Schönes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gut gelegen nahe der Metro. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption können leider nicht Englisch ansonsten alles gut. Lustiger Funfact es gibt dort einen Lieferessenroboter.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist äußerst unprofessionell und kann kein Wort Englisch. (Nicht einmal „check out“ verstehen sie.) Wenn man dann, weil es anders nicht möglich ist, mit dem Übersetzer zu kommunizieren versucht, dann finden sie das lustig. Somit hat man niemanden, der einem beim Taxi Reservieren, beim Suchen der U-Bahn erklären noch sonst irgendwas helfen kann. Für eine Stadt wie Guangzhou ist diese Leistung wirklich schwach.

A newly renovated hotel. No complain on the room as everything is new and clean. Hotel staff needs to be more engaging & friendly. Location wise is good. Less than 5 minutes walk to shopping & subway. Breakfast area is small & it tends to get busy during morning peak hours. Finding a seat can be a challenge. Nevertheless, it is still a good recommended hotel to stay in GZ.

Two words: Shake Shack 🍔! This hotel is a 3-5 minute walk from the ultra fancy TaiKoo Hui mall (easily one of the nicest malls in Guangzhou) and has incredible restaurants (both local and foreign) right at the door step! Great rooms and great location. Legitimate (non-shady) massage places are right there too! Very clean rooms and Lavande is one of my favorite 4 star brands. They do a great job with branding and everything really does smell like Lavander!

Decent hotel with a great location close to Taikoo Hui with many restaurants and cafes around. Modern room. Breakfast mainly Chinese dishes.

This hotel location is very convenient. There are a lot of restaurants close by and about a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre. The hotel room is clean and the staff here are very kind and friendly and happy to help. There is also a robot which delivers your food from the reception which has been very convenient. I would highly recommend booking at this location.

Location is average only. 15 mins walk at least to interesting shopping malls. Nearby Tai Koo shopping mall is high end branded stuff. No convenient store nearby hotel. Hotel is inside a small lane and some taxi don't want to enter so we have push our luggages and walk in from the main road. Hotel breakfast is not nice at all. Tasteless bland soya milk, salty noodles. Very very limited food variety. Not worth to pay additional for breakfast if room rate doesn't include breakfast. Even free also not nice to eat. Room cleaning service don't provide 3 persons towel and toilet amenities even when I stayed in family room with 3 occupants. TV and toilet mirror lights are not working. Room has no safe box. Provide phone wire and charging ports which are not even working. Can hear outside air con compressor noise even from room. Not sound proof and mini fridge not cold also. Hotel room walkway and lift lobby totally no air con very hot. I definitely won't visit this hotel again and very disappointed to pay this amount to stay in this hotel. Is not worth the room rate. So disappointed to book this hotel by trusting the rating in trip.com.

Location is very convenient for metro travel. Noise level was surprisingly well controlled, you will have good sleeping nights. Staff are very helpful and accomdating, especially the breakfast crew. Would stay again.
