The room is entirely different from the advertisement. The asvertisement claimed the room as a spacious and modern design, but in fact, the room is located in a very old and outdated building. The building has only one “accessible elevator” serves all floors- the remaining two elevators are in different tower- so it takes about 10 minutes to wait for the elevator in a dark and tight room, low ceiling, constantly turning on and off creepy hallway light The room is not as sepcification in the advertisement. The actual area is approximately 15m2, not 25-28m2 as stated. The interior is old and not very hygenic, casting a gloomy atmosphere over the room. No wardrobe provided, only a small clothes rack to hang clothing on. Bathroom facility is outdated. Strong odor inside the room and at the hallway. The overall experience is really bad

Very good place to stay. Close to the city center and subway station. Very convinient. The people who love there is mostly Chinese but I also saw people from other countries. The service was good all the time.

Like that the room had a fridge, small couch, and microwave. Didn’t like that the bed was very hard and it was difficult to control the water temperature in the shower—going quickly from cold to really hot. Location is really convenient to restaurants and US consulate (10-15 minute walk). Overall it was a good stay and would recommend the hotel.

Great service! Tye location is great. The rooms are really big its like living in a studio apartment. Has absolutely everything you need for a few nights. Really enjoyed my stay here

Location is perfect, it's near of everything. Room is pretty good, a bit old, but clean. Prece is absolutely reasonable. Next time I will stay here again.

Great place if you travel with pets

老闆很熱心的姐姐，親自幫忙給弄空調，超級適合年輕人住，房間。安靜寬敞的，性價比賊高，這標準的房間在北上廣至少得300-晚。很適合短期旅途住10天半月。我已經連續住了快一個月了，比租房還方便划算，沒有租房按金麻煩事。

這家公寓離花城廣場不是很遠，離地鐵站也不太遠，老闆姐姐服務熱情，每次説話都面帶微笑，就像家人一樣。所在公寓旁邊有個點都德老字號廣東飯店，我在**買的3~4人餐，菜量足夠三個人吃的了，味道不錯，可以去品嚐。

以這麼便宜的價格在廣州這樣的繁華位置住到如此整潔乾淨，設施齊全的酒店，必須打滿分！還離我辦事的地方近，周邊美食多，可以做到工作旅遊兩不誤！前台小姐姐聲音好聽，説話温柔極了！點贊點贊！下次再來✌

暑假帶孩子來看看傳説中的小蠻腰，但是人生地不熟，原以為這家酒店可以直接看到小蠻腰夜景，但是沒想到，是我想多了。來了廣州才知道，什麼叫寸土寸金。如果按照我們市裡的預算，估計車都停不起，隨便諮詢了幾個酒店。在這附近住房500+停車100+ 心臟都受不了了。但是為了方便孩子，還是選擇了小蠻腰附近的這家民宿。來的時候自己做好心理預期了，我這200來塊錢，住廣州的cbd已經沒啥期待，但是一進房間，確實用心之處讓我們們感動了。房間很漂亮，而且很乾凈。酒店前台還給我們避了很多坑，網上那些攻略，基本都是營銷號推出來的，又貴又難吃，前台大姐推薦的吃喝玩樂的地方，確實，又便宜又顯出來廣東魅力。別被網上那些營銷號騙了。這家公寓離小蠻腰走路距離不超過10分鐘，一家人在旅途中也能感受體驗親子之樂，非常感謝前台姐姐，好評。希望生意越來越好。

位置優越，交通便利，位置很好繁華，周邊商業發達，出行方便。地下停車位非常方便可直接電梯到前台，門口也有監控非常放心，前台，服務熱情，效率周到。本來定的單間，看我們人多，特地免費升級了個雙床房，非常感謝，房間採光好，安靜，舒適，有陽台，衞生很乾凈，無線網快，辦公也方便。房間整潔，乾淨衞生，非常好，外賣也可以直接送到房間，按金也很快就退回，退房就退回幾秒鐘就到賬了，強力推薦[強][強][強]

位置好找，打車直接就能定位，分ABC座，到了前台工作人員會貼心的刷卡帶着入住的 衞生: 衞生保持的很好，本來以為這種公寓不會太乾淨，沒想到很意外 性價比: 很便宜，比酒店便宜點，本來出差就挺累的，感覺住在這裏太緩解疲勞了 房間大小: 房間很大，我一個人上下兩層樓 已經推薦給同事們了，下次來出差都住這裏了

1）房間老舊， 不乾淨，有小強出入 。除了客廳有稍微裝修過，其他設施都非常破舊。 2）廁所在閣樓上，對年長者不方便。 3）廚房水盆上的板容易磕到頭。 4）照片與實際不符。 入住那天前台沒法給我們原本預訂的房間，給了另一間很破的， 經過交涉再換一間， 雖然不理想， 但衹能這樣了。 好處是住宿位置地點比較靠近地鐵站和周遭有很多小餐館。
