Ich prüfe immer Trip Advisor für Bewertungen an Orten, an denen wir denken, über den Aufenthalt zu bleiben. Wir waren sehr froh hier zu bleiben!!! Wir haben beschlossen, die Executive Suite zu erhalten (418) da wir 2 Nächte über das Wochenende des Arbeitstags verbringen. Ich war lieber auf dem 4. Stock, da ich eine Treppe stieg, nahm ich nur den Aufzug, wenn ich unsere Sachen ins Haus führe und dann den Wagen aufbringen, wie wir verpackten, um zu verlassen. Ich bin kein Shopper, aber ich habe den Spaziergang zum Shop genutzt, um ein paar Geschäfte zu überprüfen. Wir waren froh mit dem warmen Frühstück, serviert uns und der Verfügbarkeit von Kaffee - im Essensraum und in unserem Zimmer. Ich würde gern wieder hier durchgehen und das gleiche Zimmer bekommen! Auf einem Seitennote - ein Zimmer, das ich angerufen habe (kann nichts merken, bis ich mit dem Gentleman telefoniert war) zeigte, dass sie sich mit LGBT befanden :( NOPE!

Terrible...just terrible is all i can really say!! I will NEVER book at this hotel ever again!!! A bit of backstory - my husband & i stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham (Grand Forks) from March 31, 2023 to April 2, 2023 because we were in town to watch my nephew's basketball tournament. We reserved a poolside room thinking we would take a dip in the pool. Unfortunately, this was not possible as the pool was very packed & loud (at all hours - more on that later). Right from the start, our experience at the Ramada by Wyndham (Grand Forks) was not pleasant. Check in was a nightmare. Rooms were not ready even after 4 PM (this is their advertised check in time). Thankfully, the check in staff were pleasant & apologized for the delay profusely. When we entered our ”poolside room”, the room was very dark & damp (not surprised with the dampness as we were poolside). When we turned on the lights, you could see dust EVERYWHERE (which was unfortunate as i have bad allergies to dust). When we turned on the air conditioner, dust from the levers were flying EVERYWHERE making my allergies worse. My husband had to climb up to the air conditioner (it was a window type air conditioner that was literally inches from the ceiling) in order to remove the dust. It looked like the air conditioner was not dusted in months as the layer of dust my husband removed from the levers was disgusting. The bathroom was full of mold (around the toilet, along the trim, on the floor grout & around the bathtub). The water pressure from the shower was a joke....literally no pressure at all. The towels were hard & smelled horribly like mold mixed with bleach. The complimentary items (shampoo, conditioner & soap) were only good for 1 person. The fridge was dirty (my husband had to clean it out too) & the temperature was poor (our drinks would barely get cold). The bed had a significant dip on one side. One of the pillow cases had blood on it & it took forever for housekeeping to give us a new pillow & pillow case. Now lets take about the pool. My complaint is not about the pool itself but about the time the pool closed down. On the 1st day, there was a party that went until at least 2 AM. The noise didn't come from the children but rather the adults. Being poolside, we were able to hear all the conversations. Finally, at 2 AM my husband went to the front desk to ask when the pool would be closing down as we needed to be up early that morning....party was finally shut down at 3 AM. On the 2nd night, the same thing happened & again my husband had to go to the front desk to shut down the ”adult” party (finally got shut down at 1 AM). All in all, i can confidently say that this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. In fact, if it weren't for all the other hotels being booked because of the basketball tournament, we would have re-located to another hotel. This just goes to show how much Ramada by Wyndham (Grand Forks) has gone down. You would think that because it is a Ramada brand &

Das Hotel ist noch in guter Zustand gekommen, das würde auch die Zimmer beschrieben. Mit einem Kühlschrank und einer Mikrowelle ist sehr hilfreich. Die Betten sind komfortabel, und die Möbel sind handlich und nützlich. Ich blieb in einem King bedroom, das mir einen Armstuhl mit ottomanen, das schön war, sowie der Standard-Hotel-Desk, den Sie erwarten würden. Die Lobby-Zone ist alles neue, was mich fragt, ob der Rest des Hotels bald umgestaltet werden. Wir werden sehen, wie das Preisgestaltung beeinflusst. Insgesamt ist das beste über dieses Hotel der Service und die Tatsache, dass es sauber und bequem ist. Ich würde wieder potenziell bleiben.

Meine Familie und ich haben immer Spaß, jedes Mal, wenn wir in diesem Hotel verblieben. Willkommenskarte und Behandlungen sind so personalisiert, ich liebe es. Waterpark ist der beste Teil unserer Reise in diesem Hotel. Reine Zimmer, leckere Speisen in den Restaurants und meine Kinder hatten auch Spaß in der Arcade-Zimmer. Dieser Ort ist fantastisch und wir werden immer wieder zurück sein können. Ich empfehle diesen Ort definitiv an meine Familie und Freunde!
