Modevie Boutique Hotel

We chose ModeVie Gramado for our Honeymoon destination because we have stayed here before and the service is impeccable!!! 1. Fernanda gave us all the help we needed when we called to book directly with the hotel. Those 3rd party bookings take way to much of a cut. Fernanda helped us book the suite that was perfect for us (#13) and she was also there when we checked in. She even went to our car to get the bags and check to make sure the room was set. Thank You also to Gabi, Adri & Ana for setting and cleaning the room. The romantic music was playing and the champagne 🍾 was on ice. Perfect 😍 2. Talita was waiting in the lobby with us and was able to take some cute pictures of us to forever remember the moment. She also gave us Chocolates 😋 3. Our stay was remarkably comfortable and will forever be engraved in our memories. The room was incredibly Big with a second floor Hot Tub that was amazing after a long day of walking and eating chocolates 😝 4. Patricia made checkout quick and easy and even made us feel comfortable when we came back to use the lobby to cool off before our journey home. 5. Overall this Hotel is Phenomenal and I would Highly Recommend it to Everyone!! Thank ModeVie Staff for making our Honeymoon unforgettable!!!

I made a reservation for my mom to spend her 72th bday in Gramado at Modevie and whole experience was amazing. From the smooth reservation process and customer service/concierge support at WhatsApp to the sparkling clean rooms, modern decor, super kind staff, AMAZING location and colonial breakfast... She had a blast in the 5 days she spent there and I can't wait to visit Gramado myself - once I travel to Brazil - and stay at Modevie ;)

Kind and helpful staff. Good facilities and decoration. But, we booked a room with a view but were given a room without a view. Changed after we complained. Hot water ran out while showering. Light ran out in the bedroom and closet, at night. They changed our room again. All in one single day.

Lugar muito aconchegante, fomos muito bem recebidos , equipe toda impecável, o quatro bem limpo e organizado a cada saída nossa . Inclusive foi um final de semana bem frio, mas nas dependências do hotel tudo bem climatizado, inclusive o banheiro do quarto com piso e toalhas quentinhas. Super recomendo, a localização é privilegiada, é só sair e ir em qualquer restaurante, loja, cafeteria, ou chocolateria a pé, o que facilita muito as compras, ahh e também muito importante, estacionamento próprio que inclusive permitem ficar após o check out, quem vai a Gramado sabe a dificuldade que é estacionar ,então + um ponto positivo do Hotel.

Hotel muito limpo, perfumado, acolhedor, ótimo atendimento, espumante de boas vindas, mimos nos quartos, mensagens das camareiras e cozinheiras com doces e chás, ótima localização, tudo muito perto, uma ótima vista no café da manhã, café à lá carte, muitas opções no café. Voltaremos lá .

O Hotel tem boa estrutura e atendimento bem personalizado ao cliente, próprio de hotel Boutique. Mas a diferença que torna tudo especial, está na amabilidade e atenção dos colaboradores e atendentes. O café da manhã, inigualável. Tudo oferecido à mesa, na forma bistrô (delicadinho), quentinho e fresquinho, com a indicação do melhor do dia. Preparado e servido pelos queridos Neia e Willian, que a tudo se atentam com competência, estimado carinho e presteza, o que provoca ao hóspede o gostinho de “quero mais e volto logo” !

Tudo impecável… o café da manhã excelentíssimo. Muito bom! As camareiras Gabi, Adri e Ana são umas queridas, sempre deixam sempre um Chazinho com uma mensagem escrito a mão no quarto. Achei muito fofinhas. Hotel é bem quietinho e aconchegante.

Uma experiência excelente do começo ao final! Recepção impecável com Maicon, Fernanda, Patricia e Marcos! Os cuidados e mimos de Ana, Gabi e Adri trouxeram sempre surpresas encantadoras. E o café… Ah, esse eu deixo comentários fora para ser saboreado unicamente. Eliane, e especialmente Neia, fazem parecer momentos recortados de um sonho bom! Muito grato por esses preciosos dias. Recomendo muito!!
