A place located outskirts of guangzhou. A good place the air is good . convenient place a big shopping mall beside the hotel. Looking forward.

Very kind staff in the whole hotel, at reception everyone was speaking English (which is a big plus in certain areas of China) welcoming you with a smile. Nice and comfortable lobby area, with area for talk and meet , with free coffee available and the coffee was defined quite good . Room was big and well organized, with a good layout. I appreciated how clean everything is, new and well maintained. Location is very convenient, at the top of Unipark shopping mall, with broad choice of restaurants and a supermarket. Also outside there was a pharmacy and other shops nearby. And also that is a plus, because some other hotels in Nasha could be quite isolated, with nothing around. Gym is enough for cardio, with nice machine, but pretty much that's it. it was clean and well maintained. Some cons though : -The kitchen has NO equipments AT ALL, no plates, not even a pan, so basically it's useless. Free minibar : one coke and one sprite. that's it. maybe a soda water, a juice or a small can of beer could be consider. - The breakfast was poor. Little variety, old cheese, old overcooked shrimps, milk that tasted odd. I would highly recommend to upgrade the variety and quality . Even with some cons, it's definitely a very good stay, definetely recommended !

We have stayed in Modena with my family as part of our relocation phase to China. So this type of serviced apartment was the choice we were looking for. Hotel has just opened and management has secured that there are no issues. Facilities are brand new and the management is working well to sustain top quality of services. Location is strategic, however the road outside the venue being under reconstruction can be sometimes annoying. The lobby access by car is currently blocked by the mall management and this can be an issue especially if you come with luggage. There is a great drop off area in-front of the lobby so I am sure it will be soon accessible. Finally breakfast is not available yet at the premises, and is offered in a HK restaurant at the mall; would be nice to have the breakfast in the hotel. Our stay has been very comfortable. Appreciating both the level of facilities and the service given our personal needs, we have already extended our stay at Modena for another 5 nights

訂的行政房，還免費升級了更大一點的房間，非常滿意的一次入住！春節人不多，酒店有很多春節裝飾元素，很有氛圍感，還享了延遲退房服務，推薦👍房間設施都很新，床舒服，羽絨被子很柔軟，不會像一些酒店的被子拉一下都沙沙響。樓下就是環宇城購物中心 ，商場裏面還有網紅書店，下次來還會選擇住這裏

公寓位處南沙，週邊優靜，適宜繁忙都市人尋找片刻寕靜，樓下商場，食、買俱備，滿足不少旅客要求，唯房務略欠週全，打掃衞生不太到位、有改善空間、早餐區域不太足夠，食物款式還算可以，但仍會再來。

酒店地理位置很好很方便，樓下有商場很適合出行旅遊。酒店服務也不錯，環境好看，裝修風格也挺好，衞生細節也可以，連續入住幾個晚上，隔音也挺好，晚上不吵鬧～六樓大堂有空中花園，早餐吃完可以走走逛逛，很不錯～

設施：新酒店，環境還不錯，面積也很大，但是因為新裝修還會有一點點味道。 服務：整體的服務跟參差，幾位女前台的服務非常好，態度也很好。但是一位戴眼鏡的男前台的服務真的非常堪憂…先説房型升級，如果前台直接説明沒辦法跨等級升房，那也是可以接受的，這畢竟只是攜程贈送的權益。但是這位男服務員直接説沒房不能升級，drama的是在他旁邊的大屏上就是房間，而且攜程也還有房，用這麼漏洞百出的話和客人撒謊真的蠻噁心的。第二件事，因為在音樂節臨時染了頭髮，我怕顏色染了枕套所以要一個枕巾，送過來的是鋪在洗澡間地上的那種毛巾，這是一種前台的報復？還是酒店沒錢買枕巾？沒有枕巾送個浴巾過來也可以吧。第三件事，打電話給前台定叫早，第一晚是女生前台，態度ok的，第二晚就是這個男前台，態度真的有夠敷衍的，真希望酒店負責人可以聽到錄音哈。 btw 這個男前台接待****的笑容也真的夠噁心的，如果那麼喜歡外國人就去國外打工哈，也沒看你對中國人有那種服務那種笑容😅😅 評價絕對客觀，這家酒店的價格並不便宜，平時經常住旁邊的亞朵和全季，真的沒有遇到過這麼噁心的前台！

温美頓藝術酒店公寓是家開業一年多的酒店，房間足夠寬敞，大玻璃外牆讓光線填滿空間。整個酒店房間外空間擺設不少油畫，雕像等。樓下即是環宇城商場美食多多。

房間很大，就在大商場旁邊，找吃的選擇很多，整體感覺滿意，早餐食物品種雖然不多，但品質很好，會推介入住

房間挺新 但公寓沒有餐聚廚具 位置便利，樓下就是商場餐廳盒馬 服務也挺好 景觀也不錯

設施：設施很齊全！我們帶長者小朋友出門所以需要餐具，打電話叫前台送過來就給我們送了很多廚具餐具過來！服務很到位 衞生：衞生很好👍到處都很乾凈，帶小朋友住很安心 環境：景色很好，附近環境也好

這家酒店很不錯！我們假期來廣州探望孩子，酒店在南沙環宇城，吃飯、購物、閑逛都很方便！最重要的是，酒店很新，衞生方面非常乾淨整潔；配有廚具，下面有盒馬，購買食材很方便，我們還在酒店做了兩頓飯，孩子很高興😊
