Very nice and fit exactly what I needed. Clean property and rooms. Morning breakfast was simple but delicious. Staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating.

If there is any hotel that has any questions on how to treat their guests, I would recommend they stay one night at this hotel. Clark is the most professional and courteous associate I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

The property is run down and shows wear. It’s dated and could be cleaner. The maid service woke be BEFORE 8 am to clean the room. And then didn’t come back later to clean the room. I reported to management and they advised they would follow up with me but didn’t. Next time I will stay elsewhere as they are new comparable hotels in the area.

We appreciated the hospitality of the hotel staff. We were offered water bottles coming and going, and the breakfasts were out of this world delicious!

Nice room, clean and comfy. Breakfast is terrible, but I expect that now and go out or skip it.

The soap and lotion are secured on the wall on the left side of the mirror out of reach for a wheelchair user to reach. Jay, the front counter person was accommodating and provided a bottle of soap to keep on the vanity next to the sink.

We stay here for convenient location to everything on the south side of Grants Pass including medical facilities.

The food in the ****** was awful, service was dreadfully slow. No other food options around for 20 plus miles so eat before you stay is my suggestion. The front desk service was ok but everyone else on staff was rude and seemed put out. The “******” is a joke and consists of a handful of machines in total. Saying a ****** is connected to the facility is ridiculous as it is not any kind of entertainment due to its size and options of play. Even if you wanted to, they don’t offer anything for children to do. Way overpriced for zero amenities and terrible location. Very disappointed with this stay.

Our night stay was quick and convenient. The lighting in the too was lacking, but other than that it served our purpose.

I liked where the property was . The parking was good. The room was good . The people was not all that friendly. Over all I rated it good.
