A decent but no frills hotel that has not invested in any modernization over the past 20 to 30 years. Bathroom fan not working, old-fashioned decoration, dirty carpet, things simply breaking apart here and there: they do offer modern TVs if that matters to anyone.  Overall, our stay was enjoyable. 

The quality of the hotel was very poor, it was not clean, the quality of the breakfast was very poor.

Location is ok for travel, but the interior of room is too old, carpet is too old

A aged hotel with old elegant furniture but lack of electric plug sockets. The carpet is slightly smelly in need of changing or replacedcwith wooden floor or tiles. Definitely of a three stars hotel by Western standard. However, the price is amazing cheap. The breakfast is nothing to shout about. The front desk of young girls seem lack of personal exposure to areas beyond GuangZhou city., but very helpful and cheerful. I couldn't fault them. The hotel management apparently didn't train them.fully to a western four star standard. Overall, it is value for money. I doubt if I would book it again even it was cheap. I would rather book a five stars hotel of over ¥500 per night to enhance our travelling in China. I was recommended by my relativenof of this hotel for convenience for her mum to meet us In a restaurant across the hotel.

The hotel's rooms are very old n poor breakfast. The good things is only the location. Just walk from Metro Changgang station Exit C2

I have stayed here many times in many years . But now Horrible Breakfast . Hotel is not same

This hotel have great location, easy to walk for food and shoping mall.

Next to metro station so very convenient for travelers

The worth hotel ever that have such kind of worth experience, - Customer service so rude and so bad - front desk service have 0 experience - HOTLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE MORE WORTH FROM THE 2 ABOVE. IF THE ONLY WAY NEED TO DESTROY YOUR MOOD DURING YOUR TRIP, YOU THINK ABOUT TO BOOK ON THAT HORRIBLE HOTEL. Rosedale hotel is located in a great spot near train station and local shops. The service is good, although the place could use some refreshing as it is getting old. Overall the stay was comfortable and pleasant.

It was really good experience,from the Reception to house keeping,Especially the receptionist Mrs NINA so kind and very welcoming☺️….its a new hotel and there’s a Costa coffee too just close by,overall very good 😊

The location and room is good. Service is excellent

Locations, easy access to good restaurants which is just next door to the hotel, the metro is just next to the hotel (gate C2) and opposite C1 Most importantly, we met a great Deputy Front Desk Manager Mr Henry Huang. It is such a joy to be served by him, and he is always ready to serve and make your stay a good one. Although the hotel is dated, but with all the good benefits that comes with it, we can close one eye to the dated situation.
