Select Inn Fujisan Gotemba Bewertungen

Our main aim is to go Gotemba Factory Outlet and to see Mt Fuji. We did both by staying at Select Inn.

I booked a room for a night to stay before my early morning Mt Fuji climb. The staff were excellent, helped me with taxi booking and also held my bag the next day for me to retrieve it after my climb. Two nice surprises: free dinner of curry rice or noodles is provided, also there is a Men's bath (like an onsen) onsite, which the staff let me use after my climb to clean up. There is also a large supermarket nearby for supplies.

Good service and good view from the room, but the hotel is a little bit far away from the station.

It's a peaceful town to visit. People were very nice and good references 👍

This reminded me of those old-school backpacker motel in Europe, everything is dated but bearable. Just manage your own expectation- it’s a hotel u see on a 70s-80s. The curry service is plain curry with rice which is a nice touch on a cold rainy day. Google map showed me the longer way. Basically upon coming out of the train station facing the koban, just walk straight up- no need to cross that train track on which I got horned at. Important thing to take note- It’s a majority smoking hotel, so need to take note for those with weaker respiratory system. I booked a non-smoking room, repeated that on special request as I have asthma-induced from bronchitis before. Yet, when I checked in, there were only smoking room, but the staff managed to get me a room eventually as it was getting dark and cold at 5ish and I was traveling with my elderly mom as this was meant to be a short layover and the nearest to the Gotemba station as Gotenbakan was sold out.

The hotel is great for someone who wants to stay alone with himself The village is so nice and quiet nothing to do except relaxing and maybe go to the outlet but everything else is far away The hotel is nice in general

Отель действительно старый, но отношение персонала и местоположение очень хорошее. Рядом с Gotemba station, удобно пешком. Рядом есть супермаркет Bigday. На ужин покормили бесплатным удоном с карри, завтрак отдельно выкупила за 550 иен и позавтракала с видом на фудзи. Из огорчений: очень холодный номер, не было горячей воды, сказали что технические неполадки. Персонал предложил заселиться в отель поновее с горячей водой бесплатно, но я отказалась, т.к. был уже вечер и добираться было почти 1,5 км. В городе по вечерам почти нет ламп, немного страшно одной гулять.

離JR御殿場站步行10分鐘，路上都是居民户，沿着谷歌地圖沒錯。酒店衹有英語接待，洗漱用品很齊全，有浴衣，可自行拿取，還有小童拖鞋。公共浴室衹有男湯，不大。房間有窗，日式榻榻米，3人睡足夠。

空間夠大，可以放得下我的30寸行李箱。位置還行，離御殿場站步行7分鐘左右
