Nice spacious room that looks recently renovated. Good size fridge and comfy king bed. Shopping plaza across the road.
Only down side was sporadic wifi. We would definitely stay here again.

It is an older complex, and the room was small, but big enough for a king size bed and a 3/4 size fridge. It would be crowded for 2 people. It was nicely done, with a completely tiled bathroom and a walk-in shower. Lighting was good and they have DirectTV. The owners live on site and were very nice.
The location is on the main road to Pensacola Beach, so it's a little tricky getting in and out. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much.

The room itself was pretty. The bed was comfortable. However, the wifi signal was absolutely terrible. Basically, didnt have wifi while we were there. The window A/C unit was covered in black mold. And the noise of the traffic was pretty loud. The Direct TV went out during our stay. I called the office, they informed me it was out in the office as well, yet they didnt address it. After hours without it coming back on, I had to contact Direct TV & inform them service was out so they could address & send a technician out. Certainly not my responsibility and I shouldn't have had to spend my trip doing this. Overall, I wouldn't stay again, nor would I recommend.

There was no hot water in the room #13. My son went to office and was told to let it run 5-10 minutes. They took cold baths for the 2 nights, we rented 2 rooms next to each other. Room #12 had hot water.
