to-order omelets, etc. Due to COVID-19, they serve it to you, but it is AYCE. Location - I loved the location of this hotel! It is located in Zona 9 (one of the safest zones in Guatemala City). It is located one block off of Avenida La Reforma (one of the main boulevards in Guatemala City that separates Zona 9 and Zona 10). You can walk to restaurants (almost every US chain is within walking distance - Applebee’s, Burger King, Carl’s Jr, Chili’s, Cinnabon, Dunkin’ Donuts, KFC, McDonald’s, P.F. Chang’s, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Subway, Taco Bell, and TGI Fridays). Great shopping malls are within walking distance (Avia Mall and Oakland Mall). Oakland Mall is beautiful, huge, and four floors. La Aurora International Airport (GUA) and Zoológico La Aurora are less than 10 minutes by car. Plaza España, Plaza Obelisco, and the many gardens, monuments, sculptures, and statues on Avenida La Reforma, Avenida Las Américas, and 7A Avenida are within walking distance. Most of my tours did not pick up at the Hilton Garden Inn. They only had three hotel options for pickup. One was The Westin Camino Real, which is only two blocks away in Zona 10. I used that hotel as a pickup and drop off for my tours. It was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel if your travels take you to Ciudad de Guatemala!

Benachteiligung: Die Würfel sind sehr unbehaglich Insgesamt: sehr zufrieden, wird wieder kommen

Das ist meine dritte Zeit in diesem Hotel, Das Hotel ist sehr sicher. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, Sie sprechen gut Englisch und sie helfen Ihnen aus dem Weg, ein spezielles Tanks für Yaquelyn und Mr. Edwin im Frontbüro. Die Zimmer sind sehr spezial sauber, die Betten sind sehr kompatibel und die beste Stadtblick vom Balkon. Das Frühstück ist gut für lateinamerikanische Leute, ich vermute, ich komme aus Asien, aber sie machen gute spanische Omelet, so nichts zu beschweren, Ich empfehle dieses Hotel, seine erschwinglichen, geräumigen Zimmer, schöne gemütliche Sofa und Bett, schöne Aussicht, und Sie können alles in Spazierweiterung erhalten, gibt es einen Burger King Just Opp zum Hotel 20 Meter, Nice Hotels um, Wie Del GeeGo, 20 Meter nach links, PF Chang usw.

Das erste Mal in Guatemala. Ich fragte es, weil es ein Hotel ist, das ein Taxi in der Nähe des Flughafens ruft, aber ich entschied mich zu Fuß, weil ich es nicht beantworten konnte. Ich bin etwa bei 1.5km angekommen, aber wenn ich es morgens bemerkte, war ein Mensch draußen gefährlich und ich sollte nicht zum Supermarkt gehen. Ich habe viel zu wissen, weil der Boss mich gelehrt hat und ich bin froh, einen sehr guten Boss zu haben. Vielen Dank!

With visiting a new country, I was a little uncertain about the right hotel to stay in, but, when I pulled up in the Uber, I was BEYOND grateful that the pictures matched real-life. The entire hotel had an old world, relaxed vibe, that made the wind down easier. I have never traveled to Guatemala before and the friendly service has me considering returning, for a longer, personal trip. Even though I'm not fluent, in the native language, most of the ppl with whom I came in contact, including hotel staff, were VERY helpful and patient. The bed was VERY comfortable, the room smelled like it had been cleaned, recently and it was VERY spacious.

Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel. Aber: die Rezeption ist nicht am Eingang sondern im sechsten Stock. Gleich neben der Rezeption ist die Bar, und als wir dort ankamen war dort gerade ein DJ zu Gange. Mein Spanisch ist wirklich nicht schlecht, aber ich konnte nur ein drittel der ellenlangen Erklärung verstehen auf welches Parkdeck ich fahren muss, wo die Karte dranhalten, wo dort parken, welchen der zwei Eingänge zu wählen etc. Die Rezeption eines Hotels gehört in den Eingang! Der Balkon des Zimmers ist, nunja, ein Balkon. Leider gibt es im gesamten Zimmer nur einen Stuhl. Sich zu zweit auf den Balkon setzen geht nur auf dem Boden. Auf so einen Balkon gehören zumindest zwei Stühle und ein Tischchen. Platz genug ist da. Das WLAN ist unverschlüsselt. Heises Wasser kommt dafür sofort aus der Dusche, man muss nicht wie in anderen Hotels eine halbe Ewigkeit warten. Im Zimmer gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Der Standard ist fast schon mitteleuropäisch. Aber eben: das nervigste ist die die lärmdurchflutete Lobby/Rezeption im sechsten Stock!
